I've been going here for years and even with the crews always changing, I've never had a bad experience. I've heard the classic "don't go to jiffy lube, they forgot to put my oil filter back on story" and the other ones that are as common as the boogie man. About all the jiffy lube stations I know of. I have been going to this location for the past couple years and I have never had a single bad experience. I have even pulled up to ask if they can please put air in my tires. The last time I was there, I did have a guy who was a little shy about smiling which I think even if you are having a bad day, if some goofy girl is talking to you, you should be more personable and acknowledge the customer, I know he heard me and all it takes is a smile. I don't know what kind of day he was having, but I made it a point to go out of my way to communicate with him and make sure he knew I appreciate him and being my goofy self. Good customer service is a plus. Other than that, I have always had positive experiences, positive customer service and I continue to have the oil filter, fluids filled, everything is on and in my car, and no boogie man stories. Advertised battery price was $120 less than what I was quoted on site for the South Maple St. Location. For a synthetic blend oil change and battery they tried overcharging me , even after I showed them the quote for that location for my vehicle. I was told by Dennis, the manager, " oh yeah boss, the price went up 2 weeks ago". False advertising or extra pocket money for him, not sure which. To try and shut me up he says " we can take it out and you can take your old one back" so I went with it. Snapped a picture and found the same battery online for $187, not the $299 he was looking for. It pays to question them when you go there. . I have got say I inquired about Fuel injector service. Listen to this , it comes in 2 stages . 1st stage is $100 and it Includes pouring a bottle of "injector cleaner " into your gas tank !!! $100 for a $15 bottle that can be bought at any part store !!WOW !!! How do they explain that HUGE mark up??? Some people may call that , #HighwayRobbery !! 2nd stage is $200 & that has the pouring same bottle into the injectors! Not replacing them ?! I have been to a lot of Jiffy Lubes across the US where my vehicles received great service. Unfortunately this is not the case at this Jiffy Lube. I decided to give 1 star because they gave me a monetary discount on my oil change... not realizing the "discount" included not filling my wiper and coolant. None of my fluids were topped off when I got my oil changed. No sticker to remind me of next visit. Thankfully my coolant was ok for my cross country drive to AZ... where my local Jiffy Lube noticed the coolant wasn't topped. I knew the wiper fluid wasn't topped the day I left MA driving west. read more

I just moved back to the area and need a quick check of my transmission fluid. The employees were polite and helpful. Because of covid, I drove car in bay and stayed in the car. They pumped cool air into my car to keep me comfortable! They looked up my service record from my from my old jiffy lube in VA. I will definitely go back for my regular oil changes and service. read more

Wasn't expecting them to be open today seeing as it's July 4th. This is the one I like coming to as they seem to have it together more than the others I've been to. Love to be able to get in and out quickly. Always try to push something extra but everybody does that and they don't push any further after the first no thanks. read more

I was so hopeful for change once someone else in corporate amhad stepped in. I WAS WRONG. Per my previous post, Jiffy Lube cracked my radiator and caused coolant to literally pour out into my motor. This resulted in $800 worth of damages I had to pay out of pocket. Luckily a friend was able to help fix this problem quickly on his own time and for $600. Corporate FINALLY took responsibility and had explained they could reimburse me. Due to me paying out of pocket to a friend I do not have an invoice and after all the hope corporate had given me they have since gave us a complete run around and decided to change their mind on taking responsibility. Rather than kindly searching for other options they BLOCKED our number and refuse to answer now. I went to jiffy lube for convenience.. and the trouble has lasted MONTHS. Do. Not. Go. Here. Luckily I also have a very loyal social media following and will also be adding my thoughts there for jiffy lube to not, yet again, delete my review. I myself work in management, and I would always take responsibility if my staff did something wrong, no matter how inconvenient the troubleshooting is, that's what my job is. They noticed a fuel leak and went above and beyond to locate it and put a temporary fix to it so I could make it to a nearby autopart store. Unprofessional, and unwilling to go out of their way to help customers. They only care about getting you in and out fast and do not spend enough time to complete things accurately. I went in to get an oil change and a break light fixed. They left my lights on the whole time which resulted in them having to jump my car. No more than 5 minutes driving away my engine light came on. I returned the same day and they said it was probably nothing and turned it off. It came back on the next day and I returned and they said there was nothing they could do and it had nothing to do with any of the work they did.... I asked for a refund because my car was fine prior to being brought in to this facility. I did not get a refund and was left frustrated, now bringing my car to the dealership for professional assistance. read more

I cant speak for their oil changes but I was vacuuming out my car when I became locked out with everything in my car. I had to use their phone for AAA. I even took over one of their service computers to try and access my FOB online. I even had a cup of coffee. Thank you for letting me use your phone. read more

DO NOT GO HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. If I could post with a rating less than one star I most definitely would. This is the worst Jiffy Lube I have EVER encountered. If you drive an import stay far far away. An oil change that should've taken all of a 20mins turned into a two day catastrophe. After patiently watching the monitor from the waiting area for over an hour and watching four other customers come and go I checked in. At this point I was informed they were unable to remove the skid plate from the bottom of my car and stripped two of the bolts. If the mechanic was unable to take off one bolt why on earth would he move on to a second one! After speaking with an incompetent manager who conveniently was starting his vacation the day to follow I realized I was in for it. I ended up taking the vehicle to another mechanic to have them cut off the tops of the bolts, to get the skid plate off. I cannot believe they are still in business, corporate needs to step in. Across the board the mechanics needs to be educated and the managerial staff needs a developmental program which includes extensive customer service training. read more

i ignored the advice of the other two reviewers and I WENT HERE. I was in and out without a problem even though there were about 6 people waiting. They work fast and they are very friendly. I had a coupon and even got a free carwash! My jeep is looking great! I will definitely be back! Don't listen to two negative reviews that were left over a year ago. Please don't use the service at this Jiffy Lube. I stopped in for an oil change and while it was being done I was shown my air filter and cabin filter. Both were slightly dirty, but not ready to be changed especially at the cost they wanted. My troubles started when the tech. tried to put the filters back and had trouble with the cabin filter. The filter is housed by going through the glove compartment. The tech. could not get the filter back in and forced the glove box door shut which prevented it from being reopened. The assistant manager forced the door open with a small crow bar and broke the lock and scratched the door. After an hour trying to get names and info. on who to talk about the damage, I finally was allowed to speak with the manager on the phone. I was given the district managers name and number and told that only one repair shop was used by the company. I was further told that if I didn't use this shop than I would have to submit estimates that might take weeks to approve. I went to my local repair shop that I have used for years and call the district manager with a verbal estimate and informed him that a printed estimate would be available the next day. I still waited for the payment, but it finally came. Big hassle considering I just wanted an oil change. I will never use them again. read more

Inspection was due and so although I had an appointment at my trusted independent mechanic for next week several days after it would expire, I went to Jiffy Lube just to get it done quickly. They identified four or five things that needed to be fixed beyond the basic oil change service that I had a half off coupon for....Differentials, air/cabin filters, on and on. I refused replacement but wrote it all down, went home. Next day, puddle of oil on driveway under car....same each day until today I went to the scheduled appointment with independent mechanic. Good thing I did. This shop fixes all the police cars in town, the Air Force base member's cars, and I trust them. They checked the car over and told me that the oil filter had not been tightened! Plus, all the extra "upselling" stuff Jiffy Lube tried to sell me was not necessary at all. They didn't even charge me for fixing the fault that Jiffy Lube messed up on. After this I googled them and found Jiffy Lube has a terrible reputation. Never going back. read more
