This is my second time working with this family business (first time was with Jimmie's Tree Service). All I can continue to say is WOW! I am consistently impressed with this company. Anyone in southern CA knows about the wet winter we've experienced this past year. Of course this caused a significant amount of weeds we couldn't keep up with. I had been going back and forth on whether I should hire someone or just do it myself (knowing it would take longer and wouldn't be nearly as professional) just to get it done. Then I got a call from Jimmie Jr. following up on a job they'd done for me when I first purchased last September. Perfect timing! He scheduled an assessment of the work and was able to complete same day! Professional, timely, efficient, and fair pricing. These are the only ones I'd call for my yard and future maintenance. I have several palm trees, including one huge one, that haven't been cleaned in years. Another tree trimmer looked at them and my other overgrown trees and rolled his eyes, complained about how bad it all was, and simply said "this is gonna cost you". So for months I was afraid to get another estimate, but when Jimmie came over, he just smiled and figured out a plan. He even worked out how to trim my bird of paradise and yucca trees, saying "we'll just give em some love". He sorted out how to get everything into shape... And the price was very competitive and fair. The crew came on time (he even called to say he was on his way)... All super friendly guys. I contacted Jimmie's because their ad said they did junk hauling. When I explained that they needed to pick up a demolished fence, I was asked lots of questions regarding whether or not they would be doing the demo work. When I explained it was only a junk haul away, the price I was quoted was $1200. That is over 6 times what I wound up paying. When I explained on a phone call that their price was very high and that I had been quoted much less, I was told to use the other company. read more

Jimmie and his colleague were so great. He responded super quickly and provided a very reasonable quote. He showed up on time and carefully removed a large tree that was causing issues with pipelines, and used a machine to quickly get rid of a bunch of tree roots. They filled in the gaps and left the place very clean. Jimmie was friendly and so accommodating to some last minute requests. You could tell he was extremely knowledgeable about trees, identified different ones right away, and knew how to fix issues without leaving behind any damage. I dealt mostly with Jimmie as my husband spent more time with all the guys doing the work, but Jimmie is Amazing! He's professional, responsive, informative, kind, honest, fair, efficient, and always smiling. You can tell he loves what he does and it's in his blood. He bid my fairly large project with an honest and fair price and a few days later he showed up with the cavalry. We thought it would be a 2.5 day job and they finished in about 6 hours. Jimmie had 3 climbers for our 5 different 100 foot Ponderosa Pine trees (they were impressive!) and a number of other guys who were working and trimming the trees and hedges on our 11,500 square foot property (which is 90% yard). I was outside with my puppy yesterday and ran into a nice young gentleman, Jimmie, distributing his biz card for Tree and yard beautification service. My good luck as my very tall Palm trees badly needed a haircut and cleaning up. He sent me an estimate immediately that night and called in the morning to confirm his arrival. His work was terrific! Jimmie did two jobs for us. First he cut down a dead tree in our patio, and removed the tree stump without damaging our beautiful flagstones. After we saw how well he did, we asked him if he could cut back a huge branch from our neighbor's tree that hangs over our property and sheds a million of those little hard "acorns"....He had to come back for the second job, and, like the first time, he did an amazing job. Our neighbor too was thrilled to have found Jimmie. Jimmie was on time for both jobs, and besides being a super nice guy, he did a great job.
