On the positive side, the crew (Antonio) was punctual, easy to work with, and efficient. The whole job took 3.5 hours. The issue came with the placement of the sump pump discharge location. I had talked to their sales lead (Bill) about having the water be discharged to the street where there is a storm drain. Instead, the sump pump "pop up" was placed 8 feet from the front of the house, way too close. Water can flow back under the house, defeating the purpose of the sump pump entirely. When I called Bill during the job to talk about our options, he dismissed our concerns and immediately pointed to the contract, implying that this was our fault because we signed the contract. In reviewing the contract, the design was completely unclear about where the sump pump would exit water. Bill continued to skirt the fact that that we had discussed pumping water to the street, and instead, he baked a different design into the contract with unclear markings. We are dissatisfied with the poor communication, but even more so, the lack of accountability from the company. If you hire this company, just a word of caution to walk through the design with them before signing and make sure you're on the same page about everything. We are going to have to bring someone else out to fix the issue. One more thing ... I was flabbergasted that when talking to Bill on the phone about the iffy sump pump discharge location, Bill was trying to upsell me on encapsulation! Read the room, dude.

Miguel and his team recently remodeled my flat rooftop to a pitched one just before the heavy rain. I had been experiencing a ceiling leak for quite a while and I was searching for a company that does rooftop remodeling. After searching for a roofing company who could remodel my rooftop Royalty Roofing & Waterproof company was providing the type of work I wanted. Miguel took care of the permit and everything the city of Richmond required to get the work done. My family and I are very grateful for the outcome. New roof remodeled and gutter installation. I am highly recommending his company for anyone needing great customer service and great pricing. Thank you Miguel for everything.

This my second review of this company. I used them a couple years ago to repair a leak in my roof…read moreand they did a nice job for a reasonable price compared to three other quotes I received. At that time I also got for quotes to redo my whole roof. At the time the house was built the building code did not require cement tile roofs to have wood boards under the tile and that's one of the reason I had leaks throughout the time I bought the house new. I wanted to have wooden boards and underlayment added under the tile and than replace the existing tile. Miguel , owner of Royalty roofing and three other companies gave me a quote for the exact same work. Miguel's quote was the lowest with two others being twice Miguel's quote. I then decided to hold off on the work since Miguel has already came out and did the repair work. It's now two years later, my wife and I decided to go ahead and do the repair but now adding new tiles instead of keeping the existing ones. I contact Miguel for a new quote with new tiles. I was surprised that his quotes with new tile was roughly the same price I received from other roofers quotes I received a couple years ago for just adding the wood boards and underlayment. WE signed a contract and the work was completed in about 2 1/2 weeks. Miguel's crew came at 8 am everyday and worked diligently each and everyday. Miguel was always around or just call alway to answer any questions. He very responsive to your needs and easy to talk to. We were also having our house painted after the roof work and he offered to come back after the painting was completed to inspect and replace and tiles that might have been broken by the painters. He also left us half a dozen tiles to keep in case tiles get broken in the future. He also added new rain gutters which I didn't ask for but at his price I just felt lucky to get them. Gutters alone cost between $2000 to $3000 . I do highly recommend him to anyone who wants their roof repaired or replaced. One of my neighbors hired him along with me. He is licensed contractor and had an A+ rating with the BBB.

There were many guys who came and different guys for each stage of the job. Their workmanship was beautiful. I also know how good they are because they came months ago to patch up the work of a 'bad' stucco guy and they turned an ugly result to something beautiful. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use again.

Morales Plastering Construction has been our smoothest experience yet! The owner, Alejandro Morales, is a joy to work with. He takes immense pride in his work, and it's evident that his team respects and enjoys working for him. He is a hands-on owner who (literally) isn't afraid to get his hands dirty to ensure the highest quality; he even personally helped complete the finishing paint work on the repaired stucco and surrounding areas. Communication with Alejandro and his team was top-notch. All workers showed up on time and cleaned the job site at the end of each day. We had multiple leaks in our windows, and Mr. Morales was able to diagnose the root cause immediately. He offered repair recommendations and a very fair quote--a much better route than replacing the windows entirely! If you have leaks associated with rain or any non-roof-related stucco or siding issues, look no further than Morales Plastering Construction!

Over the years, whenever a workman has ventured into the crawlspace, the feedback is always the same--"Who did your crawlspace encapsulation? It's the best I've ever seen." I went with a middle quote, E-Mora Construction, and I'm so glad I did! I was anxious for the sump pump work to be completed before the rains began. Although E-Mora Construction had a full schedule, they managed to squeeze me in and completed the work ahead of schedule. The workers were great, and tidied up after work finished for the day. The sump pumps and moisture barrier were installed in two days. Ernesto Mora himself came to offer the initial quote, and returned once the work was completed for a final inspection, and to collect payment. When my electrician went into the crawlspace to install a dedicated circuit, he came out and said that if it were his house, he'd be "very happy with the work, and I've been in a lot of crawlspaces!"
