I have been a client of StateFarm for a long time, I've gone through claims and having my house, cars and bike insured with them. So I know how the process goes pretty well. Late last year I asked to have a new business insurance policy started, I wanted all my policies in one place. Since then every couple weeks I would call to follow up and see where my quote and policy was, and every time I would get the run around. " We will have it by friday" "I will call you tomorrow" is what I was told for over 3 months by Dicks staff. Well a couple weeks back I was told that again, and well I told them if after all this waiting and they still didn't have it, I need a new agent. A group that can get things done. Please know I gave them the break for months, I took into count how slow things in Covid world have been. I know everything is taking longer than normal. I really get it, but 3 months not hearing back from your agent or their staff, the agency that holds multiple of your policies (5 of them) already. But the biggest slap to the face is Not even getting a call from your agent after you express being upset with the lack of service, well that is just bad business and poor customer service, it's not having me covered. It's not being a good neighbor, it's not showing me care. It just wastes my time while it's taking my money. So my suggestion for all of you is to find different agent. Because Dick is right, call I've been is dicked around by this agency
