I was later informed that the tires could not be removed because the vehicle has a wheel lock, so only the alignment was performed. What is unacceptable is that the wheel lock key was in the glove compartment, and no one made any effort to contact me to ask about it. When I asked why I was not contacted, I was met with hostility rather than accountability, as though the issue was my fault.
