Overpriced! I had a nail in my tire. They advised me it was not repairable. They gave me a quote…read morefor 4 Michelin tires for $6001.00 which is what I had on my car. I asked for another quote for different tires. Was given a quote for Pireli for $2,800. Because it was late in the day I was unable to check other tire shops in the area. I assumed the prices would be similar. I checked the next day and the prices at 3 other tire shops in South Surrey ranged from $384-$395 per tire not $625 which I was charged. I showed the employee that I was charged an extra $900. he said I would be unable to get the tires within 24 hours. This was untrue. The other tire shops said they would have the tires the next day. Mr Lube also lost 3 of my lugnut covers and forgot to put back the center plate and I had to return to shop after driving home.

I was debating about writing a review of my service last week & decided I might as well warn…read morepeople. I went to the South Surrey location with tire that had a nail in it. I had the spare tire on when I arrived. They were very efficient in patching the tire quickly & didn't charge me, but then suggested that I needed new tires & if I have winter tires I should get them on ASAP. Then when I got home & opened that back of my SUV - what should I find - my spare tire lying there! It is supposed to go underneath & I know it does require some finesse to get it back under there. I called them & they were certainly expecting my call! The ready excuse was that they had tried to do it but it wasn't working & that they had "forgotten to mention it to me"! And they call themselves "tire experts" ? They said I could bring it back tomorrow to see if they could fit me in. I'm not taking it back to them - they would probably break it, just like they broke my tire pressure sensor 6 years ago claiming that Toyota had done it in their last servicing! By the way - I checked my tire rating which was done by Toyota at the end of June & the treads measured 7/32". Totally unethical & I'm never going back!

Alan goes the extra mile for every customer with a well trained crew. He is on a first name basis with many of his returning customers and always greets you with a smile. I've never been so demeaned for being a woman. I called back for a refund after the refused to service me. Meanwhile Richard the owner sat in my car and googled codes he wasn't able to fix. The issue? My mechanic told me later that the tube they replaced in April was leaking, and that's what they refused to fix due to what I believe is incompetence. I called the following day for a refund and Allan told me to come in again and I said I didn't trust their work after coming in and waiting. Allan was extremely rude and dismissive after my long wait to an empty shop. If you aren't in an emergency, or a woman, AVOID this place. They add things to the bill without asking (my initial visit I was charged $100 for coolant I didn't want). Reported to BBB. Awful service. After a lack of info and waiting without answer, I towed my car. The new and trusted mechanic said the coolant leaked and needed a new hose. No one at Jiffy lube answered basic questions and in fact couldn't even find the leak! An appointment to fix the issue never happened. The owner, Richard, spent an entire hour sitting in my car Googling basic diagnostic codes on his personal cell phone. He did not know how to fix the issue, yet I was still charged [Insert amount if you want]. Falsely claiming we scheduled a follow-up is an attempt to cover up a complete lack of basic expertise and a rip-off. Future customers beware.

What a bunch of rip off artists. Called to ask how much an oil change would be. After 10 minutes on…read morehold, told 139 + tax, but they don't have the filter in stock. After I ask, they say they can have it in noon the next day. I go there at 1:00 pm the next day, am told the wrong filter arrived, and they wouldn't be able to get the correct one until Tuesday because of long weekend. 5pm the same day get a call saying the filter came in (which means they lied to me about receiving the wrong filter). Just before they about to start, he says it's going to be $171 plus tax! That's nearly $200 for an oil change and $32 more than I was told the day before. Guy says he doesn't know who I talked to the day before and that's the price.

Not to mention the oil filter, I had to hammer a metal pry bar through the oil filter so I could get it off because it was so tight. If you care about your vehicle and the longevity of it I would not go here. If you are in need of an oil change and can't wait any longer they'll do but just know to might have to pay for major repairs as a result of their work.
