I went in to get my car checked out, and the oil changed. They changed the oil, washed my windows and vacuumed my floor. I just bought this car and it had paper tags on it, so I thought when they handed me an invoice saying that things like the Coolant reservoir, and headlights had been checked that they were good. Turns out the headlights were nonfunctional (found this out when I stayed at a friends house until dark then HAD to drive home without headlights) and I popped the hood and the coolant reservoir was below the minimum. I went in and asked them about it, and the manager behind the counter decided he would scream at me about how stupid I was for not checking my headlights before driving, when driving at that point was non-optional. Don't ever go here unless you like being verbally abused by the people changing your oil. Strongly considering taking them to court over handing me an invoice ensuring everything was good when it was not. read more

What a joke . Needed 75w90 pumped back into a rear end . Rear end was cleaned out and empty just needed filled . I would have done it at home but due to weather I thought we would just take it in lol . They quoted $149.99 just to pull the plug and pump in 2 qts of oil !!!!! I got my oil changed about 2 months ago. They did not get the filter on properly, and it started to drip on the dust cover. Because of all the airflow under the car, the oil blew everywhere, now it cost me 20 dollars for a new filter and 1 quart of oil, and however much to clean up all the oil from under the car. This is what you get when you let 16 years olds change your oil, lesson learned. read more

I have learned that I don't need them to do anything other than an oil change. They are not mechanics but they will act like they are, attempt to upsell you on everything. I get it, you have to make a living and you get paid commission on up sells but when I drive a car that is 3 years old and less than 50,000 miles on it, doesn't need a transmission flush. read more

Very friendly and helpful. Quick and efficient service. They didn't try to up-sell me on anything I didn't need. But the main reason I am giving them 5 stars is this: they told me my rear differential fluid needed to be changed. I had had another Jiffy Lube in another state change the rear dif fluid at the last oil change. When I informed them of that they said the other place must not have cleaned out the casings properly and then they changed the fluid for free. And that is no small cost. I'm being very generous giving this business three stars. I picked up my truck from a transmission shop, and went to this Jiffy Lube the same day. Literally... 10 minuites after leaving the tranny shop, I went to this Jiffy Lube for an oil change. The tranny shop had drained and replaced the transmission fluid, but the technician at Jiffy Lube insisted that the transmission needed to be flushed. I understand that Jiffy Lube seeks out upsell opportunities, and I did allow them to clean the airfilter (it's a higher performance filter that can be cleaned). Transmission flushes generally are not good for a transmission, and to try to convince me that it needs flushed right after all new fluid was added... kind of upsetting. read more
