Super fast but at what price: They talked so fast I had to keep asking them to repeat what they said On drive home I see the cabin air filter cover sitting on the passenger seat.. They said they filled the windshield washer fluid but I couldn't even see it in the fill neck of the reservoir. Had to add a half gallon on my own. I went to jiffy lube in wall township for a oil change they are a big rip off charge me $50.00 for an oil change and tell them I have a $5.00 coupon which they didn't take off my bill they said I needed 5 quarts of oil which I never had to get 5 quarts of oil this place is a big rip off I will never go there again I recommend don't go and told them will never see my face there again the guy behind the counter didn't really seem to care about my comment or anything and I also called corporate office and left them a long message to that I was not happy with there service at all they are a big rip off they are the big rip off place a bunch of young kids don't know exactly what they are doing I will tell all my friends and neighbors to never go to this place this place is the worst place I have ever gone to never again will I go for an oil change or anything !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very fast, reasonable price, extremely polite and friendly. I arrived early on Sunday. Got an oil change, and a couple of air filters in 14 minutes. Everybody was very professional and everything went very quickly. I didn't even have time to fiddle with my phone. Will they upsell you on any bulbs, filters, wipers, tire rotations, and anything else you may need? Yes. Oh, yes. And aggressively. However, I simply tell them that I have that scheduled for my regular mechanic to be done during my vacation next month. I'm here for oil and filter because I never go over 5K miles...not even one day. Everybody's still just as friendly and professional even if I'm just a simple oil change. They thanked me for my business three times, including as they opened my car door for me to leave. I'll use them again. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! We had the oil changed in our car a few weeks ago and they spilled oil all inside the engine. It smoked for days!

The service was fine but they are pushy about selling you additional services that you may or may not need. A gentleman pulled each customer out of the waiting room individually. I imagine they didn't want the others to hear how they were trying to upsell services. I only came here because I was visiting the area and couldn't get to my regular oil change place but I won't likely return. And by the way my regular place never "highly recommends" that I get additional services done when I just come in for an oil change. read more

I typically do all of my own work on my personal vehicle. For my company car, I come here. The people are really nice and you're in and out in no time. The first time I came I thought it was going to be a hassle and take a lot of time -- I brought my laptop to get some work done. They were finished with the car soon after I opened up my files-- never needed to bring work to do again.... For the work car, they follow the maintenance list and that is all. In the winter I'll bring my truck to them for a simple oil change, but they will follow the recommended service schedule for the vehicle and offer you the extended services. I always decline because I can do most of the other services on my own. So I can't really comment on their other services. read more

The Wall Jiffy Lube has been my regular 'go to' stop for an oil change for all of our family cars (all 6) for the past few years. The service has always been top notch and never an issue. Last week I brought my tired 2005 volvo in for an oil change and all went well considering I have 219,000 miles on the car. As I got home I noticed the engine light on and when I parked it began to idle rough. At this point jiffy lube was closed for the weekend. I must say I was very concerned and when I received the online review that weekend it reflected that concern. I then called the facility Monday AM and asked for the Manager who was on the line but called me back in 5 minutes. I explained my issue and he pulled up my service recorded which he reminded me included the engine light and rough idle under the notes (I then checked my notes and it was there, I missed it). He then gave me a reference to a local mechanic and called him in advance to inspect the car. I have my car back from his recommended mechanic and all is good. I tried to retake or retract the survey but could not. I regret reacting with a survey before speaking to Chris, the manager. My apologies to you and your team. You will continue to be my 'go to' stop! read more

I also don't know why there are bad reviews. I just went there this afternoon around 4:45pm and was in and out in 15 minutes. There was also a $12 off coupon on Google so my oil change only cost me $29.99. I was in a rush so it helped that they were so fast. Much appreciated! read more

Nice to find them open on a Sunday. Think I got the bait and switch with regard to cost. The greeter, when asked, said that an oil change with synthetic would be around $59. I said Ok and was lead into within room. A short while later another individual asked me into the garage to discuss recommended service. I turned down all "extras". New bill with tax $95.21!! WOW. They were already working on the car by this time so I agreed. When finished I was lead to my vehicle waiting outside. Nice touch! Would have been a better experience if I hadn't noticed that one of the workers had RIFLED THRU MY GLOVE BOX WHILE IN THE GARAGE!! How do I know? Half of the contents of the glove box were on the floor of the passenger compartment, along with a dirty blue work towel crumpled up. Nice touch guys!! WTF!! What does changing my oil have to do with the compartments inside my car. Perhaps if you had taken a little more care in replacing my papers,etc I wouldn't have noticed. Now I'm just pissed and wondering what might be missing. read more

I brought my car in for an oil change and the technician I spoke to tried pretty hard to get me to change the transmission fluid and get some other services as well. A day later I had to have my car towed to the dealer who determined that I was out of transmission fluid. This was the only time my car ever had a problem with it's transmission fluid. read more

Manager is very rude guy. I will never go back there again and would suggest using another facility.
