These guys were great. I was overdue for an oil change. I came in and they checked my oil. Said it was good for another 1,500 miles. They could do an oil change, but it would be wasting my money. Instead, they topped me off for free and said to come back in 1,500 miles. Checked my air filter and were honest about that as well. read more

First off i went to Jiffy due to hearing that they are fast and honest and i had a 25 doller gift card. So after everything was done i was very pleased with the service and said im definitely coming back. A month later (today) i started my car heard a loude knocking pulled out. My oil light came on, and i didnt even drive it 200 yards. Pulled back in to the parking lot to find oil pouring out of the oil pan. After it stoped i checked to see if the plug was their and surprise surprise it wasn't present. So i had a friend help me get a new plug and oil to get the car back to jiffy lube. To my knowledge a oil pan plug doesnt just fall out. So it definitely was not tighten properly or at all and just finger tightened So i asked for a free oil change to switch out the cheep oil present and a free one afterwards and was denied. Also as i was talking to the manager another worker was filling a car up with oil without the plug in and then started the car and used vulgar language after he found out he messed up. Anyway all in all im never going back. Im just going t stick to Jones auto in Belton Tx. Sucks to suck guys. read more

Something you hardly see anymore: Customer Service 101 I took my car in for an oil change and Kyler was the technician that assisted and if I could give him a 10, he would deserve it.. From the moment I pulled up he promptly came to my assistance, accompanied me to the waiting area and offered free water or coffee. He explained my wait time but the best was yet to come. After my car was evaluated, he came inside to tell me that the oil wasn't dirty and really didn't need changing yet. I have never had an experience like this before at other service stations, instead they usually try to sell me stuff I don't need or try to convince me that something expensive needs changing. in my car. This honesty is rare and so often we hear about bad things but rarely do we take the time to let others know that honesty and good people live among us. Long time customer (over 10yrs). Within the last 6 months, this place has been terrible. Been by twice in last three weeks with just one car in bay. 1st time every employee in there (4) were working on this one car for 30 without assisting anyone else, so I left. The last time ( today) , one car in bay again, no one came to greet me, sat in lobby for 17 min without anyone saying word while one employee spend 12 min going over recommended maintenance with previous customer. Speaking of recommended maintenance, since I will no longer be going here, this as always been a source of poor customer service to me. It has waisted so much of my time over the years. You cld get people in and out alot faster if this "recommend maintenance " cld be streemlined or done away with all together. So if you don't have a morning or afternoon to burn.. I would not recommend. read more

Huge ripoff from a business that specializes in oil changes. They advertised that they can do brake jobs. Worst Brake job you could ever imagine. They did not turn the rotors. Warped stopping action. Manager was abusive and confrontational and would not admit to any negligence on their part. Threatened to call police if I did not leave premises. I pulled up and I was greeted by an employee instantly. He opened the door for me and was very nice and it was weird because you don't see many employees use manners these days. I was briefed about the different oil packages that I could choose from and he broke everything down and explained it to me. After that, I was walked to the waiting area (which was VERY CLEAN) and only waited about 15-20 minutes. Every employee there deserves a raise. Btw, this was my first time at Jiffy Lube. Took a 1974 Super Beetle for inspection. They kept jamming the e-brake button so hard it would get stuck. I unstuck it and even showed the inspector that it works. He just said it is unsafe because he could not release it and therefore he would not pass it. He has no idea how to lift, press and feel for the gear release and let down the e-brake. Simple. I think he has a bit of short man syndrome. He can't be taught. When I expressed to him that it works fine and demonstrated the same he told me he could fail me and to leave the property. I should have known there would be a problem when he looked under the hood and kept searching for a power steering pump that I said did not exist and then pushed it further asking when it was removed. He didn't know how to get into reverse either. Precision tune had a mechanic that had no problem and even knew how to drive the beetle. read more

The best service I have ever received. I was having car trouble and went to Jiffy Lube in hopes someone could help me. Matt and Derek went above and beyond to make sure I was back on the road. Normally when I go get my oil changed the staff tries to take advantage of me. These guys did the exact opposite. I will never take my car anywhere else and I will recommend this place to everyone. Went in for a simple inspection. There was a couple of cars ahead of me, but nothing too busy. I waited an hour and a half for just an inspection. For the last hour there were just one or two others waiting for their car and by the last half hour it was just me. There were at least three mechanics on duty and one on register, so I have no idea why it took so long. I probably won't go there again. read more

I Went to JiffyLube today. Pulled up to the waiting line, and a technician came out, asked what I wanted (just an oil change), then he took me to the waiting area and said Jesse would come in to talk to me. Fifteen minutes later, he came in "to discuss" my oil change and quoted me a price of over 100 dollars! Yes, my car uses synthetic oil, but it has never cost this much! He said they recently increased their prices. I asked him to show me a price list with oil change prices (they have their other services on the wall behind the counter), and he admitted they did not have one. I would have gone somewhere else, BUT THEY HAD ALREADY DRAINED THE OLD OIL FROM MY CAR!!! This is by far the worst customer "service" practice I have ever seen. I will never go to any JiffyLube, EVER AGAIN!! read more

I took my 2011 Ford F 150 to get an Oil change. I was about 50 miles over the expiration of my last one which I got at the dealership. I had a coupon of either $12 or $15 off depending upon whether I chose oil or synthetic. I received the coupon for filling out a survey from when my wife had her oil changed there. She was very pleased, so I decided to take my truck there too. From the waiting room I watched as the technician checked the dipstick. When he called the manager over, pointed at the dipstick and said something, I started to worry. I've had my share of experiences and most were not very good. They then entered the waiting room and came over to me. I'm getting more worried....The manager, Jesse, said "Mr Dobson, your oil is full and clean. It does not need to be changed". He then went on to say that the dealer placed a sticker good for 3,000 mile when the guidelines are actually 7,500 miles. He said they do this to get you into there sevice centers more often. Sidebar, they call these centers Quick Lanes, and believe me, there is nothing quick about them. He then said to come back in about 3,000 miles or so, and they would be happy to service my truck. He also said to hold onto my coupon because they would honor it even though it would be expired. Needless to say, I have not had this good service in years. I will be happy to come back and just wanted to get the word out. read more
