Ed saved my a**. Wmstarted a interstate drive and notice my front left tire was flat, and I called Quick Lube since they're fairly close and walkable. Ed answered, advised me to not drive on the tire, and to walk on over so he could give me a portable pump. He was super friendly and even drove me to my car so I wouldn't have to walk the pump back. He checked the tire and him and Joe advised me that it needed a small repair from a screw lodged in the tire. Was affordable, they had decent donuts and coffee, and they were very professional. Seems like it's a busy spot, so if you're in a rush call beforehand. First come first serve I believe. Ed and Joe, both those guys were super helpful. read more

This may be the last time I will use this dealership. The last 3 times I have been here they have upsold my wife and charged more then the quote. This time was supposed to be just an oil change. They pulled the cabin air filter ( in an attempt to upsell a filter ), showed my wife the filter and told her it was dirty so they could install a new one. She denied (since it was due for a replacement anyway so we had a new one in the trunk), so they installed the one we already had in the trunk and charged for it and the installation. To make things worse, there was some debris on top of the filter that dropped into the fan ( Remember, this was not a requested service ), and then offered to clean it up for about $200.00. When the service was denied they told her to not use the HVAC until it was cleaned. To summarize, I paid an extra $50.00 to have them create a bigger issue that I then had to address. When I got home after work I pulled out the cabin air filter and it had smashed debris between the frame and filter, then had to remove the blower motor to clean out the mess they caused. They should NEVER charge for an issue they caused, and from how it was explained to my wife they tried to hide the fact that they caused the issue. read more

This seems like a side business for the local Lincoln dealership. When I checked in to this place with yelp it gave me a coupon for $24.95 for oil change but after the oil change I was told they don't do yelp and full price is $43.67. Service was good but the above interaction was not appropriate customer service. read more

Very trustworthy people here and they do a great job. They made me realize on 2 different occasions that I shouldn't bring my car anywhere else My only complaint is that they take way too long most days. The guy working on my car this time took his lunch in the middle of the job. That's fine and all, but not while the customer is waiting for it in the waiting room. 2 hours for an oil change and a tire repair. Way too long. Oh and I found out the next morning that the guy kept my lug key. I live 45 minutes away so i can't come back for it until work on Monday. read more

Squeezed me in for an appointment same day. I called ahead in traffic about being 15 min late and they assured me it would be alright. Sure enough, the process was quick, they put a tech on my car right away when I arrived, and I watched him (Kenny, I think) work diligently. At one point I saw he was not satisfied with the way my rear pass hub was spinning with the wheel, and he and the manager cleaned/grinded some corrosion (for free) which I thought was awesome. I went to Quick Lane due to their very high rating and was not disappointed! Upon arrival for my appointment, I was greeted by Joe at the front desk. I explained that I was there for a 9:30 oil change appointment that I had booked the week before. I was a brand new customer having never been there before. Joe looked, but for some reason my appointment did not show up for him. Joe did not skip a beat and rather than make any excuses or in any way make me feel badly, he proceeded with checking me in. I mentioned to him that I had another appointment to get to right after the oil change and asked if they could get me done in an hour. He said they would; and they delivered! It was actually 10:32 when they were done for which Joe apologized, but was not any issue for me. Joe was very busy juggling not only customers, but his employees as well. He remained polite and professional at all times. Also of note is that everyone, including customers, all had masks on. Only gripe I would say I have is the seats, I'm 5 '4 and my feet tangle, they don't even touch the floor and I cant get comfortable during my stay there, I guess I'll just ware my high heals. lol read more

These guys are a diamond in the rough of the car and servicing world! As usually a natural skeptic, I completely trust these guys to take care of not only my car, but my entire family's. They are honest, respectful, good prices and do great quality work. They've also been super helpful with dropping off cars and loaners if necessary. Car problems can be a huge headache--and these guys go above and beyond to help mitigate that. But again--the biggest feather in their cap should be the fact I've lived all over the country, but as soon as something goes wrong with my car, they're the first ones I call to figure out what to do. We've taken our cars here for years. I never feel pressure to have add on services that weren't needed. They offer a free car wash as well. They get you in and out pretty quick and the waiting room is clean and quiet. The prices are also very reasonable. read more

I had a great experience with Ed and his QuickLane auto repair shop today. Before I started the review, you should know that I have very limited (to none) knowledge about cars and parts. So naturally, anything unusual to my car always makes me nervous. Normally, I would only go to Honda dealership for any things car related. So I came to a Honda dealership this time too, because my car has been making this weird noise. Well, they were booked and unable to take my car in for a quick look. The next available apt would be 5 days later, and the starting cost for diagnostic test is $65. I turned to my dear friend Yelp to find an auto repair shop. Another shop I called was also too busy to help me out. I called Quick Lane and spoke to Ed. His shop was also really busy at the time I called, but he tentatively asked me to tell him more details regarding my concern for my car. And quickly offer to take a quick look at the car for me. Within less then 5 minutes after I got there, Ed took my car in and did his inspection. He came back about less than 10 minutes later and told me that I was all set. It was a simple issue (the heat-shield was loose), and he fixed it. Expecting to pay, so I asked. To my surprise, Ed told me not to worry about it an hope that I would come back for future services. I wrote the review not because I didn't have to pay for the service, but because I value his excellent, tentative, and reasonable customer service. This experience definitely opened my eyes and made me rethink my misconception of auto repair shops vs dealership. And I will definitely be back for future services! read more
