I went in for a simple tire rotation. The staff weren't friendly at all or communicative about…read moreservices. I noticed after my tire rotation that my car drifted slightly to the right so I took it back in for them to check it out. Instead of communicating that they felt my car had no issues, they then performed a service on my car without my consent. when I question staff member Corey Blalock as why they put the tires back to how they were pre-service I was given different reasons. First he said it was because my tires were unevenly worn.( I have a 2025 nissan Sentra that had less than 5,000 miles at the time of service.) Then he stated it was because of the uneven roads of Dothan. When I questioned why they would put them back after I paid for the rotation, he stated they "fixed the problem/complaint I had"(leaving me to believe it was done out of spite because of my "complaint".)Then when I further pushed the issue about it, I was met with a condescending-attitude, with him stating that he could've charged me for a service I was unaware of and how they switched them back for "free" as if they were doing me a favor. He was not helpful at all and I could tell he did not care to fix the issue and I left without the issue being resolved.

All I could do was laugh and walk out telling her never mind... I've never heard of that before! These places pray on people with poor credit or little income so I should have known better. They misrepresented my maintenance plan, claiming it was a Ford Maintenance Plan when it was not, and provided inconsistent information that I only discovered after having the car for a while. They seemed so focused on getting people in and out that they could barely give their customers the attention they deserved. First red flag: I found a car I loved and asked about the price. When I got to Dothan Luxury Motors, the price had suddenly increased by $3,000. Then I spent the entire day waiting for my paperwork to come back. By the time I finally received it, I was exhausted, aggravated, and just wanted to go home. I had the car for about a week before the dealership started calling me from different phone numbers, telling me I needed to bring the car back. They never explained what was going on. I had to call the finance company myself to find out why my loan had been canceled. The representative told me the dealership had failed to provide the required information--not me. I explained that I had been at work all week and that this was my only transportation. I asked if I could have a couple of days to figure out another way to get to and from work. The man at the dealership told me that would be fine. About 30 minutes after I got off work that same day, people who didn't even work for the dealership showed up at my house saying they were there to repossess the car. I told them I had already agreed with the dealership that I would return the vehicle the following day. Overall, I found this dealership to be extremely unprofessional. The lack of communication, the pricing issues, and the way this situation was handled made the entire experience feel disorganized and suspicious. It really deserves to be looked into. The good news is that I went to an actual dealership the next day and drove off the lot in a brand-new car. I'm much happier with how everything turned out

I walked into Dothan motors to buy a car for the first time in 5 years. Well Angel worked on the financing Tim brought me out to the lot to show me the cars we settled on a Nissan versa and Angel already had the financing ready to go I was very happy with the service and Angel went out of her way to make sure that I could leave with the car that day. Being new to town she explain how the car goes through a multi-point review by their mechanics to ensure that everything is working properly I met the mechanic and liked him so much that I plan on using him should anything go wrong in the future as it is a used car with 104,000 miles on it. So it was a win-win for me I found a used car dealer I can trust and use again and the new mechanic in the area should I ever need one thank you Dothan Luxury Motors.

While at the dealership, two pumps were "miraculously" needed to be replaced. Now the vehicle is being taken back to the original mechanic who by the way would have found the "damaged" pumps. There is work that has to be.done to correct the "repairs" the were done by your dealership. I would highly advise NO ONE take your car there to have repairs done. They are just looking to spend more of your money than actually being truthful and doing honest work!
