She was patient, friendly, informative and helpful. When I finally purchased the car, she made the process seamless for me and it was super simple! I was pleased with the rate I was given since I was going from a small sedan to a SUV, and was expecting a greater rate increase. (NOTE: I do have a perfect driving record and strong credit) I had an extremely bad experience with my homeowners insurance claims adjuster the last time I had a claim. His treatment of me was profanely discriminatory and extremely racist, and though I had to subject myself to this disparate treatment in the moment, I knew that after ample time, I was going to drop my home insurance company and check out State Farm. It has been a number of years since that small claim and so I felt confident I wouldn't get higher rates quoted to me because of that claim- a decent amount of time has passed. Because I had such a pleasant experience with Ines, I knew I could contact her to get a quote for my homeowners insurance. I reached out to her by email, just to get the ball rolling since my annually paid homeowners insurance would be up for renewal in October. I sent a copy of my current policy declaration so she could see what I was looking for to be covered in my quote from State Farm. Ines was so kind and quickly sent me a quote and we set up a time to discuss by phone. She went over the quote line by line, so that I would understand that I was getting the same coverage that was in my current policy. In many cases I was getting even more coverage than my current policy and when she told me my annual premium, it was substantially less than my current racist insurance provider! I also have a life insurance policy with the racist provider, which I took out in exchange for a lower bundled insurance rate on my home insurance. I asked Ines for quotes on a comparable policy because I plan to cancel everything with the racist insurance company so they will no longer get a dime of my hard earned money. Ines quickly provided me a quote for the life insurance and so because of her, I am switching BOTH my home and life insurance to State Farm. Ines has been a joy to work with and I look forward to my continued relationship with State Farm!

After calling in to find out the news I was told the policy premium went up over 2x. I cancelled and am with another company. This is some of the worst service I have ever received. I would strongly advise staying clear of this location, there are much better agents out there. UPDATE: upon the policy fully cancelling State Farm has issued me a refund of ~$550 instead of the over $2,000 I am due. This is because they are calculating the refund amount off the new higher premium that I never agreed to pay. A VERY shady practice, and the customer service from Joe's team was absolutely non-existent. I have had to deal with them and the underwriters through escalations with the corporate office. Even the corporate office said multiple times my agent should be handling this directly by having conversations with the underwriter. Very early in the process this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had, at this point it is simply hard to believe that a business could care so little.

Quite unlike any agent I've worked with before of any insurance company. Having a policy through his agency is alike, blindly paying a bill for which you haven't any record of creating. I have policies with State Farm through different agents. Mainly due to business dealings at different times and agencies transferring hands from one to the next. My auto and new home policy is backed by an agent that always tries to find a way to make sure I remember her and their agents. This is how business should be conducted. From time to time, it's important your insurance agent make their presence known. Phone calls to remind when a payment is upcoming, calls to see if any additional policies are needed, or to share knowledge that State Farm is now offering new services. This is the behavior of my current SF agent and why I have high regards for them. If it weren't for my old man and his old connections, I wouldn't have kept a policy here for so long. It was through some business connection that my father met Mr Aurora. After creating a policy, we would hardly hear anything except for seeing standard billing from State Farm corporate or the yearly desktop calendar Mr Aurora would send every new year. Very infrequent with calls, if any. I'd have to go scanning Google to find his contact info if we had questions about our policy. Beyond that, nothing. And in the rare cases of calling them, it was a very frank phone call. Kinda like, calling a fast food drive-thru restaurant and placing an order by phone. Truth-be-told his rates on home/condo are decent. But lack of contact and customer servicing on policies is what has sent me elsewhere.
