After signing to do the work and setting up the day which was on a Saturday he emailed a few days as a reminder he was coming. They arrived on time they were neet and clean during the install. Onofreo's maintenance man immediately did everything necessary to stop the leak, as well as found and repaired the problem. Even though they are more expensive than other companies I've had in the past when it comes to things like this, they can't be beat. It's a high pitched squeal. We've had Onofreo out maybe 10 times and each technician has had a different diagnosis and /or solution. Sometimes they contradict one another entirely. Onofreo just keeps coming back, making tweaks, reversing and re-reversing solutions. My only assumption is that the system has faulty parts or was installed incorrectly. It's been terrible and the ordeal has lasted for 8 months now after installation.

Ray quickly responded and not only offered a better price; but seemed to be very knowledgeable about our system. He came to our house and was able to get the old unit working temporarily at no charge and further impressed us with his knowledge. I felt we could trust him and ordered a new boiler from him and also a new gas hot water heater as it was near the end of its life. I left messages for Bryon and the main mailbox around noon. They got back to me, and told me that by 2:00 someone could be at the property. I was very impressed. Within a fairly short span of time, it was fixed for under $200. Tell me where you can get THAT quick a response and repair that fast for a couple of hundred!! These folks are great. I'm a landlord, and have dealt with quite a few "HVAC" contractors and companies, most of whom were ripoff artists. I cannot tell you how many times I had to have things redone, after going the cheapest route. They are the real deal. They have done very quick emergency repairs for both myself and my tenants- as well as installing complete system(s) in my home. Nobody is perfect, and I dislike the tone of the ONE negative review (I think there was a communication issue there- I've never had a problem), so I would ignore that bad review. The person sounds simply like a jerk. [UPDATE: I checked that jerk's "review history", and it was almost all Negative-Nancy-Land. So, ignore the bitter schmuck, please] If there were any issues, Giordano's addressed them quickly, and the pricing has always, in my opinion, been fair. They are not the cheapest- but when I went with the cheapest bids, there was ALWAYS a problem, or some stupid drama. These folks are pros, they know what they are doing. They charge fair, they fix any problems. And, they're really nice people. I give them my highest recommendation.
