More than that, a customer came in needing brake help and they don't do that there, but he nicely recommended the spot she needed. (I will probably call to ask what place that was if I need brake work...) Even more than that, I had a strange issue with a spare tire I had that was mounted on an aftermarket rim, and he was more than patient at explaining to me the specific lug nuts I needed to get. I was more than ready to buy a different rim, or a replacement donut, but he spent extra time just to save me money. Pretty much a perfect tire shop. I don't write many yelp reviews, but I basically had to after my experience this morning. Oh, and as far as getting there, it is on an awkward part of Asbury Circle, and since I had a little extra time, I cut over to Asbury Ave before the traffic circle and it was super easy to get into the parking lot.

He is very good, thorough, and honest. His wife runs the office and is great at getting used parts at rock-bottom prices. When a supplier has no delivery service, she will even going herself to fetch them herself. She'll pick you up or drop you off (locally, of course) if you need a lift when you leave your car there for service. These are good, honest people who deserve your business. The few mistakes this mechanic has made over the years (including before he worked at Tire Works) he corrected promptly, with no argument, and at no charge. The ONLY downside is that they're both Polish and speak English with an accent. Sometimes you have to listen closely to understand them, especially on the phone. Stay away from this shop if you value your time and money…read more I dropped off my 2017 Audi Q7 after hours and left a written note clearly stating that the steering rack had failed after a storm. I wasn't asking them to diagnose an unknown issue--I already knew the problem. I simply needed to know if they were able to repair it. Instead, they kept my vehicle for four days, then called me only to tell me exactly what I had already written in my note. After that, they admitted they couldn't perform the repair because they don't have anyone who can program the steering system. If they knew they weren't equipped to do this type of repair, they should have told me immediately instead of wasting four days of my time. They then charged me $170 for a diagnosis I never requested and even listed inspections that I never authorized. The worst part was their attitude. When I questioned why I was being charged for something I had already identified myself, instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, they threatened to call the police. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. I felt that my time and money were not respected, and I will never return. I strongly encourage others to look elsewhere for honest and professional service.

He offered & installed two converter replacements but the truck did not accept them and the engine light kept coming on. I brought the truck back multiple times for Joe to remedy but he couldn't figure it out. So I was instructed to remove the parts and return them for a full reimbursement but when I came back with the parts, Joe refused to reimburse me and refused to take back the parts. So now we have to take legal action to recoup the $2600, oh also I was told by Joe that "he doesn't care". My wife took the car to them and was in and out in under 30 minutes with a set of brand new tires. The only complaint I have is there is no real place to sit that is clean and comfortable that is why the four stars. But the pricing is worth the trade off. Before you go anyplace else call Triple C Tires and save some real money.
