Menu options were clearly priced and ingredients noted, which was great since we have one with celiac disease, one vegetarian & one avoiding dairy. Those options were covered without having to special order anything. They set it all up with warming trays before the event & made it easy for me to clean up afterward. Payment was also easy. ALL of their tamales, sides, dips, salsa & chili crunch were delicious! We had PLENTY and were able to send some home with people. Since Kathy's husband & daughter did the set up, I didn't meet Kathy until recently when their food truck was at SSB. It was really fun to meet her and try the Italian Beef tamale!
