The staff are responsive but kind of rude about how they go about talking to customers. We ordered one single quarter pounder meal and a double quarter pounder meal. The food came out quickly. My burger was clearly not cooked. Now I know ground beef has to cook to 155 and I can guarantee this did not get to temperature. It was still raw. I took it up the the counter and was told "oh they are cooked fresh and that is just how they are, if you want it well done you need to say so." How rude! RECEIVED BITTEN/EATEN HOTCAKES. Just drove through to grab my kid some hot cakes and was pleasantly surprised at how fast the line was at 9:20am. But when I got home and opened up the hot cakes to put butter on them I found that there was no butter provided. Okay, no big deal I'm fine to just use my own butter. But then I take the hot cakes apart to put the butter on them and someone had legit taken an actual BITE out of the hot cakes. Like. There was a whole section of the hot cakes missing in the shape of someone's mouth! TEETH MARKS and all! Super gross. But there was no receipt in the bag so I can't even tell you what the order number was in order to get a refund. Absolutely appalling and obviously frustrating. The nuggets that I've ordered tonight tasted old and dirty, you can tell they were freezer burnt nuggets. The nuggets came to us cold and had to use my air fryer and cook it all the way. Literally the worst McDonald's in this entire county. They seem to pride themselves on being awful. Ownership is either completely absent from this location or is unable to run a franchise properly. If you want a bleached blonde with an anger management problem to scream "Do not come back here!" as you get in your car after they've charged you for food you did not get, you're in the right place. Around 7pm tonight I sat in a very long drive thru line only to end up having all of the following happen without me getting any dinner for my $8: 1. At the order speaker I was skipped by the order taker as he took THREE CARS orders from the other lane. When he allowed me to order he yelled what he said at me. I guess he was mad at me for keeping ME waiting? I did not say anything but "hello?" so I don't know why he was angry. 2. At the first window the cashier DUMPED literally all of my coins on the ground like he didn't know how to be handed money. He then just stood there, expecting me to crawl out of my truck and pick up the money he dropped. No apology, no nothing. "You didn't pay me enough, I need that 58 cents"...dude, you dropped it, why is this my problem? 3. After I pulled away with my food I realized that yet again I had "cheese" on burgers despite asking for it to be left off. The kitchen slips said NO AMERICAN CHEESE but somehow this confusing phrase was too much for them. Not sure why but McD cooks do not seem to understand that there are customers who want a McDouble or a Quarter Pounder but do NOT WANT cheese. I've had this problem several times recently, but at 3rd Ave they can fix it and remake the burger for you...this location isn't capable of that kind of service. 4. I went inside with the burgers to ask for a replacement and got this little lady who has a lot of "I've got manager keys" attitude. She could not really fathom why I wanted what I had ordered. I was so frustrated by her inability or unwillingness to fix the problem that I walked out without my food or a refund, thanking them sarcastically for paying NO attention to what they are doing. Seriously, how rare could it BE for someone to ask for no cheese? This location is so bad that I don't know why I had not yet decided to skip it from now on. Nearby we have A&W\KFC, Arby's, Jimmy John's, Subway, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Jack in the Box, Dairy Queen, Carls Jr, and ZIPS just to name a few. Why go get rude service and incorrect food when there are other places to go? Unless you are broke and going here with a gift card, EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE.
