Measuring the pressure with the manifold I had to purchase it was ranging 67-71 at the highest- red zone too high!

They Made a Mistake and Took No Accountability -- I Proved It Myself I brought my car in for a free-of-charge service recall related to a fuse. While it was there, Jonathan Hutchens recommended I replace my A/C discharge hose -- which required evacuating and recharging the refrigerant. I trusted this recommendation, even though my A/C was working perfectly before the service. I hadn't brought my car in for A/C issues, but I took their word for it. A couple of weeks later, I noticed my A/C was not blowing cold air. When I called to report the issue, I expected Jonathan Hutchens, the lead technician, to say something like, "We'll take a look -- we may have made a mistake." Instead, he immediately got defensive and dismissive. He told me, "The system is a little more complicated than just adding refrigerant. There are multiple parts," in a tone that was condescending and infantilizing -- as if I couldn't possibly understand how a car works. After spending nearly $2,000 on services I didn't initially ask for, I expected more than to be brushed off and talked down to. It really left a sour taste in my mouth going into my follow-up appointment. Since Jonathan didn't take my concern seriously, I felt I needed to do my own research so I wouldn't be charged another unreasonable diagnostic fee (which he was alluding to in the call). I bought a manifold gauge and confirmed the low-side pressure was extremely high -- 71 psi, well outside normal range. I brought the car back, insisted they check it, and asked why that hadn't been done in the first place. No one could give me a straight answer. Jonathan, once again, was sarcastic and dismissive, saying they had done only a "visual inspection" with no diagnostic work -- which made me wonder why the A/C hose was replaced at all. After going in circles with Jonathan, he finally involved Jake, the manager of maintenance, who admitted he was newer to the dealership and working to improve things. He acknowledged that diagnostics should have been done before recommending the part replacement. When Jake later called to let me know my car was ready, he confirmed what I had already discovered: the A/C system had been overcharged with refrigerant, likely due to someone confusing kilograms with pounds during the recharge. He also reiterated that the hose replacement should not have been performed without proper testing. The worst part? No one -- not Jonathan, not even the head of maintenance -- ever apologized or acknowledged the inconvenience or the risk I was exposed to. I had been driving for weeks with an overcharged system, which could have easily led to long-term damage to my compressor. I had to fight to get them to reevaluate their own work, and even after confirming they were at fault, there was zero accountability or ownership. That is completely unacceptable customer service. I trusted them with my vehicle, and that trust was clearly misplaced. I'll be warning everyone I know not to visit Jim Butler Kia -- and though I had planned to purchase a new vehicle within the next year, I can now guarantee it will not be with them.

I was promptly met upon driving up by Blake, checked in and given a tour of the facility while my LR4 was being worked on. 2) quality work. Complimentary multi point check and car wash, plus good pricing on other services. Identified some issues to get taken care of but no pressure on getting them done now. 3) nice and comfortable wait. Free coffee, comfy couches, good ambiance and of course the latest Land Rovers and Jaguars. Bottom line. I will be back.

BUYER BEWARE! I…read moreleased a 2024 Defender 130x from your Chesterfield, MO dealership a week ago and am VERY unhappy. We were misled to believe it could handle serious off-roading. We had multiple conversations about what we wanted to do with us and were assured it was the vehicle for the job. Not ONCE were we told that the V8 is the only one that can do that. Within 5 days of acquiring the vehicle, we attempted to take it off-road (and by off-road, I mean an EASY-rated trail). This should have been a piece of cake. It was not. Twice it almost had to be towed out by a Jeep because it was sliding backward on a very minimal, dirt road. On top of that, the items we comprised for the ability to have a rugged vehicle are a disgrace to automobile manufacturers. The app keeps glitching, so remote start works...sometimes. The interface struggles, freezes and goes blank. It keeps switching driver profiles. The USB cover barely stays attached to the car and rattles loose on bumps or when you unplug the cable. CarPlay can't seem to switch back and forth with your UI, so when I listen to or send a text, I can never get back to my music and have to restart. The interface glitches on me DAILY - freezing when I am trying to use navigation, CarPlay, and cameras. We went back to the dealership on Monday. And were persona non grata. I wrote a glowing Google review of your dealership the night I got my new vehicle, impressed by the level of care and attention (I have since removed it and am holding off on revising it and posting other reviews until I see how this issue is handled). Apparently, that goes right out the window after you complete a transaction. After 45 minutes of waiting for the manager, another sales associate said "Yeah, these things can't wheel...you want the Defender of the 90s"... Yet again, we were misled about what this is capable of. Ryan said he would email options to deal with this. He didn't. The owner, Jordan Aron, was even less helpful - offering to buy back the car (again, ONE WEEK LATER) at a loss to me of $17k, offering me $95k which is less than KBB trade-in, and still requiring I pay tax, title and registration for a total loss of $22,544. So, now I have an expensive vehicle that was grossly misrepresented and I am beyond unhappy. When I posted my experience on Facebook, they blocked me. The car looks great, that's about it. Is this who you want to do business with???

We exchanged e-mails and settled on a date for me to bring it in. I like that you can bring in cars after hours for service and even pick it up late since the service dept people leave at 5pm daily. That's pretty convenient. They replaced the part and also took the time to vacuum my carpets which was really nice of them. (Not a whole lot of carpet to clean in the Elise though, lol!!) I also paid for a state safety and emissions inspection and that was no big deal either. He did offer to do other services on the car but when I found out the cost, I said I'd probably just do the fluid flush myself to save cash, same with oil change, and he wasn't offended at all. I like it when people aren't pushy at car dealerships. It makes a lasting impression, for reals. They are pretty much the only show in town for Lotus, so I am glad the service dept was good to deal with. I do not know about sales dept, however. Also was surprised this place wasn't on Yelp, so I added them.

My wife and I recently had an exceptional car-buying experience as a result of Wade Sandrell, our…read moresalesperson who exemplifies what customer service should be at a top-notch level. It was pleasure of purchasing our new high-end Toyota hybrid from Jay Wolfe Toyota, and we can say without hesitation that this was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. What truly distinguished this purchase was the professionalism, character, attentiveness, and genuine care demonstrated by our salesperson, Wade Sandrell. From the moment my wife and I walked into the dealership, Wade Sandrell consistently gave us his undivided attention, patience, and personal commitment. That level of attentiveness continued throughout the entire process, including the approximately four-month wait while our high-end hybrid Toyota was being manufactured at a Toyota production facility. Of course anyone who has ordered a highly sought-after vehicle understands that waiting several months can create uncertainty and anticipation. Wade remained engaged, communicative, professional, and reassuring throughout that entire period. What impressed us most, however, was that Wade's excellence went far beyond simply selling us a vehicle. His genuine way of being, personal values, integrity, character, and commitment to his customers were evident throughout our entire experience. He wasn't simply focused on completing a transaction. He focused on building a relationship, understanding our expectations, answering our questions, paying attention to the smallest details, and making certain that we felt valued every step of the way; that distinction mattered. In fact, Wade Sandrell made the difference in our decision to spend our money at Jay Wolfe Toyota rather than returning to the Lexus or Mercedes-Benz dealerships we have purchased from in the past. When customers have options and especially when they are considering premium and luxury brands, the experience surrounding the purchase can be just as important as the vehicle itself based on our interactions. Wade, on behalf of the Jay Wolfe Toyota dealership earned our business through trust, professionalism, and genuine customer care. His personable approach, attention to detail, responsiveness, patience, and ability to establish a meaningful customer relationship were truly outstanding. He demonstrated that exceptional salesmanship isn't about applying pressure or simply closing a deal. It is about listening, understanding, communicating, serving, and building trust. From a customer's perspective, Wade Sandrell is a model for what a vehicle salesperson should aspire to be and emulate. He represents the type of employee every dealership should want representing its brand. We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to the Finance Director at Jay Wolfe Toyota. The finance portion of purchasing a new vehicle was thorough, but it was not complicated or stressful, and the entire process was handled with exceptional professionalism and precision. The financial requirements were seamless, organized, transparent, and efficient, helping ensure that the purchase of our new vehicle proceeded smoothly from beginning to completion. My wife and I also appreciated the information and guidance regarding preventative maintenance and available options designed to help us keep our new vehicle in pristine condition, dependable operation, and long-term operational readiness with a high regards for safety. Such level of follow-through reinforced our confidence that our relationship with the Jay Wolfe Toyota dealership extends well beyond the day we drove our new vehicle off the lot. We are immensely appreciative of the dealership owner, our salesperson, Wade Sandrell, the finance director, and the entire Jay Wolfe Toyota organization for the exceptional new vehicle purchasing experience and leadership demonstrated. If you are considering purchasing a Toyota, we highly recommend giving Jay Wolfe Toyota an opportunity to earn your Our five-star rating is easy to give and thoroughly desIerved.

These folks have no clue what they're doing, especially the service department. What a bunch of clowns! I called the day before to schedule an appointment for an oil change. When the person booked the appointment, they made note of the make, model and year of my car, which is a 2020 Mercedes Benz CLS53 AMG. When I showed up to the appointment, the service manager told me it might be awhile because they didn't have the correct oil and filter on-hand for my car. He made a call to someone and they said they could have the correct products there in short time, so I stayed. Then, I mentioned to the service representative that when I bought the car from Toyota of Cedar Park in Texas, I purchased a "Prepaid Maintenance Plan" (PMP) through "Toyota Auto Care" for $1000 that was supposed to cover oil changes and tire rotations for 36mo/40kmi. but could ONLY be used at Toyota dealerships. She asked me to email her the contract, which I did. At the same time I purchased the PMP through Toyota Auto Care, I paid nearly $6000 for a "Mechanical Breakdown Service Contract" (MBSC) through APEX that covers everything else outside of regular maintenance, like oil changes. Both, the PMP and the MBSC contracts are included in the same PDF file that I emailed to the service rep at Jay Wolfe Toyota. A short time later, here comes the Service Manager to inform me that he "Called Toyota and they said that I only have a Mechanical Breakdown Service Contract and that it does not cover oil changes." Knowing that was incorrect, I asked for my car back and left. I immediately called Toyota of Cedar Park and spoke to a service rep who promptly checked their system and confirmed that it shows TWO SEPARATE CONTRACTS, one was the PMP and the other the MBSC, and that, YES, the PMP does cover oil changes and tire rotations. They have no clue why other Toyota dealers (yes, I have now been to more than one and the 2nd dealership experience was even worse!) aren't getting it. I wouldn't recommend Jay Wolfe Toyota to anyone for anything.
