Not being racist, but most of the time if the mechanic is an east Indian, they will tell you a lot of stuff that needs to get fixed in your car, even though you only went for oil change. First, he said that my engine oil is empty and showed me the dipstick. Of course it's going to show small because I just arrived and just turned off my car. The oil is still circulated in the engine. Next, he advised for an engine flush. I said ok. He said the it will need for the engine to run idle for 5mins with the engine flush chemical. Not even 3mins and he asked me to stop the engine. Engine flush is supposed to be ran for 10-15mins. Lastly, he said I need to changed coolant. He said he's going to check my coolant. He used this device that sucked a good amount of coolant out of the radiator and he can see the color and status of the coolant through the glass on his device. Then, after checking, instead of putting back the collant he extracted, he dumped it out. Probably so next time it will show that my coolant is low. Avoid this jiffy lube place at all cost. That's why people loses trust with their people because of scammers like them. If only I could give a negative rate, I will give them -5. Just scammers. read more

Terrible place do not go, went in for a coolant flush and refill because my hose fell off, they did not evacuate all the air and my engine blew 30 mins down the road after my rad cap shot off from the pressure of the air bubble, now Mr.Daniel their very special needs regional manager will not give me any kind of refund.... got an oil change and fluid levels were supposed to be checked. 20 min down the road my van overheated. there was ZERO coolant in my radiator! so they CLEARLY did not check fluid levels at all! will never go to a Jiffy Lube ever again. read more

AVOID!!! Zap straps??? no check?? charged $199. for an oil change and didn't do any of the checks at the end they get me to initial declined checks so I say isn't that included ... yeah but you didn't want it. how ridiculous I have been to these type of services but never had an experience like this. I see the guy hand the person below a few zap straps and I say what's that for? what's going on and he says it will be all ok. this was expensive and unprofessional. went for an oil change and they charged me more than any service posted on their walls. the most expensive was $139 read more

DO NOT GO HERE. They are crooks. I went on a Saturday for a basic oil change, was incorrectly overcharged for a cabin air filter, and then told I had to wait in line (again) to get my refund. Instead of the refund, they charged me again for the same incorrect amount, then AGAIN for the correct amount. This is resulted in them taking over half a thousand dollars from my account which still hasn't been returned. It took three days for customer service to even respond, and that was after I had to follow up on my own complaint. I've basically been defrauded and have yet to receive a proper reply, or my money. I know oil change stations usually try their best to up sell to females (when I drive through with my husband I don't have this experience) but Aaron really went above and beyond this time. When he showed me the oil stick which was a bit on the low side he shook his head saying "horrible just horrible" as he put it back. He then insisted I have the oil flush and only gave me a quote for the highest priced options saying that their were lower options but that "they wouldn't be right for my car." Later when he came around to check the filter behind the glove compartment he went on and on about how it should be a bleach white and that this was "just horrible." I had actually gotten a new one in March from Mobile1 Express and it was just a bit grey. I appreciate Jiffy's thoroughness and the complimentary water (I guess) but if I wanted a lecture I would call my Dad and get it for free. I have been to this location so many times and have always felt this way but Aaron was so patronizing I couldn't get out of their fast enough and won't be going back. read more

I went in for an oil change as a one-off. Was a few months behind and my partner suggested stopping by this Jiffy Lube as I headed to cross the border with the expectation that the experience would be straightforward and efficient - and was I absolutely wrong. Though a sweet young lady working in the bay get me initiated, the remaining communication was from a guy named either "Mohat" or "Mohit" (difficult to see his name tag and I wasn't expecting to have to remember it due to a negative experience). After letting me know they'd be looking at the car thoroughly as part of the process for the oil change, the oil change would be $170 and some time passing, he informed me that both the coolant and brake fluid levels were SEVERELY LOW, in particular the brake fluid and asked if they should fill them. I was sure we had coolant at home but was surprised no sensors or warnings had come up for us on the car - which is a 2015 and has always been reliable if not premature with sensor warnings. I asked him how much more each would be (he said +$140 for coolant and +$160 for brake fluid), I told him I'd probably stick to the oil change only this time but that I'd pass the info to my partner as he uses the car the most. I was then left for about 25 min, another car came into the bay next to me for an oil change as well and was in and out well before this guy came back to me to tell me that the bolt to change the oil filter was "rounded" and they could not remove it. He said the oil filter would have to be changed for them to do the oil change and said "what do you want to do?" - I told him that I was fine with the filter to be changed and asked what he meant by rounded. He said the last people who did the oil change must have rounded the bolt and they had no way to get it off - even tried with a machine. I was furious at the previous place, where we normally take the care and asked him how I'd be able to get it taken off. He told me I'd have to go to a mechanic and again asked me "so what do you want to do". I was like "I'm not sure what my options are here. Are you not able to change the oil?" He said no. So nearly 40 minutes by the end of my visit, I left so frustrated with the other business. Then I found out today when we took it back to our usual place: the bolt was not rounded and they had NO issue removing it, all fluid levels were fine other than the coolant being slightly discoloured. So please, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Ido not know what was going on with them but the best I can surmise based on the energy this Mohat/Mohit fellow was giving me is I was a female indicating that I was there for one thing only and was not going to blindly agree for them to add on services. If I ever go back, it will be for the expressed purpose of letting this guy know to his face that he acted with no integrity and no respect. read more

DO NOT GO HERE They fabricated evidence to try and show me my differential oil needed replacement. I just got them services (three months ago) and went back today to my mechanic and he showed what the actual oil looks like. Completely unacceptable, the staff is deceitful and can not be trusted. They either tried to commit fraud or are completely incompetent. read more

Been going here since they first opened and was always good but this last year the quality of service has greatly gone down yet the price has gone up since it became a Jiffy Lube. Going to be looking elsewhere myself read more

Don't go here. They up sell saying things are required and in the end a huge bill that was never quoted.
