I would just add this to my previous review, but I cannot figure out how to do so. I posted a review previously about an item being almost double the quote when I went to have it installed. UPDATE HONDA WORLD reached out to me to resolve the issue to keep me as a happy customer. I suggested we meet in the middle in the pricing issue ( I knew the original quote was much lower than a quote I had from Roseburg Honda in 2022 We all know prices have skyrocketed for evertlything since). They waited till they had all the parts in hand to schedule my car. Upcoming appointment for this week. Fantastic experience. Came up from LA to help my little sister car shop and armored up expecting to deal with your run-of-the-mill pushy car salesman. That proved totally unnecessary! I wanted to call particular attention to the salesman that day, Bo. Bo was kind, knowledgeable about all Honda vehicles, and helped my sister to have a great experience car shopping, showing her not only new Hondas that fit her budget, but also some of the used models from other makers Honda World had in inventory. Very low-key, very relaxing and enjoyable experience, and very respectful of the customer experience. If all car salesmen were like Bo, the industry would be in a much better state! Truthfully, I kind of regretted not having Honda World down south. Their inventory is well-stocked, their prices were EXTREMELY competitive on new and used stuff, and I found Bo was very transparent when it came to every question I asked. Thanks again to Bo and Honda World! Anyone in the South Coast area of Oregon should stop by if they're in the market for a car and want to deal with knowledgeable, kind people. read more

I cannot give enough praise to Honda World! They go above and beyond even after you purchase a vehicle from them. We recently had a situation where my 91 year old step dad got locked out of his vehicle while trying to get another key made (electric programming). Not to any fault of Honda World or the locksmith, but Christine stepped in and helped us, which made the whole ordeal more manageable. Awesome, awesome customer service. (and btw Jeff and Dan in sales were also wonderful to work with) After going through this type of situation, our family was so impressed with the level of outstanding service, that we will definitely choose Honda World when we need a new car or service! Jeff at Honda World is a horrible salesman. I went in with a budget and got laughed at. Very rude and tried putting me in something I couldn't afford. Joe does the same thing. First thing I do when looking for a vehicle is explain what my budget is and how much I can afford and nothing more but time after time salespeople continually putting me in things that are way above my budget then they start treating me rudly. I expect them to say right off the bat "sorry but we don't have anything that would match your budget" at this time. I have heard from several different people that this has happened to. OK, first off I am a loooong time motorcycle industry factory rep and have been to, literally, over 1000 shops in my time. That said, I know something special when I see it, and that is no small trick, nor do I suffer fools in any way at any time in an industry that should something go wrong, can actually hurt somebody or worse. I can say with absolute surety that the staff at this shop be it sales, service, or parts, actually care about their customers and will do what it takes, no matter the situation. My case is special in that I did not bring a Honda in to them when my new to me bike failed 1000 miles from home. Their staff embodies the true Honda Way and displays what's known as the "Honda Heart" which in short is a philosophy from a bygone era when people helped each other when in need and no questions asked. They take care of their customers local or not, (Honda or not, although I have and still do own several) and their technical, parts, and overall customer service are world class in a small community. A true gift to the power sports community and yes, they take care of cars too, should you have a need when in the area. If you live anywhere practical in the vicinity (or break down), do yourself or your family a favor and give then a chance to earn your business. You absolutely will not be disappointed and the only tragedy here is that I can't clone them and put them into my local area... Really, THAT good... This goes for cars as well as bikes as this shop is actually a time machine to a bygone era that is pretty much extinct in our cash is king world. Great dealer, Great people that care. I'm from Northern CA (A former residence of Roseburg) While on our annual vacation to my most favorite spot in OR my TRX450 would not run. Bummer as it's my primary quad on the dunes. I called, explained my problem, they said bring it in and they would have it back the next day as long as it was not a major overhaul. They adjusted the valves and I was back in action! They were so great I also bought a 2013 TRX400 from them while I was there and got a very fair deal! Thanks to a great staff! I was looking for a specific car. Used, good shape, low millage, warranty, features etc. Late one night on Craigslist, I see this car that would work for me. The next day, I call these guys and Jeff Seehawer helps me out. Describes the car perfectly, we agree on a price and make the deal happen right over the phone. I had to make arrangements with my financing, and then fly up to Coos Bay the next week to pick up the car. Jeff was awesome throughout the entire process, and even picked me up at the airport. Spent a few minutes in the dealership with Dan, who was also very helpful. The thing was, this was a good car, fair deal, and these people all made it a seamless happening despite the fact that I was coming from out of state to buy the car. I have bought 3 Hondas from this dealership over the last 22 years. Sales pressure is nil. On my Van I even called up Bob Barnes, my go to salesman...2 of the 3 cars, and flew up from Texas while living there to pick it up. (New Odysseys first year were selling for $4-5K over MSRP!!!, Honda World sold mine at MSRP. Used the vacation back to Oregon as a car trip and saved $$). Also had 2 more used Hondas for the teenagers. They have performed all my warranty and repair service (not many repairs of course) over 16 of the 22 years I was in town. Never a hitch, always professional. When the transmission went out on my Van after many years they even went to bat for me and got over 50% off total cost from the rep to make me happy. Parts Dept is excellent. Cashier always a smile when you pay your bill. Even have loaner cars or driver drop off for those all day maintenance issues so you can make it to work. I just can't bring myself to go anywhere else. Of course I am not above saving money. Last Accord I purchased I shopped State of Oregon, got the bottom line on my Accord = fair price and they matched it. I just don't know what a dealership can do more to earn your return business.
