I just want to add that I had my trade in Toyota always serviced there in Coos Bay and always had excellent service. One time I called a week ahead and made an appointment for service. When I got there I wasn't on the books. They were busy but they made room for my vehicle and I didn't wait any longer than I normally would. I will, of course, take my new Toyota there for service.

Later I got a call saying that indeed they had made a mistake and that they would order the missing part and I could drive again 60 miles to pick it up. I finally talked to the parts manager who offered to send the missing part by mail but did not offer any concrete apology for the time I wasted or the insulting treatment I received. The parts and service department helped us immediately. Service tested the battery to make sure that it was the likeliest cause. It was a 5 year old battery and it failed testing.
