    Wow, a standing ovation for Keith, the "service manager," for proving that things can, in fact, get worse every time they touch your car! I brought mine in for simple cosmetic work (because silly me, I paid extra for all those "warranties") and somehow they managed to turn it into a full-blown disaster--three times in a row. They love keeping your car hostage for months, denying you a loaner, and then act shocked when you're upset. Picked it up after being told it was "fixed," and--guess what?--still broken. Trim hanging off, doors scratched like a cheap toy, and Keith's attitude? Chef's kiss of arrogance. If you enjoy wasting money, time, and brain cells, Jim Butler's your place. If not, run.

    Measuring the pressure with the manifold I had to purchase it was ranging 67-71 at the highest- red zone too high!

I was promptly met upon driving up by Blake, checked in and given a tour of the facility while my LR4 was being worked on. 2) quality work.     BUYER BEWARE! I…read moreleased a 2024 Defender 130x from your Chesterfield, MO dealership a week ago and am VERY unhappy. We were misled to believe it could handle serious off-roading. We had multiple conversations about what we wanted to do with us and were assured it was the vehicle for the job. Not ONCE were we told that the V8 is the only one that can do that. Within 5 days of acquiring the vehicle, we attempted to take it off-road (and by off-road, I mean an EASY-rated trail). This should have been a piece of cake. It was not. Twice it almost had to be towed out by a Jeep because it was sliding backward on a very minimal, dirt road. On top of that, the items we comprised for the ability to have a rugged vehicle are a disgrace to automobile manufacturers. The app keeps glitching, so remote start works...sometimes. The interface struggles, freezes and goes blank. It keeps switching driver profiles. The USB cover barely stays attached to the car and rattles loose on bumps or when you unplug the cable. CarPlay can't seem to switch back and forth with your UI, so when I listen to or send a text, I can never get back to my music and have to restart. The interface glitches on me DAILY - freezing when I am trying to use navigation, CarPlay, and cameras. We went back to the dealership on Monday. And were persona non grata. I wrote a glowing Google review of your dealership the night I got my new vehicle, impressed by the level of care and attention (I have since removed it and am holding off on revising it and posting other reviews until I see how this issue is handled). Apparently, that goes right out the window after you complete a transaction. After 45 minutes of waiting for the manager, another sales associate said "Yeah, these things can't wheel...you want the Defender of the 90s"... Yet again, we were misled about what this is capable of. Ryan said he would email options to deal with this. He didn't. The owner, Jordan Aron, was even less helpful - offering to buy back the car (again, ONE WEEK LATER) at a loss to me of $17k, offering me $95k which is less than KBB trade-in, and still requiring I pay tax, title and registration for a total loss of $22,544. So, now I have an expensive vehicle that was grossly misrepresented and I am beyond unhappy. When I posted my experience on Facebook, they blocked me. The car looks great, that's about it. Is this who you want to do business with???

    I just bought a 2005 Lotus Elise and I realized there was a possibility that it might need a…read morerecalled part replaced, so I e-mailed their service dept the VIN and the guy who responded, Sam, told me it needed the oil line replaced and the ECU reflash performed. We exchanged e-mails and settled on a date for me to bring it in. I like that you can bring in cars after hours for service and even pick it up late since the service dept people leave at 5pm daily. That's pretty convenient. They replaced the part and also took the time to vacuum my carpets which was really nice of them. (Not a whole lot of carpet to clean in the Elise though, lol!!) I also paid for a state safety and emissions inspection and that was no big deal either. He did offer to do other services on the car but when I found out the cost, I said I'd probably just do the fluid flush myself to save cash, same with oil change, and he wasn't offended at all. I like it when people aren't pushy at car dealerships. It makes a lasting impression, for reals. They are pretty much the only show in town for Lotus, so I am glad the service dept was good to deal with. I do not know about sales dept, however. Also was surprised this place wasn't on Yelp, so I added them.

    This was a frustrating experience going in for an oil change. It starts when you walk in and see 3…read moreadvisors looking down at their screens and when one looks up and greets you with a "You need help?" The service advisor told me I was in for a wheel rotation despite what the dashboard message said - "Oil maintenance required" . Despite what I set the appointment for and what the vehicle said - he insisted on making his point and ignoring the fact I wanted and need an oil change. Said I was early - never acknowledged that the Toyota dash could be wrong or misleading. Several other employees watched this including other advisers and no one stepped in. This turned into an escalation where he ended up telling me to take my business elsewhere. I did - within 30 minutes I got a call from the manager wanting to make things right because "we got off on the wrong foot" I didn't get off on the wrong foot - the advisor was a condescending jerk who made it all about him being right and proving himself right despite me being there for a simple oil change because the vehicle said I needed oil service. Jay Wolfe service is a miserable outfit and I cannot recommend them at all - especially if you know what you think you want or your car tells you what you want.

I made it clear that interactions like this are exactly why customers choose not to return--his behavior alone is enough to make me take my business elsewhere.

Situation was that my son & I were driving Toyota FJ Cruiser with 190k miles from Atlanta to Denver. I had it checked before the trip & everything appeared OK. Long story short, just outside St. Louis at 5:00 PM on Good Friday the check engine light came on followed by all others & engine started shaking & losing power. Found an Autozone & they did diagnotic reading saying #5 misfiring - replace coil. They said Meineke down the street might be able to do the work. I high-tailed it to Meineke but the gentleman said they couldn't do it as they were closing in just over 30 mins so couldn't get the part that late in the day. I offered to go back & pick up a coil from Autozone and man said OK but I needed to be back by 6:00. So went back to AZ,, bought the coil & slid into Meineke in time. The mechanic installed the coil in record time and we were back on the road by 6:15. Quoted me $92 but charges were $88 (I supplied the coil). Truth be told they've could've charged me twice that and I'd still be happy.
