Went for an oil change for the convenience of getting it done quickly . What a mistake! First, the manager was on a personal phone call the entire time I was checking out discussing taking a car of his insurance that he could no longer afford....secondly when I got in my car grease was on my door panel, steering wheel and beige fabric seats. I stopped by today to get a oil change. There were hand written signs on the windows stating that they were closed for lunch and wouldn't be back until 1:20. Came back at 1:20. I saw 4 associates there but only one working. There was one car in the bay and one associate talking with this customer for over 15 minutes. The remaining 3 were standing around doing nothing. I was next in line with cars stacking up behind me. After seeing their total lack of customer service I turned around and left. read more

I called after work on a Monday around 3:50 to see if an appointment was needed as my oil light came on over the weekend. I was told on the phone that they do a first come first serve basis. I would like to note that the number on this yelp page is not actually their number, it is +1 (856) 848-5780. was greeted very friendly by one of the workers simply asking what I was there for and explained where to go with my car. He opened the door for me and then walked me to the lobby area to sit. The lobby area is so so, it's a tiny room with 5 chairs, TV, magazines, a semi coffee table, and unisex bathroom. You can't really see into the garage to see what is going on and there isn't someone who works at the desk. It was about an hour before my name was called to go through what was going to be done to my car. Honestly, I would have not waited this long if I knew. They should be up front and explain an estimate of how long things will be. There was only two people in front of me. The guy who called me over went through everything really fast, to the point that he lost me. I almost felt like he was trying to just make money off of a "girl" so I just continued with I want my oil change with synthetic blend and left it at that. If he took the time to go through the other things he was talking about and explained what they even were, maybe I would have done it. I did like that you signed a waiver of agreement of what you will be paying before the process is done. Overall, I was okay with the way everything turned out! Price was average but the free carpet vacuuming was a nice touch! read more

Got an oil change and my anti- freeze topped off today. It was amazing service. There was a pretty long line and they made sure that the people who got their first were seen first, which I appreciated. They also told me about the oil change top off policy, where you can stop in and get the oil topped off anytime before the next mileage and they top it off for free. I had no idea they did that!!! Have a 2020 Kia Serento and was serviced 10/23/21. They did not replace the cover ( needed to be removed to get to the oil filter) correctly. It's now missing bolts and bent from air forcing it down to the ground. Waiting to see how they handle this. It needs to be replaced. read more

I stopped by this location for an oil/filter change, and a tire rotation. This is the A1 service for my Acura RDX. The required oil is 0W-20, and the options they had for oil were synthetic blend, or full synthetic. I opted for the blend, as it's about $20 cheaper. They looked at everything else on the car (wipers, air filters, etc.). I maintain it well, so nothing else was required/recommend aside from the manufacturer's recommendation. The whole thing took about 45 minutes, or so, which was a bit longer than I hoped for, but it was Sunday afternoon, so they had their bays free. I dowloaded a $5 coupon, and the total bill was about $95. No issues with anything, though it's a bit pricey. You pay for the speed and no-appointment needed service. read more

If you are in dire need of a quick oil change, fine. Avoid any service above and beyond that. First time I went there, they incorrectly installed an air filter. The second time, their attempt at replacing a simple headlight bulb, ended with me leaving with a broken headlight IN MY HAND. I visited Jiffy Lube in Woodbury on 10/15/21 because they changed my spark plugs around 9k miles ago and I was having issues that the dealer said were related to spark plugs (that they wanted to charge me to fix). It turns out the spark plug issue was dealer caused, having nothing to do with Jiffy Lube. Nonetheless, the Jiffy Lube team immediately fully investigated AND made the car right...standing by their work and getting my car back to peak performance. The level of customer service provided by this team in Woodbury is beyond excellent. I highly recommend this shop for car maintenance work. I'd rate more than 5-stars if I could. Ask for Anthony. The woman directing cars where to go was rude as could be. I didn't understand that the 2 other people who came in weren't getting oil changes & I didn't understand what garage she wanted me to go to. When I asked why if I was next these other two cars who came in after me were getting helped, she proceeded fo talk to me as if I didn't understand English, talking over me telling me to straighten my car out. I waited 1.5 for an oil change on a Thursday at 11am. It should not have been that long of a wait. They also suggested and claimed my car HAD TO have synthetic oil. When I told them I just wanted conventional and the Manuel clearly states that it does not need synthetic they tried to argue with me. They are never busy when I go so the service has been quick both times I've gone. I don't feel as the though service writer was friendly at all. My oil light came on less than 50 miles passed my last service. I had a licensed mechanic (my father) check why. No oil on the dipstick, so we assumed it leaked (no evidence of this anywhere) or that there was a clog. Turns out, very little oil was added after the oil change (if they changed the oil at all- the engine was not dissembled to see.) My car then took 4 qts of oil. I called JL and spoke with their manager. He was rude and disrespectful. Called my dad a "guy with a hobby." and denied human error or incompetence. You rely on your oil to be changed and "topped off" as they call it. If you ever get an oil changed at this filthy place, check the dipstick in the parking lot. I will never go here again. read more
