We took our Mercedes Benz there to have an oil change. They failed to place a new o-ring on the filter as required and over tightened the filter causing the old o-ring to fail. Oil sprayed all over the engine causing over $1000 dollars in damages. We did get paid back for the money we spent to repair the damages, but the car will never drive the same again. I have a small hatchback and was charged 99.00 for an oil change. Which explains why they do not post service amounts on their website. Then the up sales started. Asked that my tires be rotated, which they did but lost one of my hubcaps. When I went to pay, I had to ask for the 15.00 off as advertised by their sign in front of their store as the girl ringing me up had no intention of applying the discount. Didn't bother to reset my service engine light. The techs were professional and polite, and I have no problem with their service just felt this location price gouges customers for a simple routine service. read more

SCAMMERS AND THIEVES!!! Avoid this place!! Would give ZERO stars if it was an option! They try to scam you into the wrong kind of oil for your vehicle... you should be automatically using the manufacturers recommended oil... not trying to upgrade people into more costly synthetic or premium, etc as a default and telling them thats what it calls for. I know my oil recommendations on my vehicle! Then they tried to claim my battery was dead even though I had no issues leading up to this oil change and they drove it in fine into the bay... Made them jump me and took it to Auto Zone - tested JUST FINE at Auto Zone (swear they disconnected or shorted something to make the test fail and not start) DIDNT reset my oil indicator light FINALLY, and WORST of all.... STOLE my owners manual from my car! Not there after this oil change. They claim they don't have it... Now I'm out a couple hundred bucks trying to get a new one if I can ever find it! Just am flabbergasted at the values and integrity this place has... even in a small town (had given up on Jiffy Lube a few years back because they always are trying to claim something is wrong with your vehicle and sell you extra stuff... I am new to Waxahachie. I have been to Jiffy Lube a few times to have the air checked in my tires. Due to the change in climate, my tire light came on again today, so I stopped in to have them take a look. One of the employees came out And told me he needed to pull the car into the garage so I hopped out and waited for them to do their job. As always, I had put money in my pocket for a tip because they never charge me to put air in the tires. He brought the car around. I gave him a tip hopped in the car, and was on my way. I got a few miles down the road and went to get money out of my wallet, and realized that all of my cash had been stolen out of my purse. Yes, of course it was my fault to leave my purse in the car however, I knew it was going to take less than five minutes and who would've thought that someone would have literally stolen my cash. I spoke to the manager in charge and I also spoke to his manager. The only option they could give me was to call the police and file a report. It was only $40 and I had another appointment that was pressing. However, I did call the police and talked with them, and like they said, "it doesn't matter the amount, it's still wrong"!! I opted out of filing with the police because I knew it would be my word against the thief's! This is so disturbing for me because I know that I am overly trusting of people but I like to find the good in everyone. This is just a note to everyone to be aware of your belongings! I had been to this location over 4 times and there speed and service was just ok. On the last visit the claimed they could not remove the skid plate to get to the oil plug. I was told to go to a automotive shop to have it cut off or re taped. They had performed the previous oil change so not sure why they could not remove it 6 months the later. Regardless I took it home and removed the pan myself in 8 minutes. I'll be doing my own from here on out, I just don't trust t.f his crew. read more

I've never had to wait 2 hours for an oil change. Somehow, 4 different cars all received oil changes in another lane while I waited in the lane over. You'd think there would be a system that gets you in and out as fast as possible but apparently not. Work flow seemed disorganized and employees either lacked experienced which created a delay or they just really aren't concerned with efficient service at all. I stopped in there on my way back to Dallas from San Antonio because the place That had done my old change before we had gone to San Antonio had done something to my oil pan and my oil tube under my car it was covered with oil smoking I didn't know what the problem was they can access the problem told me what they could do which pretty much was nothing until I get back but they topped off my all and assured me that I would make it home and they charged me nothing these people are truly awesome thank you so much guys I really appreciate it I'd recommend anyone go here great experience read more

This location is TERRIBLE!! It's the slowest oil change place I've been to in years, and that's saying something. It wasn't even busy. The young guys who were "working" there moved with no urgency and looked and acted like they didn't want to be there. Several times, they appeared to be just standing around doing nothing. Regular oil change does cost more than some places (i.e Walmart) but there are plenty of coupons available online or through Groupon. I use to take all of my vehicles to this location to get oil changes and inspections. However, after the poor customer service I received on yesterday, Sunday, November 1, 2020, I will never patronize this location again. In addition, I will not recommend this location to any of my coworkers that live in Waxahachie. In fact, I will let them exactly what happened to me. I was the only customer waiting on a a vehicle inspection. The employee that was directing the customers instructed me to pull into the inspection bay because everyone else in the lot was waiting on oil changes, I did as instructed and proceeded to wait for approximately 12-minutes or longer with nobody checking on so I waited a total of 15-minutes and then got out of my vehicle and asked how much longer to which I did not get a response so I left the establishment and decided ti go elsewhere but some of the other locations I went to are closed on Sunday. If I could rate this location a zero (0) I most definitely would, especially considering the amount of money I have spent with them in the last six (6) years. Signed a former loyal patron. read more

Terrible! Long wait, not due to lack of personnel or a lot of customers, mostly due to the lack of management and the up sale. So busy with the up sale they did not vacuum. When leaving, there was a large dirty mark on the drivers side seat that was not there prior. I asked them to clean it, they did but beneath it there was a scar in the leather. Looks like one of the twelve times they got in and out of it they had something in their pocket. The manager gave an unconcerned - sorry and walked off. I've come to the decision it is all a scam. You go in for a "oil change" but can NEVER leave without being told all this "supposed" problems you have with your car. Two times pass I went in and they told me I just had to have my belts changed and so I did. Then the next time it was my brakes that needed to be fixed. I told them no. This time it was my fuel injectors that needed to be replaced. Funny how they didn't mention the brakes that supposedly just really needed to be fixed last time. Then they said I needed to use this high end oil for my car because of the mileage. That making an "oil change" $80.00! I told them no on the injectors. While I'm waiting they tell the next two people behind me THEY also needed injectors changed out. Really? Three different cars with three different extreme year models apart and ALL need injectors changed. Is the company pumping their sales people to sell injectors this month? The poor elderly lady behind me listened to the bull crap the man fed her and she came in for a $40.00 oil change and walked out paying over $400.00! This is the last time your company will pull a scam on me. I intend to tell EVERYONE I know NOT to go to your company. NO ONE walks in for a oil change and can walk out without being told some other calamity is awaiting them. Oh and when they brought my car around I asked the guy what the difference was between the high end oil and the regular oil and he said "not much."
