Went into lobby around 5pm Friday December 30th 2022. 3 employees behind the counter standing together talking and laughing and ignoring me. After a couple minutes, one of the 3 slobbily dressed, pink haired tattooed employees took my order and gave me the two cups that come with it. I placed the cups on the counter and told her I was going to use the bathroom. In the men's room I found the only toilet looked like someone had exploded a poop grenade, and there was no toilet paper. I took a picture and went back to the counter where I found she had taken my cuos away. I asked for my cups and she said oh yeah I'm not sure why I took those I guess I forgot. I showed her a picture of the toilet and told her there was no paper, she giggled and went back to the other two and they stood there laughing and talking together for the next 6 or 8 minutes until my 30 dollars worth of 2 hamburgers and 2 fries was ready. read more

Wanted to use a coupon for a breakfast burrito, but when ordering was told they didn't have the ingredients for making breakfast burritos. The person on the other end of the voice box wasn't super friendly even though I didn't give her any grief. Tried to go there for breakfast after 10:00am since the sign said they open at 10:00am on New Year's Day. Got there at 10:20am. No one there. A car in the parking lot but no one inside working. Why say you will be open when you will actually be closed? Get your act together and say what your actual hours are. Also, tried them before for breakfast and they were out of tortillas. And that wasn't the first time. This location needs some serious management reorganization. I'm sure no one at this location will even read this review. Don't eat here. Poor service, took almost 30 minutes for 2 breakfast burritos. Store opened 10 minutes late. The staff just complained about what the night staff didn't do, not try and make things right. Eggs under cooked, microwave them 20 seconds more. read more

Not sure if they are understaffed or what but this location is one of the slowest "fast" food locations in the Spokane area. Also, the folks they do have here don't seem to pay very close attention because I very often have a mistake with my order. One time tried going inside because drive thru was long...and it still took a long time for my order. They need to hire at least one more person to keep the interior clean because the times I have gone in things needed tidying up. Food tastes about as good as other Carl's but they frequently make mistakes with the order so can be frustrating. Such as NO tomato please. The employees here try hard but frankly I think do to staffing issues they are just too overworked. Honestly, if I didn't really crave Carl's burgers sometimes, I would never go here again. read more

He kept cutting me off when I ordered then I had to repeat my order 10 times over 3 items. when I get to the window guy says I am gonna get my General Manager they don't apologize they bring there general manager to the window all rude probably because his embarrassed the fact he couldn't take my order 3 items. The man behind the counter is totally high on meth. He's probably in his 30s, but looks like he's in his 50s and acted like he was 15. I was afraid to give him my card for payment. He couldn't keep anyone's orders straight and keep talking to himself. You could see the other crew members' and customers' frustration with him. They seem understaffed and it took easily 20+ minutes to get to go order (two kids meals and a #3). The restaurant was not at all busy. We eat at the Carl's jr on Division st about once a month, the food is always good and the service is as well. Today I ordered our regular order which includes a burger for the dog - bread, meat, cheese. Perhaps a raise is in order for the middle aged gentleman who took my payment at the window, so he can buy a personality. Today was the second Saturday morning in a row I popped in early before work, which is convenient as it is only 1/10 mile away and was not busy. The first time the service was so slow I waited in a line 2 cars long for over 20 minutes, plus they failed to put the entire order in my bag resulting in another 10 minute delay, making me late for work. The second week I again waited a long time and was the only one in line. I finally paid for my upgraded medium coffee with my order and was given a half cup of small, cold coffee with no explanation. Once I questioned it, they explained they ran out of both medium cups and coffee. I asked that I just not be charged for the medium. They said it was too late, but I could wait 5 minutes for them to brew another pot. I told that was unacceptable, and to provide a different drink and was given a small iced tea. If I could give this terrible place zero stars I definitely would! We went through the drive thru for breakfast this morning and we had a simple order of two breakfast burrito combos and a breakfast sandwich combo. Well first I said one of them needed to be steak and crackhead Carl put bacon instead and then after about 15 minutes of re explaining our order he finally had it on the screen correct. So we pull around and wait another 10 minutes before anyone even comes to the window and then when he does the guy is clearly tweaking out on some drugs. He hands us the smallest bag ever so I check it and there are no hash browns, only bacon burritos and no breakfast sandwich, we tell the guy about the stuff we're missing and he sits there and blames the other workers for giving it to him incorrectly. Finally we get all our stuff and we go to eat it and it's ALL ICE COLD! What a waste of $23 we definitely won't be back! read more

On my 1/2 hour lunch break stopped in for a quick lunch while at work. Went to wash my hands first and the restroom was FILTHY. The sink the floor every thing,. But the clock was ticking. Waited in line for about 5 minutes. placed my order to eat there. given a number got my soda and waited and waited for my food. After 15 minutes I had observed persons who had come after me being served so I inquired what was up with my order. After a few frantic moment searching on their computer my order was handed to me. Cold burger and fries. Been missed somehow . Might have been tasty if hot, no time left ate the burger tossed the fries and will not eat there ever again. read more

We looked at the reviews before going to this Carl's Jr., but had always had great fast service and good food at this location before so decided to eat there anyway. Mistake. After using the restroom before eating I wasn't hungry anymore. In the women's restroom only one of the three overhead lights worked, the floor was littered with paper and the smell went right along with the nastiness of the toilets. My husband reported the men's was the same. The food was decent, but overall the dirtiness of this restaurant was disappointing. read more

I previously had a good experience at this location but this last time, in the drive thru, everything was ok but when I was back to work at the office I was mostly the way through my 'all natural burger' when I noticed a pubic hair on the side of my sandwich. I barffed in the bathroom and will not be going back to that location. in hindsight I was wondering why two of the drive thru employee's were really staring at me, one commented how it was going to take longer for my burger because it had to be made 'fresh'.
