Initially, Sterling told me that there would be no one available until Monday morning, but offered me info on another company if I wanted to check with them instead. But then, within the hour, they figured out a way to get the last of their guys who was still out in the field over to my place for a diagnosis. Guy was here in under an hour. What's more, to make sure everything was well and truly addressed, the boss himself stopped by on his way to a birthday party to offer a little oversight, hands-on assistance, and some on-the-job staff training. Sterling ended up pumping my tanks, which was fine, but there was no charge for the extra service call, which was even better, and everything was resolved by 6:00 PM. These folks could have easily said, sorry, can't do anything until Monday, and I would have understood. Instead, they went the extra mile for a good customer - and now they've ensured that they'll keep that customer for many years to come. I believe they are the same ones that pump the tank for the place I work, that is why I decided to call them first. So so the guy, the phone gave me a date of Friday would be pumped on a Friday no real time just Friday , I called early on Wednesday Coming to about afternoon on Friday I got a call thinking that they were there ready to let it fly, but they were telling that someone was sick and will be out the next day. 3 pm the next day the are there working away , and I can see them on the camera being since I was not there. They pumped it out replaced my filter and told me to treat my drain field and I am good for another couple years. Chris was the guy who did this service for me and he also told me that I was quoted the wrong price . So my alarm went off again. And continued so I called. When bill came out he informed me that the pump tank needed rewired. I had never heard of this. But yes, wires can corrode I leaned. So he came out and did it. Took a little time to schedule this time because he had "patched" the problem the first visit and then when he can back he fixed it proper. I'm just thankful it wasn't the middle of winter as I'm sure he was also seeing he had to dig the electrical line. Price was decent, again I don't know cause I don't use anyone else and NEVER will. This was my first time using "No Worries" Septic Services. Just to clarify, ALL staff were very…read morenice and polite. I was given an inspection date very quickly, was given a 2 hour time frame (between 8-9am), but they arrived late. Once the inspection was completed I asked for a date and time for it to be pumped and paid cash for both inspection and pumping. Got no receipt and no explanation as to why. Was told by the rep. that pumping would be "this afternoon". I called the office to get an actual time, or time frame, and she said "between 1 and 4pm", but she would "call me" before the truck came out to my home. ( their hours were 7am to 5pm) . I waited til 3:45pm and called the office for an update but there was no answer. Left a message. I called again at 4:55pm and still no answer. I left another message. "No worries" never showed up at all that day as promised. Next morning at 7:10 am I called the office and spoke with a gentleman. Again, very polite, but had no explanation for the no-show, but would "look into it." He called me a couple of hours later stating their staff had accidently pumped a neighbor's house down the road with a similar address. They did indeed come to my house (a day late) and pumped MY septic tank. If they had just called ME previous to their pumping, as promised, all of this could have been avoided. The work they did for me was excellent, with great prices, and they were very nice people, but something is lacking in their communication with their staff and their customers.
