Our kitchen had flooded and I explained that that pipe was off when the water was spraying everywhere. He said he would check everything. He explained that it was just a valve that needed to be replaced but I knew the pipe was off. He insisted everything was fine. I was recovering from surgery and stayed with family for almost a month. As soon as I returned home and used the sink the pipe popped down. I am so disappointed. The confirmation text that I received said the plumber was Christian Hull, and fyi to the company - CONNECTICUT is spelled incorrectly as part of your company name ("Zoom Drain Connecitcut").
