When I took my car in I told the technician I thought it needed a new purge Valve Solonoid according to my Diagnostic Checker. Tech told me they would need to do their own Diagnostic Check and that would run $185. On top of that it would be parts and labor. When it was all said and done I was charged $961. $361 of that was for the part they needed. As I did some research the OP/994-917 part was readily available at just about any NAPA store for between $120 on the Low Side to $175 on the High Side. Definetaly less than a $200 part. Kansasland Andover marked this part up over 200% On top of that They charges for 1 hour of Labor at $210 / hr. I'm ok (sorta) with the labor charge. Thats why I brought it to a professional. I'm also (sorta) ok with Kansas Land doing their own Diagnostic. But to upcharge a standard $150 part to cost $346 is simply gouging the customer. I will never be back. When I scheduled the service, the wrong vehicle with my VIN number was in the computer. I asked my tire pressure to be changed so I would not get a low tire light, no change was made. The odometer was set to "trip" not restored to operating setting. No report about vehicle condition was given. All small issues that add up.

Without a thought he went into his truck got a stack of napkins wanting to grab onto the wasp to take it out thankfully it didn't bite him but he managed to get it out fyi I was also late to pick up my little sisters !! He was so sweet and hopefully this week I can bring by donuts for the office because I was so so incredibly thankful i valued it so much I'm AWFUL with bugs but with that said we have also gone here to fix our ac and they get the job done great aswell ! Hit a chunk of concrete coming back from KC, bent the wheel and popped the tire along with broke off one of the lug nut bolts. Took my car to them on a Friday afternoon expecting not to get it worked on until the following week. They worked it in the same day had it fixed before 5pm along with fixed the vibration it was making because of the blown tire/wheel. Damon told me worst case scenario when I went and picked it up it was less than half of what Damon originally quoted. The car drives absolutely amazing thanks to them. I took my car in to a large chain business who changed my tire and put a bent rim back on even though I had a new one there for them to replace it with as well as sold me 2 new tires that were still very good (they were both at a 6, obviously I have educated myself on tire tread since then) They also let me drive out of their shop with a loud noise coming from the tire they were working on and never mentioned it to me. My husband told me to call Tracy's and I decided to try them out. They were very honest with me and kept me updated on the progress being made on my car. They were the ones who found the bent rim and said they didn't feel comfortable with putting me back on the road with a tire that didn't have a good seal. The loud noise ended up being a broken strut which was fixed and rides like new again. How that could have been missed by the other company is beyond me. They took good care of me, found the needed parts as quickly as possible, and their prices are fair. The fact that I was not taken advantage of as a female means a lot to me. I will definitely be making them my go to automotive shop.

2025 Have been using…read moreTracy's for a few years now and have always had a good experience. Mostly oil changes but also brake replacements. They are great about communication and I never feel pressured, which I really appreciate. Often they are able to give me a ride to work if I can wait for a little spell. That's also very nice:) Happy to continue seeing them for all my auto needs lol
