This place is top notch. Next to Patrick's auto where we get service, near the back. I was actually referred to by Patrick's. We had a leak from a previous repair in a bad spot. The other tire place didn't even want to touch it without selling a new tire. They didn't have the tire in stock but agreed to patch it so that it would last a few more months. I was so impressed by the initial service I called back and asked them to order the tire. They said it would arrive next day. We went Saturday afternoon and lucked out we didn't have to wait. Shady shop with shady business practices. They do not stand by their word and take advantage of female customers. I was in a bind and needed one new tire, it was getting later on a Saturday evening. NBS tire sold me a tire that is not the right size. They informed me that I could come back the next week and exchange it for the correct size. I told them when I'd be back. When I arrived, the guy who sold me the tire wasn't there. He spoke with my boyfriend on the phone and told him that he'd give us a call later in the day. He never did. We text him 4 different times on 4 different days to set something up to get my tire exchanged, per their promise. He has never responded and is completely ignoring any message sent. The messages are confirmed to be delivered and it shows that they're being sent to an iPhone so I know they're just trying to ignore me and hope I go away. Now, I have to spend another $200 on another tire from a legitimate shop since they are shady and won't return calls or messages. Don't come here. They don't care about you or your car. I really wish they would respond to my messages and make this right. read more

I got recommended this shop from Patrick's auto next door to get me 2006 Luxus is350 checked out. I had warning lights on my dash from a problem with my tire pressure monitoring system. Lexus wanted to charge me about upward of 800 dollars to make the repair. Using my better judgment I chose to look elsewhere and I'm glad I did. NBS tire shop checked my car out and each of tpms sensors worked! The problem was because something I reset on my car. They kept it honest and repaired my issue with my system by re syncing something that's above my understanding. I'm glad I came here and I will be coming back when I need tires or any related issues. THIS TIRE SHOP SAVED MY LIFE !!! My Mercedes had a flat tire and kept leaking so I took it to a local small business and come to find out my whole tire was sliced !!! The owner was so kind he helped me get a new tire and even checked all my other tires for free and filled them to right pressure cause he was concerned over my safety ! During checkout he gave me a great deal and was very kind enough to help me with a good deal for my sisters tires. Came here on a Tuesday to check out the TPMS that was on for about 2 weeks. The guy working here confirmed my suspicion that I had, one of the sensors needed to be replaced. Very good customer service however the reason for taking off a star was the long wait time which total was almost 2 hours. I don't blame the worker (Moody) he was the only one there with 3 customers including myself that needed assistance and he really was doing the best he could, I blame the owner for not having more employees working that day.
