    Cool technique technology...less than impressive dealership staff on our visit. Employees were glued to their computer screens and had less than desirable interpersonal skills to be selling vehicles. I was surprised how many Tesla's were available on the parking lot for sale...plenty of supply so sales must be be less than production now. Also lots of cars stacked up going in for service....can't be for an oil change! Tesla is one of my favorite stocks to own....thank you for outstanding stock market performance! Tripled in a few months....can't beat that! I think Tesla drove innovation in other car manufacturers, so super leadership! Autonomous cars of various levels gaining lots of market share now.

We spoke with Tyler and explained that we were not prepared to buy anything yet, but wanted to see a Telluride and test drive it. Tyler showed us one and we drove it around and afterward he showed us another one that had different options on it. He answered all of our questions and was never pushy. I booked an online appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake flush, receiving a clear pre-tax total. Unfortunately, the execution was highly frustrating: The Wait: A promised 2-hour service took over 3 hours. The Pricing: The initial bill was over $40 higher than the online quote. When I questioned it, the service agent rudely told me I should have confirmed pricing beforehand. Service Manager Jake ultimately honored the original price after I pushed back, claiming online fluid prices were "outdated." The Vehicle Delivery: My car was completely unwashed, missing the oil change windshield sticker, and boxed in behind other cars. I had to ask staff to play musical chairs just to get my vehicle out. The "Free Wash": When asked why it wasn't washed, I was handed a coupon for a wash miles down the road, adding another 20 minutes to my day. The Scare: Driving home, my dashboard read "Service in 300 miles." Because the tech forgot to reset the computer and left dark chemical stains on my rims/tires, I genuinely believed my car hadn't even been serviced. After doing my own garage inspection, I confirmed the fluids were new and scrubbed the chemical stains off my tires myself using Dawn. I called management, and they promised a call back from the Service Manager by 8:00 AM today. It is now 11:00 AM--no call, and my voicemail to Jake remains unanswered. The mechanical work was done, but the lack of communication, attention to detail, and accountability at Jim Butler Kia is deeply disappointing. Inspect your vehicle carefully if you go here.

    BUYER BEWARE! I…read moreleased a 2024 Defender 130x from your Chesterfield, MO dealership a week ago and am VERY unhappy. We were misled to believe it could handle serious off-roading. We had multiple conversations about what we wanted to do with us and were assured it was the vehicle for the job. Not ONCE were we told that the V8 is the only one that can do that. Within 5 days of acquiring the vehicle, we attempted to take it off-road (and by off-road, I mean an EASY-rated trail). This should have been a piece of cake. It was not. Twice it almost had to be towed out by a Jeep because it was sliding backward on a very minimal, dirt road. On top of that, the items we comprised for the ability to have a rugged vehicle are a disgrace to automobile manufacturers. The app keeps glitching, so remote start works...sometimes. The interface struggles, freezes and goes blank. It keeps switching driver profiles. The USB cover barely stays attached to the car and rattles loose on bumps or when you unplug the cable. CarPlay can't seem to switch back and forth with your UI, so when I listen to or send a text, I can never get back to my music and have to restart. The interface glitches on me DAILY - freezing when I am trying to use navigation, CarPlay, and cameras. We went back to the dealership on Monday. And were persona non grata. I wrote a glowing Google review of your dealership the night I got my new vehicle, impressed by the level of care and attention (I have since removed it and am holding off on revising it and posting other reviews until I see how this issue is handled). Apparently, that goes right out the window after you complete a transaction. After 45 minutes of waiting for the manager, another sales associate said "Yeah, these things can't wheel...you want the Defender of the 90s"... Yet again, we were misled about what this is capable of. Ryan said he would email options to deal with this. He didn't. The owner, Jordan Aron, was even less helpful - offering to buy back the car (again, ONE WEEK LATER) at a loss to me of $17k, offering me $95k which is less than KBB trade-in, and still requiring I pay tax, title and registration for a total loss of $22,544. So, now I have an expensive vehicle that was grossly misrepresented and I am beyond unhappy. When I posted my experience on Facebook, they blocked me. The car looks great, that's about it. Is this who you want to do business with???

I was promptly met upon driving up by Blake, checked in and given a tour of the facility while my LR4 was being worked on. 2) quality work. Complimentary multi point check and car wash, plus good pricing on other services. Identified some issues to get taken care of but no pressure on getting them done now. 3) nice and comfortable wait. Free coffee, comfy couches, good ambiance and of course the latest Land Rovers and Jaguars. Bottom line. I will be back.

    I just bought a 2005 Lotus Elise and I realized there was a possibility that it might need a…read morerecalled part replaced, so I e-mailed their service dept the VIN and the guy who responded, Sam, told me it needed the oil line replaced and the ECU reflash performed. We exchanged e-mails and settled on a date for me to bring it in. I like that you can bring in cars after hours for service and even pick it up late since the service dept people leave at 5pm daily. That's pretty convenient. They replaced the part and also took the time to vacuum my carpets which was really nice of them. (Not a whole lot of carpet to clean in the Elise though, lol!!) I also paid for a state safety and emissions inspection and that was no big deal either. He did offer to do other services on the car but when I found out the cost, I said I'd probably just do the fluid flush myself to save cash, same with oil change, and he wasn't offended at all. I like it when people aren't pushy at car dealerships. It makes a lasting impression, for reals. They are pretty much the only show in town for Lotus, so I am glad the service dept was good to deal with. I do not know about sales dept, however. Also was surprised this place wasn't on Yelp, so I added them.

He looked up my service profile, corrected my address (It hasn't changed in 34 years, but it was cross-matched with my youngest son's address and phone.) Everything got straightened out. Then, I needed my radio code to be recalibrated. Allan got in the car, turned it on, and the radio worked. WHO DOES THAT? HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN? It's an anti-theft radio. So, I guess if it doesn't move, it gets turned back on. I didn't know that. Allan estimated the car would be completed by 11:30 a.m. I was there for normal service, emissions inspection, radio recalibration and a car wash, which is free if you bought the car from West County Honda -- which I did. I was sitting in the service waiting area reading a book and I hadn't even finished a full cup of coffee -- and Allan came in to say everything was done. Holy mackerel! How important it is to keep up with standard service on your car!

This can be quite significant on a repair. Lastly, when I tried buy a new vehicle, the sales rep went to talk with his manager when I made an offer. He returned to RAISE the price. I purchased for thousands less in Columbia, MO and laughed for 4 months while I watched the vehicle sit on their lot.

I felt judged by multiple staff members, because my ID wouldn't scan. I came one evening after just making an appointment maybe thirty minutes beforehand, and I was connected with Raphael. There were two cars that I was interested in, and while one of them wasn't available at the time, I was able to look at the other car I was interested in; the other was at another Enterprise location and not on site at the time. I would have liked an offer to test drive the car I saw, but I acknowledge I arrived here about fifteen minutes before the place closed, which is a little late perhaps. Raphael is a great conversationalist, and after the we met he followed up with me and even let me know when the other car I was interested in was available for viewing/test driving. I will say that he's not the best at remembering our conversations since he called me back more than once after I told him I would need a while before I got back to him, but he's overall friendly and professional. At this point though I had already seen another car in the area that was more competitively priced than Enterprise's, but I'll definitely keep Enterprise in mind for future business.
