Don't go here! The employees have no idea what they're doing. It will ruin your vehicle like they did mine. The employees did not put enough oil in my truck and my engine failed 2 months later with no warning light at all on the dashboard. I took it to Ford and they told me that it was because Jiffy Lube did not put enough oil in the engine. They gave me a price of over $5,000 to fix it. I went to Jiffy Lube and started a claim. They sent the manager from the Shrewsbury store out to look at my truck and he said that there was no sign of any issues with the truck that it was most likely their fault. When the claim got to their corporate office I was treated like crap. Obviously it meant nothing getting me opinion of the manager. The problem with the truck was obvious they just kept beating around the bush giving me excuses as to why it was not their fault when they never addressed the main issue. Not enough oil was put in my truck! I have been without my truck for a month and a half and I have lost thousands in my business not to mention the 5000 I have to pay to get the engine repaired. I've been going to this shop for a while for my regular oil changes. Always polite and professional, and there's rarely a wait. My car is ten years old, and burns a bit of oil- they always remind me that I can stop in for a "top-off" free of charge between visits. I've also had them replace headlight lamps. I had been having trouble with a leaking tire and the team at this location examined the tire, filled it TWICE, did what they could and eventually referred me to a nearby tire store for further assistance. It must have been at least 100 degrees the first time I went in but this team was pleasant, professional, took all the time in the world and was genuinely concerned that I didn't drive on an unsafe tire. This location is always quick, efficient and pleasant. I highly recommend them for their oil changes but when you need help-they are golden! Do not go here. They are scamming people and charging different prices based on what they think they can get away with. I am a 23 year old female and the prices they quoted me on Aug 11th were all 30$ higher than what they said to my stepdad when he showed up Aug 15th, four days later, asking about the prices. The entire franchise is aware and after calling corporate and filing a case quickly called me back to say they are issuing a refund for the price difference since I was overcharged 30$. One employee even made a comment that they could tell it was my first time getting an oil change alone. They clearly were aware of what they were doing and thought they could easily take advantage of someone. This is my third time getting an oil change after switching from Valvoline. First, I have never had to wait in line. They always to be available. Second, I have found the staff to be profession and friendly. Unlike other quick oil change companies, they don't push you into getting services you don't need (air filter replacement, transmission flush, new engine). The service is QUICK and done correctly. Do NOT go here! They are completely incompetent. Left skid plate detached so it was dragging on highway. Went back to get fixed and the workers were laughing at us (especially Roberto). In the end, they did not know how to put on skid plate and we left with it in our trunk. We drive off and something else was dragging.. had to go back again. Completely negligent and dangerous. The shop was messy and we also got a screw with washer lodged in our tire. 2 hours in and the car was damaged! read more

These guys take the cake with unfriendly behavior. They are right next to an active plaza with lots of customers. There is no designation that any of the parking spots are reserved for them, yet a few months ago they started to park one of their cars diagonally to prevent people from parking in the spots closest to their facility. Today I drove up to see two cars parked diagonally to take up 5 spots next to their facility. It is ridiculous. They benefit nothing by taking up those spots. They aren't saving them for customers, they are just preventing anyone else from using them. I'm just a customer, but I'll be going to the Valvoline across the street while my child is in his math class, not Jiffy Lube!! read more

Went for an oil change at 1030am finished at 1205 pm. I was the second car behind! Not a good start! secondly came home to check what they did under my hood. Noticed a huge amount of smoke on my engine block because they spilled oil everywhere! Spent $160 dollars and some change for an oil change!! Never going back. He was super honest and said he didn't want to take money since I didn't need it quite yet and reset the notification for me. I was feeling pretty good that we understood each other. You never showed me the filters ( that's cool, never buy them at your crib anyway b/c of the cra-zee mark up), nothing about the wipers, but you didn't give me a new reminder sticker in the window. Whatevs -- you were done in 20 mins so I could be on my way....but what is this -- you upgraded me to High Mileage oil -- just effin' because? When I ask if that's the basic you say "sure is"...I point to the oil next to it... and you say " OOOHHH...you wanted basic basic"........WTF!!!!!!!!! I had an oil change at the 512 Boston Turnpike location in Shrewsbury on 03/25/2017 and just came to realize that I'm missing a fully shrink-wrapped roll of quarter, and all the dollar bills from an envelope in my glove box and another compartment on the front dash area. I live alone, drive alone, and nothing else that's of more value hasn't gone missing. So I'm ruling out that my car has been broken in. However, I've had a someone enter my vehicle without my supervision, and that is one of your JiffyLube service crew. The lady at the front desk was great and informative, I was left with a good impression, BUT now that I know that I can't even trust you with my parking quarters? I won't be going back anytime soon for a service, and nor well my friends and family. Here's the thing with Jiffy Lube... I went there a couple times for an oil change/tire rotation and had no issues. Until that one time, that whoever was doing my oil change actually released the transmission fluid cap instead of the oil cap??? Not sure how they made that mistake, but it happened, and I had to sit for an extra hour while they then changed my transmission fluid. Now, I wasn't charged for the transmission fluid change, but I also wasn't confident that anything was done correctly after the initial mistake of pulling the wrong plug... Yikes! Also, their lift has been down for over a year. So, now you can't get your tires rotated with your oil change, you would have to go somewhere else to get your tires rotated. They seem empty every time I go there. I'm figuring after my experiences, I know why. They won't be getting another chance from me. read more

Warning! Do not go to this jiffy lube. They not only used an incompatible filter, but failed to replace the cap with the appropriate insert and all the engine oil leaked out of the engine. Despite my effort to follow the protocol to get this $125 oil change refunded, they refused and don't even admit to it. I had to get my car repaired at a real auto shop for almost $800. They do a fair service when there open seems they have a problem keeping help, when they are open on time which is rear there's always new faces, I own a company and have my fleet of trucks oil changed here but as of late there never open on time so I would not recommend I've found a new place to do my oil changes. read more

Every time I go there is a different crew. This time only one guy was effectively working and it took half an hour to do my car even though only one car was in the bay before me and the other bay was empty. The supervisor was sitting at the computer reading the paper. Don't get the signature service, they definitely did not check all fluids...my differentials had not been touched.
