From the beginning the oil attendant forgot to rotate my tires and he just did my oil change until i reminded him; to do tire rotation because I had 15hr road trip. So I left for my trip and after 4hrs. I notice my vehicle was losing power and car was hesitating,and metallic sound coming from my engine. I inspected it, and oil was all over the front of engine;immediately I knew it was oil filter. This happened around 2am had get hotel. Next morning went Valvoline station in Cleveland Tennessee they confirmed it was oil filter not tightened at all. After they corrected it my car ran fineThe only Good thing happened when they (Express oil) repaid me back because I had receipt from Valvoline station confirming my oil filter was not put in correctly.

I normally just go to places that are convenient like while I go shopping but knew that the wait would be longer than I had to spare so I gave them a shot. The staff was courteous, professional, and worked liked a fine oiled and tuned machine. They verbally spoke to each other about what task they were completing, other workers instinctively handed them tools and took over other tasks. It was refreshing to see a group of people that cared about doing their job and doing it well with pride and camaraderie. I was very impressed. They had me in and out so fast too. Customer beware: I recently had my check engine light come…read moreon in my 2022 VW Tiguan. AutoZone ran a scan and told me it was related to the EVAP system. I then took my vehicle to Precision Tune Auto Care for a diagnosis, but instead of addressing the EVAP issue, they told me I needed new spark plugs. I agreed to the work, but before I even left their shop, the check engine light came back on. When I returned immediately, they scanned the car again and admitted the code was still for the EVAP system, not spark plugs. The manager "giggled" the gas cap, cleared the code, and sent me on my way. The next morning, the check engine light was back on. I then went to a different shop (Riddle), where they were honest and transparent. They confirmed that the issue was in fact the EVAP system, and even informed me that VW may cover the repair at no cost. When I went back to Precision Tune, they handed me the spark plugs they supposedly replaced, but could not provide any proof from their scanner that my car ever showed a spark plug-related code. This experience left me feeling that this business is not trustworthy. They charged me for unnecessary repairs and failed to fix the actual problem. Please beware when considering this location for your automotive needs.

While there, though, they had a tire special, so I decided to get the tires replaced. They beat the competition in the local area as far as price goes. Once again, no appointment, but they got it done before noon. I'm happy with the service and responsiveness. I'll be back!
