If you are in need of having your Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge vehicle repaired in a timely manner at a reasonable price my recommendation is DO NOT USE THE BUSINESS! They may have you deliver your vehicle at a time of their choosing to be repaired at their leisure. Do not expect them to notify you of when they are beginning to make repairs nor updates on their progress. They will try pressing you to authorize repairs that are not necessary. The repair may or may not have fixed the problem with your vehicle. I would like to rate them as Zero stars, but that is an option that is not available. Would not recommend working with these people from service to sales, terrible experience. They are money hungry vultures that have no regard for the people they are working with. They care about making a sale and getting paid. Literally the worst customer service I've dealt with in my entire life. I work in a customer service oriented industry myself and I have more compassion and sense to make sure my customers are fully aware and taken care of even if that means additional work to include making a simple phone call or a verbal check when in person. Phone calls aren't even something they know how to answer because again they don't actually care about the customer so it makes sense that they wouldn't bother to give someone a call. An 88% recommendation rate seems like an exaggerated lie to me because there's no way people can think the people that work here are actually helpful. Thorsten Naperkowski had little to no regard for anything I had to say and instead continued to try to downplay. He barely was able to find the information related to my vehicle yet he's a manager. We went in to purchase a 2025 Pacifica Hybrid that was advertised on their website for 26K, which included a 7500 government rebate, and a 500 military discount. We showed the ad to the salesman as soon as we walked in. He took it to the salesman mgr who then said the car would cost 34K and we would get a govt tax credit of 7500, making the cost 26.5K. We were fine with that and took the car for a test drive. The salesman appeared to have a cold and he sniffled the entire time, which made us nervous, being in an enclosed space with a sick person (which he said he was not). He could not answer hardly any of our questions as to how the hybrid worked. When we got back to the dealership I asked what the out the out the door price would be. He again spoke to the sales mgr who then returned with a final price of 43K, which included the 7K govt discount. WHAT???!!! How do you get from 26.5 to 43K??? What a rip off!!! I've been dealing with Milton Ruben Toyota for three years and have always been satisfied, no problems. But this whole business is ridiculous!!! read more

I wanted to give a shout out to your company. I purchased a 2024 Ram 1500 from a dealer in South Carolina. It was supposed to be tow ready, but I found out it did not have a brake controller. Upon contacting the dealer I purchased the vehicle from, they wanted to charge an exorbitant price to put one on. So, I began looking at other dealers to get the job done. Upon contacting several dealers, I received responses that ranged from, that is not available for a 2024 to wanting to upcharge me on parts and labor at a range that was totally unacceptable. Thus, today, I drove to your dealership and talked to one of you service advisors and was told everything that I needed could be done, and they promised me a somewhat honest price for the work. I scheduled an appointment for next Wednesday, and I believe that I have found a dealership that I can trust. We will fully see after the work is done on Wednesday. Since I purchased this Ram just a little less than a month ago, I was having a deep buyers remorse, not because of the name or product, but because of the incompetence of the dealers that I have dealt with on this issue. Hopefully, I have found a dealer that will be a welcomed source of help in times of need and service. Rating is only four stars until I have the work done on Wednesday of next week. read more

I've been here twice. My first advisor was kind and sweet and very responsive. She had my Jeep ready for an oil change and normal routine check up in about an hour. That's the fastest I've ever had it done I was so surprised. They also gave me my first duck for my Jeep! Recently I had to take it in because there was a strange sound that was concerning me. Travis Williamson was my advisor. He had me take my car barely down the street he knew what it was immediately and had me bring it back because he knew they would have it for a little while. For the second time in a year and a half, they've chosen to break my RamAir filter housing by using an impact. Not only that, the oil pressure isn't where it normally is, so I am sure that they used the wrong oil, although the paperwork states they used the right oil. , They know that I use it for business purposes, so I'll gross out around 25500, and see what happens. They'll get the tow bill, repair bill, AND a call to corporate should something happen. read more

You hear about dealerships giving you the run around, and wasting your whole entire day, but let me be the first to say Milton Ruben Chrysler Dodge and Jeep dealership was amazing. But as amazing as the dealership was, I'd like to extend a very huge kudos to Miss Kendra and Mr.Miguel. First things first, I was a little hesitant because no one greeted us whilst we walked the lot. We proceeded to go inside where a gentleman asked us to sit. About 30 seconds later, Miss Kendra took it upon herself to ask is if we needed assistance. Not to mention the fact she had clients already but still managed to do what no one there had done since we got there. She made us feel welcomed immediately. Moving on, her and Mr Miguel weren't your average "pushy" salesperson, and they made me super comfortable. Whilst Mr.Miguel was very sweet, and very good to work with, it was the comfortably that Miss Kendra gave with the knowledge of her job. I am so beyond happy with my new Jeep Wrangler. And I'm so happy with the experience that these two gave me. Also want to send a kudos to the finance manager, I believe Mr.David. The Chrysler Service Department is horrible. We took the car in to have some electronic items fixed that were covered by warranty. They held the car hostage and we couldn't get a key out of it because the service advisor, Travas, "wasn't available". When we finally got the car back after five days, it still wasn't fixed and they had to order another part. Did they not make sure the car was fixed first?? We have since taken the car back, for a scheduled time on Monday. The service advisor, Travas, wasn't there, but they 'checked the car in.' Since we hadn't heard back from them we called on Thursday to check the status of the car. Travas said, "well, I wasn't here on Monday and no one told me the car was here." REALLY?? We had to rent a car and this joker hasn't even looked at our car. We are waiting for him to call us back to let us know, "what is going on." This dealership is horrible. read more

A simple key fob reprogram. I was told that I didn't need an appointment, "just come in any time before 230 today". They started off telling me "we don't guarantee the work as you didn't buy the $200 dollar fob from us". So I'm looking at $55 and it might work, might no An hour after arriving and inquiring as to the status of my vehicle I was told "you kinda need to expect long delays if you don't bother to make an appointment". When I asked for my vehicle back I was told "it's actively being worked on" so just wait. Another 45 minutes. Update- the reprogram DID work and I was able to get out of there in under 2 hours. Will not suggest buying a car from this dealership, NOR servicing your car there. My car has been there twice since Thanksgiving and they still cannot diagnose the issue and are not filing it under manufacturer's warranty. My car has now been towed to another dealership! If I could give this place zero stars I would. Made an appointment to have my car serviced. I needed a basic diagnostic on my vehicle's wiring performed. I waited FIVE days to get my vehicle back. Every time I called for an update I was bounced around until I finally got a hold of the tech who checked me in. He told me that my car was just being looked at on the morning of the fifth day, and he asked me again what my issue was because the notes he took were not clear as to what needed to be done. I am infuriated by the service there and cannot image how long it would take if I needed a repair. Don't send your car there if you need it back within a reasonable time and/or want good customer service. read more

The advertised price on their website quoted 22,969 for the 2019 Pathfinder SV. We looked at a few other cars on their lot, not finding anything that exactly fit what we were looking for. Then they said one vehicle getting a factory warranty fix would be available shortly. We returned see this car. They had put a price tag on it from another car for 24,995. We were led to believe this was a competitive price. Jeremy Koon was not an honest car salesman. He made sure to tell us that buyers do not get 3 days to recind a face-to-face sale. I'm so furious that I wasted my entire day, couldn't get to work, and still don't have a truck. OVER A 'complimentary' oil change included with the purchase of the truck. BULL. It has cost me 3x waiting for them to bring me my truck back than it would have for me to do the work myself (which I'm fully capable of and I know would take me less than a hour). They provided towing services directions, provided vehicle rental and fixed Issues with Car in less than 4 days. Cost was fair and upfront. Kept us informed daily on updates. Happy Costumer. Bonus: they acted like they were doing me a favor for doing the repair for free. I came in for a recall. They simply didn't do it and told me to come back in two months. Two thumbs WAY down. This place really sucks. I gave them a chance 5 years ago when I was in the market for a new car. The salespeople were pushy and the markups were ridiculous. I bought my new Jeep from Thomson. Fast forward five years later when I have a problem with my Jeep. I walk into the service center and try to find someone to talk to (nothing here is marked). I finally find a guy and describe my problem to him. He doesn't even look up and look me in the eyes, merely tells me to bring the car in and that it would be $100 to figure out what is wrong with it. I try to describe the problem to him again and ask if he's ever heard of anything like this before. The guy cuts me off and tells me he has no idea and to bring the car in. I go home, Google the problem, and it turns out it was a common problem. All I needed to do was to disconnect and reconnect the battery and the problem was solved. I understand dealerships needs to make money too but this guy's attitude and his refusal to help are unforgivable. Add to the fact that it was a common problem with a simple fix. I love the folks at Milton Ruben. About a year ago, I was in desperate need of a vehicle. I went from dealership to dealership trying to find somewhere that would work with me. After several failed attempts, I went to Milton Ruben. Now, I know that car salesmen will do just about anything to get you in a car but the gentleman who helped me out was very honest and up front. He was up front about some of the issues I would have in financing (which is not what I wanted to do seeing how I was 24 at the time and didn't have a lot of credit), he was up front about the costs within buying the vehicle, and he was extremely thorough when going over the paperwork. I will say, the first finance manager I worked with was kind of a douche but the second guy was great. I was firm on what I wanted to pay per month and that I didn't want the bells and whistles with warranties and what not and he respected that. Now every time I go in for an oil change, they offer the shuttle service to take me back to work, home, or wherever! In the event that I ever need/want another vehicle, I'll definitely be back. read more

FAIL! DON'T PAY THESE PEOPLE TO MESS UP YOUR VEHICLE. THEY WILL MAKE IT WORSE.  When picking up my truck there were all sorts of lights on indicating multiple problems. The ABS light was on, the Service 4WD light was on, the ESP BAS light was on, the ESP Off indicator light was on, and the low windshield washer fluid light was on. Now the steering is loose while driving and I have to sway the steering wheel left to right just to keep straight. The Cruise control will not work now. The ESP Off button will not allow me to turn it off or back on and does nothing when I press it. They said there was no coolant leak found and thus no service was performed on my coolant system. As for the fan motor actuator. They FAILED to repair it and now I have only 2 basic settings for air inside. Full speed or no speed. If I turn off the re-circulation it will not blow any air inside the cabin at all. If I change the blower to move from feet to vent or anywhere in between it does not work. The only 2 settings are either body or vent. None of the other combinations of settings work now and if I change to any other setting, for example feet and body, it will only blow air to somewhere inside and behind my dash. Zero air will come out any vents. I am also MISSING the bottom panel that belongs underneath the steering column.  They tried to sneak up my tow bill from $85 to over $110 thinking I Wouldn't notice a $25 increase. The tow bill was 85, period. The service representative failed to call me after they had my truck for 2.5 days to let me know what the technician had found or any pricing I asked him to call me with the price for replacing the fan actuator and he never called me. I drove in and asked for an update and in perdon n he said he would need another hour to go talk to the mechanic. I also went to talk to the parts department to see about purchasing the ABS part needed for my U1418 code (the only code appearing despite all the lights and malfunctions, and i declined them doing the repair since this was not a problem at drop off). They wanted to charge me $230 for a part I can buy directly from Mopar for $171. When I showed him my print out from the Mopar site reflecting the exact same OEM part number and image as him he still refused to drop the price to match what I will pay if I bought it myself. He said the deal price would be $203, but, since I'm not a dealer he can't give me that price either. DO NOT BUY PARTS FROM THIS DEALER. I even rented a car from them for the entire time they had my vehicle. I would gladly pay double the rental price to another rental company knowing they will never get another penny from me. In the end. I paid them over $550 to mess up my vehicle and leave it with missing parts and in worse condition than when i left it. These people are scam artists unless you are bringing it in for a vehicle under warranty. read more

We found a car and sat down and ran through the trade in process. 45 minutes passed and after much small talk and some coaxing the dealer said he would "cut to the chase and get the bottom line number from the sales manager". **The dealer literally came back with a HIGHER number than the advertised price.** My thoughts, 'did he just negotiate up?'. . . 'is this Chuck Norris salesman negotiating logic?!' After a frustrating exchange (to say the least), I asked for the sales manager. She came out and we all walked out to the car to look at the advertised price . . . Lo and behold the price advertised on the car was indeed lower than his "best bottom line price". At this point, they started w the ad price and refused any further negotiation. Needless to say we did not purchase a vehicle from Milton Ruben on Washington Road Augusta, Ga. (Just to clarify this was not a mistake. This was not adding tax, tag etc. or anything of the sort. This was just ridiculousness) read more

I love this place!! I went to MR in November of 2014 to buy my very first new car, and my sales guy Justin was awesome! I told him I wanted an SUV because I was going to be using it to haul things and to take my dog around with me on adventures. After test driving a couple things I left, went home, did some research, and came back the next day wanting to try the 2015 Dodge Journey. Justin again went out of his way to make sure that I saw and test drive the different variants of the vehicle so I knew what my options were, and after I found one that I loved, I bought. Over the last couple months I have since brought my vehicle back in for various services and have always had prompt and amazing service from the service team, so, of course it was a no brained when I wanted to trade my vehicle in to go back to MR. I went online and did some looking around, and after chatting with Er'iqua got put back in touch with my original sales guy Justin, which was an awesome surprise. We test drive some Jeeps again until, of course, I found one that loved, so I bought it. I told them I had a flat number to work with because that was the payment I could afford and they bent over backwards to make sure I had enough trade in credit and the price was right to get me to where I needed to be. I even got a free hat and cleaning kit! I can't rave enough about how great my experience has been because before now I always told everyone that Carmax was the way to go, but in Augusta, it will always be MR. I have even sent my parents to buy from them. Keep up the great work MR! read more

I tried to make an appointment for the 100,000mile service on a 2015 RAM 1500 - spark plugs and PVC valve. I made the appointment online for 10 Oct at 0800. When I called to make sure everything was OK, the lady who took my call said the scheduled appointment is really just a check-in appointment and that the service will take up to 48 hrs to complete. BTW - I would need to leave the vehicle at Milton between 8:00am Monday up to COB Wednesday for spark plugs. This is the second time Milton Ruben has said this to me. I called Thomson Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Fiat to see if they can help. They said to come over Saturday by 7:30am and they'll take care of the service. Thomson is a little further out, but we'll worth the extra drive time when Milton wants up to 48 hrs for a spark plug / PVC change. I have no animosity towards Milton if this is the business model they want to follow. However, it is pushing business to other dealerships and independent service centers. read more

Ah, the car dealership. Nowhere else is a customer more likely to be angry, disappointed, and generally abused than by a car dealership. This is true once again at Milton Ruben's service department. The service took longer than they told me, which is something everyone expects when dealing with auto repair / service. The kicker came when I was charged a labor fee for replacing some belts. Now I was told on the phone (the called me to tell me the belts needed replacing while they were doing the other service) that there wouldn't be extra labor fees for the replacement since they were already working on that area. That was a lie. What the service guy was supposed to tell me was that there would only be a labor fee for the time to put the belts in, not for the time to remove the manifold and stuff to get to the belts. So it apparently takes 130 dollars worth of time to take off two belts and replace them when the access to them is already there. When I complained, the service manager was incredibly unsympathetic and unapologetic about the communication mixup. Later, I took the car home to do the brake service myself. The mechanics had put the lug nuts on the tires so tight with the air wrench that I couldn't get the nuts off myself. I had to take it back to the dealer and ask them to loosen them up. Now what would have happened if I would have had a flat and couldn't get the tire off? That was the question I asked the service manager when he got upset with my request. I told him there is no need to tighten the nuts so tight that a person can't change their own tire. They were quite pissy about doing this, and gave me quite a bit of attitude. Then they considered charging me for this. I politley told them that I would not pay for their mistakes. The service manager got quite hostile, and let it drop. As he handed me the keys I looked right at him and said that after paying 600 bucks for the service on my car, I expect some satisfaction but I guess that was too much to hope for. Once again, customers always get screwed at the dealership. I loathe that my extended warranty requires me to take my car to the dealer for the service schedule. read more

I'm only giving them 1 star because I cannot give them zero. Scheduled an appointment for a transmission problem. 2 weeks after scheduled appointment they looked at the car and said the problem was because the transmission fluid was low. (BTW we were told a schedule appointment doesn't necessarily mean they'll get to you because its first come first serve basis. What's the point of an appoint then? ) They did recommended over $1,200 in unnecessary repairs, however. Bonus! They never addressed the transmission. The problem occurred again as we drove off the lot. We called Dodge HQ who scheduled us another appointment. Still waiting to hear back from them. If you go there do not expect them to keep you informed. Amber does not return phone calls. She even gave us a fake name when we called her. Titus is just as inept. read more

The prices online for service are not accurate. Not even close honestly. Booked a service appointment for an oil change for $22.50. Though I arrived at my appointment time, I still had to wait 3 hours. Once they brought the car around, I was advised the charge was $103. The first explanation given was that their online system and their in store system are different and they have no idea what it says on the website. When asked why wouldn't the extra fees be spelled out on the website, or even in the confirmation, the rep responded, "well we don't know what you need until you get in." Though the services rendered were the same as what I scheduled on the website (oil change, nothing extra), that apparently justified the $80 difference in price. Would have paid the amount had I known from the beginning. Not to mention, several attempts to reach a member of management have been unsuccessful. Will certainly take my purchases elsewhere. read more

Customer service is non existant. Service people changed every year. What you bought and paid cash for has no bearing on service. No loyalty to customer. If it's broke and you bring it in for service then you must have done something. I have had 4 recalls in 18 months plus a new transmission. The car cost $ 32,000.00 and has 20,000 miles. Went to Milton Ruben for a recall and had a good customer service experience. Note. If you go in for a recall and the part that's not recalled is available. You have to pay out of pocket. Chrysler does refund your money except sales tax. When I got my Jeep home it started leaking transmission fluid. What are the chances of that happening? Once again contacted my service advisor and instantly got in. Good customer service once again. Found out why it was leaking and paid through the nose for parts and service. My complaint is, what's the incentive to take you vehicle to the dealer to get it worked on. I took it from behind and didn't even get a common courtesy reach around. You pay a ton of money and don't even get a car wash? I'll be taking my Jeep elsewhere for none warranty service. read more
