One day, it would not start. I replaced battery cables cleaned all contacts all the way to the starter. A friend recommended a mechanic who charged $250 trip fee that included one hour service. He got ground all the way except to a plug on the solenoid. After about thirty minuted he said I can't fix your tractor. Then, he asked if I wanted to sell it. He said he buys tractors that won't start and takes them home to work on them. I didn't think quick enough to ask why can't you get it running here. I paid $250 for nothing. Then I found out about you guys and called at 3:00pm when day and you offered to send a mechanic right out. In about thirty minutes, he discovered the negative cable wasn't grounding so he ran a cable to the engine block and the tractor started immediately. $182.00 well spent. I have recommended you to a person in Lampasas who was asking about a tractor mechanic. I hope they call you. I appreciate the fantastic service I got from you.

Paid my deposit and never heard from him again. After repeated messages to him, 3 days later he claims to have gotten the starter, but that it was used and he would need to reorder. Proceeds to reorder and then goes silent again. Only after I threatened legal action did I get a response, almost a week after I paid my deposit. After replacing the starter and doing the oil change the car stops working within a day. Towed it to a reputable mechanic who says that Ryan short changed the car 2 quarts of oil, causing irreparable crankshaft and cylinder misfires. Basically, the engine blew because there wasn't oil.
