My wife and I hosted two other couples at a vacation home on Lake Travis. Inspirato, the vacation home operator, had suggested Jill as an in-home chef to prepare our meal so we could enjoy hosting our friends. A week before our arrival Jill and I settled on a menu from a range of options that she provided. Jill arrived at the appointed hour with a helper and began the preparations while her assistant set the table and began getting the first wave of appetizers ready. From then on it was game on as the food was outstanding right out of the gate. I was stuffed by the time it was time for salad. My wife particularly loved the prosciutto wrapped pineapple. Some how I managed to eat the main course and desert too! While we ate the final deliciousness of desert Jill and her assistant were packaging up the leftovers in the refrigerator and had cleaned up the kitchen, By the time they had left the dishwasher was on everything was put away. While there was six of us, it was enough food for at least 10. All-in-all a wonderful dinner and a wonderful evening all made possible by Jill's Bistro. read more

Had Jill prepare a custom meal for a small office meeting when food was received it was absolutely horrible it was cold It had no flavor spoke with the supposedly owner she advised that it was because of our transportation that the food was cold didn't offer any compensation back I would not ever use this place again read more
