We spoke with Tyler and explained that we were not prepared to buy anything yet, but wanted to see a Telluride and test drive it. Tyler showed us one and we drove it around and afterward he showed us another one that had different options on it. He answered all of our questions and was never pushy. As we were leaving, I mentioned that was the most pleasant visit to a dealership we'd ever experienced. If we end up getting a Kia, Tyler will get the sale!

I booked an online appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake flush, receiving a clear pre-tax total. Unfortunately, the execution was highly frustrating: The Wait: A promised 2-hour service took over 3 hours. The Pricing: The initial bill was over $40 higher than the online quote. When I questioned it, the service agent rudely told me I should have confirmed pricing beforehand. Service Manager Jake ultimately honored the original price after I pushed back, claiming online fluid prices were "outdated." The Vehicle Delivery: My car was completely unwashed, missing the oil change windshield sticker, and boxed in behind other cars. I had to ask staff to play musical chairs just to get my vehicle out. The "Free Wash": When asked why it wasn't washed, I was handed a coupon for a wash miles down the road, adding another 20 minutes to my day. The Scare: Driving home, my dashboard read "Service in 300 miles." Because the tech forgot to reset the computer and left dark chemical stains on my rims/tires, I genuinely believed my car hadn't even been serviced. After doing my own garage inspection, I confirmed the fluids were new and scrubbed the chemical stains off my tires myself using Dawn. I called management, and they promised a call back from the Service Manager by 8:00 AM today. It is now 11:00 AM--no call, and my voicemail to Jake remains unanswered. The mechanical work was done, but the lack of communication, attention to detail, and accountability at Jim Butler Kia is deeply disappointing. Inspect your vehicle carefully if you go here.

We were first told the oil change would be $245 then Emma the young woman that helped us said let me check to see if it's time for your 99. Inspection, low and behold it was our time , she said had we come in 30 days later it would have been to late to get this free service. I purchased a jag license plate holder for the front of the car and we got a complimentary one for the back of the car it has the Chesterfield jag name on it we are proud to rep for this dealership. They were great and very friendly.

I just bought a 2005 Lotus Elise and I realized there was a possibility that it might need a…read morerecalled part replaced, so I e-mailed their service dept the VIN and the guy who responded, Sam, told me it needed the oil line replaced and the ECU reflash performed. We exchanged e-mails and settled on a date for me to bring it in. I like that you can bring in cars after hours for service and even pick it up late since the service dept people leave at 5pm daily. That's pretty convenient. They replaced the part and also took the time to vacuum my carpets which was really nice of them. (Not a whole lot of carpet to clean in the Elise though, lol!!) I also paid for a state safety and emissions inspection and that was no big deal either. He did offer to do other services on the car but when I found out the cost, I said I'd probably just do the fluid flush myself to save cash, same with oil change, and he wasn't offended at all. I like it when people aren't pushy at car dealerships. It makes a lasting impression, for reals. They are pretty much the only show in town for Lotus, so I am glad the service dept was good to deal with. I do not know about sales dept, however. Also was surprised this place wasn't on Yelp, so I added them.

This was a frustrating experience going in for an oil change. It starts when you walk in and see 3…read moreadvisors looking down at their screens and when one looks up and greets you with a "You need help?" The service advisor told me I was in for a wheel rotation despite what the dashboard message said - "Oil maintenance required" . Despite what I set the appointment for and what the vehicle said - he insisted on making his point and ignoring the fact I wanted and need an oil change. Said I was early - never acknowledged that the Toyota dash could be wrong or misleading. Several other employees watched this including other advisers and no one stepped in. This turned into an escalation where he ended up telling me to take my business elsewhere. I did - within 30 minutes I got a call from the manager wanting to make things right because "we got off on the wrong foot" I didn't get off on the wrong foot - the advisor was a condescending jerk who made it all about him being right and proving himself right despite me being there for a simple oil change because the vehicle said I needed oil service. Jay Wolfe service is a miserable outfit and I cannot recommend them at all - especially if you know what you think you want or your car tells you what you want.
