Started out needing a Harmonic Balancer, sent to the dealership because the original mechanic was unable to repair it. While at the dealership, two pumps were "miraculously" needed to be replaced. Now the vehicle is being taken back to the original mechanic who by the way would have found the "damaged" pumps. There is work that has to be.done to correct the "repairs" the were done by your dealership. I would highly advise NO ONE take your car there to have repairs done. They are just looking to spend more of your money than actually being truthful and doing honest work! read more

I wanted to test drive a new Honda Ridgeline because I've always loved every Honda that I've driven and owned. I was torn between a F150 and Honda Ridgeline. Then I came to the front of the Honda store and saw people smoking at the door. I have COPD so I can't be around the cloud of smoke that was there. So, I purchased a 2022 pilot and used my veteran status to get the military discount, financed with Honda and took the car home. Then the problems started. I gave them a copy of my ID card. Not good enough, sent them MY DD214; can't read it. Sent my wife's retired LES; still not good enough. Now going through military website to get better copy of DD214 and sending wife's retired 214, for $500 dollars. Is there a big 214 scam going on? Geez. read more

I have been going to Jim Skinner for YEARS, mostly because of their amazing service department, but their sales department is also great - have leased a Honda Accord from them and later purchased a used Honda CRV. I am a customer, and I speak from my own experience .. they have the most caring and professional service department I have ever dealt with. I really do trust them. I am 60 - have owned several cars and have dealt with many auto service places. When I needed a "new" car, I bought a Honda - mainly so I could continue using their service department... really! Also - The 1-star review posted by Jonathon R just IS NOT true! ... I honestly think it is a lie. Click on his name ... he made 2 identical posts for 2 local Honda dealers, and it is impossible both could be true. I think he was angry about something (perhaps both refused his credit?) and falsely contrived the review to "get back at" them. I am confident his review about Jim Skinner is untrue .. I don't personally know the other dealership people. I have reported this to Yelp, but I don't know if they will address it. I think both of his reviews are suspect and should be removed. read more

They cannot do the simplest of things. I had an oil change and tire rotation. They did not do the tire rotation and they did a poor job on the oil change to a point which I had to replace the engine. Then one of the service employees kept hanging up on me. read more

I stopped into this location on yesterday to get in oil change. The service representative was so RUDE! He Literally refused service to me. I asked him, Are you refusing me service? He then said, well I can start the paperwork to get you in, then he said well, I promise to call you, but none of this took place. He was rude from the start!!!
