The gentleman showed up on time, and took a look at what I had for a regulator, and said he'd be back shortly from the supply house. He worked quickly and got it changed in less than 1/2 hour. Quick, efficient, friendly, and most of all reasonably priced. Can't ask for more.

The owner contacted up promptly in the morning, and someone was here evaluating our problem within an hour and a half. The gentleman identified the problem, solved it with a rooter, and did a preliminary clean up of the area (yeah, it was a big help, just imagine). What impressed me most was the taking time to explain to us what'd happened, and to how to keep it from happening again, a good touch.
