After we picked up car and started driving down road, the battery light came on (because our alternator needed to be replaced). Pulled over and when I looked under hood I find out they didn't even replace the battery I paid them for. When I called them to explain what happened, they got very rude and told me that it just happens and that it's not a big deal. We had someone else run a test and confirmed that the alternator was failing and needed to be replaced. Never going back here again. They charge for work that they didn't do and they don't even attempt to make things right.

I got one for my brakes same day. -- Decent selection of tires. The Not So Good: -- Expensive -- Expensive -- Did I say expensive? Let me qualify this. -- Tires are about 50% more than a place like Walmart or Costco where you will get a similar product with no noticeable difference and similar warranty. -- I got my brakes (all 4 wheels) done about 2 years ago at a different shop for about $800. Mavis charged me $1100 for 2 wheels! -- you can go to auto zone and get all the parts they used for about $450 vs the $670 they charged me -- Labor is a set price for working on a set part. It is NOT per hour. $416 for labor that took a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes. To put this in perspective, that is the same as a junior airline captain. Came to have some aftermarket wheels + tires taken off and factory wheels + tires restored. Mike…read moresaid that I would need special jack pads for my car (Tesla) and so the work couldn't be done. He agreed to remove the old tires from the original wheels so that I could easily transport them in my car to the Tesla dealership. He didn't even charge me. Nice to know these guys care about the customer and not just making a buck. I will definitely come back for any tire needs for the other cars in our family.
