I brought my car here for repairs after a window tinting company crashed my car and all their online information stated they open at 730am but when I came to pick up my car the receptionist came outside and stated they don't even open till 8am which is super annoying because some people have to be at work and they don't have any other transportation due to their vehicle being in the shop. They really should change the hours on every website to make sure people are aware. read more

The work was decent, but took literally a month. The people are friendly, but you have to do all the chasing yourself. They have this notification thing that does not provide accurate estimates. They'll have a due date and then not meet that due date. If they say they'll call you back, they have a 50% chance of calling you back, which is better than 0% but still pretty bad. All in all, they are OK. read more

Friendly people, but service is painfully slow. I had my front end totaled by an impact with a deer and since I was on vacation, this was the closest certified Toyota collision center. I brought the car in on a Friday with all of the necessary paperwork, including a 3-day estimate from the insurance company. I was told I'd get a call back once they checked out the car and contacted insurance. I never heard back and called them during the middle of the next week. They said everything was all set and the repairs would take two full additional weeks. I was floored. Yes, they found some minor additional damages, but how did 3-5 days turn into 2+ weeks? Repairs took longer than expected and after three full weeks, the car was still not finished. They were nice enough to eventually give me a free rental car, but the repair process was ridiculously slow. After repairs were "complete", I picked up the car and guess what, all of the damages were not repaired. I even asked for a double and triple check the day before. Thankfully, after giving them some pressure, they managed to narrowly finish the last repairs before the close of business that day. Everyone on staff was very friendly, but I still don't get how the insurance estimates 3-5 days for repairs, but an official Toyota collision center takes more than 3 weeks to complete repairs. I also didn't like how I had to call them to get an estimated finishing date. After dropping off the car, I was sure I would get a call back a couple of business days later. I'm not sure I would come back, but if I did, I'd want them to be more upfront on the estimated repair process. read more

Do not use them and they have been reported to Toyota. First they were 45 min late to the schedule estimate appoint which I scheduled two weeks in advance and took time off of work for. No apology or anything for being late. During the estimate appointment the "manager" was being very difficult as I explained the situation and was acting like he really didn't care. Then during the quote he proceeded to tell us that we had after market equipment on our vehicle, which we do not, it came that way stock (4Runner Nightshade edition) and that they don't repair aftermarket parts. To which I told him, that nothing on our vehicle was aftermarket. So then he took another 30-45 min to give us our estimate and again was being rude about when he did finally give it to us. I figured he was just having a bad day. Nope, turns out the guy is just a dick. Anyway, we scheduled a repair appointment for two weeks later (so now this has taken a whole month). We showed up today and the "manager" proceeds to tell us (again after waiting 30 min to get any kind of help because the front office person was on the phone the whole time) that he said during the quote process that he would not fix our vehicle. They why did you give me a quote then?... he had no answers. So that is total BS, because then, why did we schedule an appointment for repair (insert eye roll here), my time is valuable I prefer not to waste it. So then he said he wrote it on the quote, which he did not as I had a copy of it with me and asked him to show me where he wrote that, which he couldn't because he didn't! Then he said it was because our car has aftermarket ground kit, which again, it does not, its 100% stock. This is a Toyota certified repair shop, you would think the man would know the cars that Toyota offers, considering they also have a dealership. Our car had been repaired previously, so his last excuse was that they don't do repair work if it has been done by someone else, like you are a REPAIR shop, that is literally your business, to do freaking REPAIRS! So, yeah don't waste your time because they don't care; but considering I worked for Toyota Corporate and still have my connections, so I imagine they will care really soon when they start to lose business. The Toyota way is all about customer service and this was not what Toyota stands for. read more

I took my 2005 F150 King Ranch in for repairs and they did an amazing job from start to finish. I had to leave town before my scheduled appointment but they took the truck in early. They kept me updated on a regular basis as to what stage my truck was at on the repairs. When I got the truck back the paint and body repairs looked great. My truck is 18 years old and they matched the paint perfectly. Kevin Cook and his staff treated this old man and his old truck like family. I've been around a long time and I'm a classic car guy so I'm kinda fussy about the appearance of my cars. I've seen some really bad paint and body work over the years but this was a very good experience. I would recommend this group to anyone. Kevin Cook is top notch. read more

Do not take your vehicle here. My accident happened on 12/19/19 and today, 2/4/20, I finally got my truck back. Granted I completely understand the insurance slowing them down, but it was just one thing after another. They don't call you with updates, you have to call them. And half the time they don't answer the phone so you have to go in person for an update. I asked the manager to call me and when I went in person (AGAIN) because I hadn't heard from him, he said he talked to the guy handling my case so he didn't think he needed to call me. Uh what?! A customer asks to speak to you about issues they've been having, YOU CALL! Anyway, I'm just glad to have my truck back. It's definitely not perfect (my fiancé already pointed out a scratch) but whatever. read more

!DO NOT USE THIS TOYOTA BODY SHOP! Me and my wife came here because I accidentally smashed my car in another car and caused major damage to the side of our Toyota Highlander, I wanted to bring it to a certified repair shop due to the car was only a year old. First, the repair took around 6-8 weeks instead of 3-4 weeks was what i was told. Second, the repair looked like garbage due to the fact they had to redo the whole repair again( Looks as if they tried to reuse old, and broken parts and paint them as if they were new.). Third, when they told me the car was ready for the second time the mud flap was damaged. Fourth, the passenger side seat belt would not retract therefore deeming it as a safety hazard, and called several times and left messages and no one would return my call, so I just took the car up there without an appointment; they did fix it at that time. They told me they would replace it, but haven't and it has been 2 months and I still have no update on it. Last but not least, my car has over spray on all the passenger side windows and windshield. We could not have been more pleased with the timeliness, the service, or the results. My daughter's Wrangler need several areas repaired after three years at a distant college, and we only had one week before she traveled to a distant summer job. Although we scheduled in advance, our schedule changed at the last minute. The body shop adjusted to the new schedule, completed all the repairs a day earlier than necessary, and the work was excellent. When we examined the vehicle there were a few areas to be buffed (some in areas that were painted and a couple in areas that were not in the scope of the original repairs). The body shop took the time (at 5pm on a Friday afternoon no less) to address every area with care and without any hesitancy or complaint. This is the fourth or fifth time this body shop has repaired a vehicle for us over the last few years (some were Toyotas and some were Jeeps), and we have always been pleased. But this time was even better than we could have reasonably expected. read more

Long Story: Took car in June planned strategically around a 2 week rental for work travel. Asked if it would take more than 2 weeks to fix and was told no. Never received an update while I was out of town. Upon returning I was told was they were waiting get the car torn apart to get the frame inspected because they suspected more damage that visible. I Told them I was upset I had not been receiving any updates on the vehicle and that it was not finished when promised. My insurance did not cover a rental and I had to return the one I rented as I needed my vehicle for more work travel. They arranged a loaner for me. After getting back from travel, I had to call multiple times over a couple days to get an update. They claimed that they had it torn apart and that they thought it would be a total loss but were waiting to hear back from my insurance. Feeling frustrated with the lack of communication since it was already a month in their possession I asked if I could bring back the loaner and up my car. I was told me I would have to pay to have it put back together. Decided to wait as I didn't have money just to get by car put together. Was given a personal phone number so that I could text for updates instead of having to leave several messages each time I called. In mid July I texted to see if they had heard any word from the insurance company about whether it was totalled. She said I would get a call from State Farm in 2 days. I text 7 days later as I still have not heard anything. I am told that they have spoken with State Farm and they cleared up some questions for them and that it would all be squared away by the end of that week and they suspect it will be totaled. They ask that I return the loaner on Monday. On Monday I still have not heard anything from State Farm and I feel a sneaky suspicion that I shouldn't drive 15 miles to the body shop to return my loaner as I still have not received anything from my insurance company. I call body shop and they say they have heard nothing as well... I Finally got fed up and called my insurance to ask what the hold up was and they said they had absolutely no paperwork. Initial filing from 3 days after I brought it in and that was it. (who they were talking to at Jim Norton nobody knows...was it a lie???) State Farm claims that it is the BODY SHOP'S responsibility to tell THEM if the vehicle is, in fact, totaled. Called body shop livid that nothing had been sent. Told her I was extremely upset and that they needed to figure this out that day and call me back. Not text, but call me back that same day before close of business with an update. Never received a phone call that night. Got a phone call the next day that they allegedly spent 2 hours on the phone with state farm because the images had not uploaded to their system. They claim everything was now taken care of and to wait to hear from State Farm. 2 weeks later I called my insurance company to see what was going on with the claim and they say they STILL have not received anything from the body shop. They called up there to see what the status was and talked to a woman who said that she would send them the estimates. I then called the body shop myself and asked for the manager in charge (2nd time I had called to speck with one) who they say is a Bill Dooley. They took my message and I never received a call back. I then decide I should stop spending any energy communicating with Jim Norton and instead spend 3 days on the phone with state farm who are able to get fast and timely updates from the body shop. Magically everything wraps itself up that same week. The second the insurance company gave me my payout amount the Jim Norton Sales team calls me to " help assist me in the frustrating loss of losing my car by transitioning me into a new vehicle" I explain I have been a loyal customer for 6 years and will never set foot on their lot again after the way I was treated by their body shop. They tell me they will have a manager contact me. Im still holding my breath. This whole process took 3 months. The loaner I was given was a 2014 prius. This would have been an exceptional experience except that I am a painter and could not do any work in this car for fear of of damaging it. The car was still ultimately damaged in a parking lot on the second month. This means I am out another $500 deductible. Here's how I know for sure these people are for sure shady and dishonest. I got a call from my insurance people within an hour of dropping off the loaner that they had filed a claim. Something that had NEVER happened in the three months they had my car. read more
