The worker was friendly and asked me some questions, and then said he would follow up with a call before any work was started. A few hours later, he called me and reviewed what needed to be done. In this case, it was time for new brakes and a hose had a crack in it. He gave me a fair quote (which I approved through my dad) and said he could work on it and get me back on the road. I was happy with the entire experience, as I really felt they did a good job, had great service and I could see they are proud of the work they do.

I went in for a full synthetic oil change $100+ only to receive a snarky a** comment from one of the oil attendants. I politely asked for an oil change and nothing else. I informed them I didn't want any fluids or filters and had brought my own oil filter. When the tall, curly haired, and polite attendant passed this information to his short, dark haired, small build, and rude coworker changing another customer's oil, he responded with "dOes hE HaVe hiS oWn oiL tOo" in a snarky attitude. Let's just say he may need some more training on customer service and how to speak to customers. I let them know I no longer wanted the service and drove away. It's safe to say I won't be doing business here anymore and I'll be sure to let people know to avoid this place as long as he is an employee there.

I needed them to troubleshoot a sound on my Subaru…read more I thought I had a bad CV axel (common issue with Subaru's) but instead it appeared to be a heat shield on the wheel that was rubbing. Fair enough, easy fix. Instead, they chopped it off on the passenger side. About a day later, the noise was back. I crawled under the car and could see the drivers side was doing the same. I took a screwdriver and bent the shield out of the way and noise never returned. I'm just baffled that they didn't know how to fix the issue easily or without a less destructive way. Tells me they didn't test drive it or really diagnose the issue to begin with.

I took my RAV4 to Global Car Care because Slip Indicator Light was staying on ...traction control…read moreproblem. First, they said "rear plug" of transmission had come out and needed to replaced. Also, the battery was bad and needed to be replaced. The battery recovered overnight after I asked for my battery back to return since it was only 12 months of the 36 month of Interstate's warranty. Manager Jay told me a car's alternator does not charge the battery. Then at the end of the next day Global Car Care called to say after the test drive it was not shifting properly so needed to replace the Steering Rack and Tie Rods of a cost of $2,069.21. I declined and picked up the car, no improvement in problem. - cost of $456.31 I then took the car to Town Toyota, they quickly identified the problem as a loose steering rack bolt that needed to be tightened. They tightened the bolt and all other cradle bolts, reset all sensors, and front wheel alignment. The total cost for Town Toyota service department to resolve problem and improve drivability in a half day was $347.10.
