Was here on a Sunday evening. 9/2/2026. I had heard mixed reviews about this place but always wanted to give it a shot but the prices usually talked me out of it. I was particularly hungry and really wanted a cheeseburger so I went ahead and ordered a cheeseburger and fries. I ordered the big burger because I figured if I couldn't eat it all I would have half for later. I placed my order and it was over 25.00 for just the burger and fries. After I paid they gave me a little buzzer to hold onto and said it would 30-35 minute wait and my buzzer will let me know when it's ready. If I hadn't already paid I would have left then. I stood around and waited. After a half hour my order is ready. I was starving so I immediately reached into my bag for some hot fries. I pulled out a half full fry bag of almost cold unseasoned disappointing grease sticks. After a few of those I tried the burger. It was awful. The patties were decent size but the whole thing was incredibly dry and underseasoned. I have no idea how a burger could be so dry and bland. I forced a few bites down but ended up throwing the rest away. I really wanted to like this place because I love burgers but it was just an awful experience. Never again. read more

Located inside the casino at the Northern Quest Resort, this restaurant is actually open 24/7. I needed a quick bite to eat before dinner as I missed eating lunch due to a work meeting. I ordered three small Fatburgers with the works and a couple sides of the skinny fries. They gave me a puck that flashes and vibrates when your order is ready. This gave me a couple minutes to hit the restroom and get something else to drink. My friends and I were absolutely impressed with how good the burger tasted. The mix of the veggie toppings and the smashed hamburger patty were incorporated perfectly together. This is the prime example of what a greasy cheeseburger should be. And to be real, the small and a side of fries should be enough for a meal for me. Speaking of the fries, they were cooked perfectly to a nice crisp. This was hands down the worst burger experience I have ever had in all of my 60 years. We were at the casino for my Neice's birthday party in the kids arcade and wanted to grab a couple burgers, because all that was available in the party was pizza. So we checked to see if we had time before the cake cutting and her opening her presents. We knew it was going to be about 40 minutes before the rest of the family arrived and the festivities would start. We went around the corner and decided that fat burger should be a good choice. That was a huge mistake. We went to the counter and ordered two burgers with fries thinking we would get our order in less than than 30-35 minutes. WRONG!!! We watched as a good 10 people that were behind us in line keep getting their orders. We literally waited almost an hour, before we went up and asked the personnel at the burger making area what was going on. We were told our order was being put in the bags now. Well, the order that was being put in the bags also went to another person that was way behind us in line, so I asked again what was going on, and the smug employee said we will get it right out now. So they finally started cooking our food at the hour and fifteen minute mark. When we got our burgers, they obviously rushed them because they were both ice cold in the center, and on top of that they did not put the fries for our combos in the bag. So after hurrying up to get back to the party, which was pretty much over now, presents opened and cake already eaten, we had to go back again and ask for the fries we paid for. All the guy behind the counter said is "oh my bad" and put two of the wrong kinds of fries in the bag and handed them to me. At that point, the party was over, we even missed seeing her open the gifts from us and I was DONE dealing with these completely incompetent rude people. I have eaten at fat burger for years when I was transplanted by my job to the LA area and enjoyed every visit. Fat Burger, do yourself a favor and take your name off of this location. If this would have been my first fat burger experience, I can assure you I would never, ever return to any of your other locations. Looks like I would need to travel back to SOCAL to get the real fat burger experience. My advise to anyone considering eating at this location, would be DO NOT GO HERE, unless you have a handful of anxiety meds handy and a lot of time on your hands. read more

That was a FAT burger! We went here because we came for burgers, well I got just that! I ordered the FATTEST burgers for my friend and I since "Epic" (located in the same casino) no longer has the burger challenge, which was what we originally came here for. We ate them, we were full, but not exploding like we thought we would be, they were burger flavored and everything. This location is right in the middle of the casino. This burger joint has some massive burgers - the Medium is like eating 2 burgers can't imagine trying to eat the XXL. Get the burger with the works - it's extra for cheese. They are cool to order so you know the burger is fresh. I would get the rings over the fat fries. The fat fries are way too much potato for me. Must get the fry sauce. Tip - use your comps from the casino this place isn't cheap. The service was good no complaints and everyone was super friendly. It's been awhile since I been to Fat Burgers, the last location I was at was on Francis and today we went to the one at Northern Quest Casino. I had a lemonade and skinny fries and I did like the fries and I ordered the biggest burger and added bacon and cheese and you really have to be super hungry as I was or really burgers cause this guy was huge. My only issue I had was cause the burger was so heavy the patties fell apart and it was super greasy but having a burger that big I'd expect it I ate the whole burger and I won't eat til tomorrow lol but it was super awesome and tasted pretty good and mentioned was super greasy but if you're a burger love order one and try it out. read more

We were staying here at Northern Quest Casino, hungry and hungover and in search for breakfast food! Fat burger offered a breakfast menu. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. When they handed them to me they said I could have ordered them loaded with condiments? WTF why wouldn't you ask me when I ordered them not tell me as an afterthought? Also absolutely no sauce! "all food employees preparing, serving, or handling food or utensils shall wear hair restraints, such as hats, hair coverings, or nets" I have difficulty understanding how if such rule is followed, why I'm finding long dark hair sticking out.. We stopped in when it wasn't busy it was after lunch rush around 2pm and the guy who rang us up was so helpful since it was our first time. Wish I caught his name and the manager was also really kind. The burgers are better to me than five guys! I had the small burger which indeed Is very small! It's so cute and the perfect size for my small appetite. I had it with everything on it and it was so good! Cooked perfectly juicy. My kiddo got chili cheese fries and a chocolate shake, they were great! It does take a little longer than most places but they make everything fresh so it's worth the wait. This is a good spot to get a mountain of good food for not too much money (though it's not a budget burger). I appreciate the fact that they use fresh ground beef and that makes for a better product. We typically go to the outlet at Northern Quest casino but the 5 mile location is equally as good. Simple, straightforward food. Their house traditions, like the call and answer on orders is a bit silly but doesn't detract from the experience. One note about the Five Mile location is they they don't keep the dining their dining room as clean as the one at the casino. That's a big deal for me. read more

What a disgrace the management is at this location inside of Quest casino. I had a field trip with some seniors i take from a nursing home. We help them order their food and help feed some of them. About 15min into eating. Young punk Manager Tim comes and says that cashier didnt charge for some of the extras and if we can pay for it (cheese and bacon $2 and some change) but the senior is allergic to bacon? SO?... lucky they didnt get the bacon that they are trying to charge us. Told the kid Tim that gets an attitude and says "Well guess i will have to take it from the cashier then." Shaking his head. Hope Fat burger corporate reads this. Because you guys need to train Tim. Especially to work inside a casino where people are trying have a good time. I won't complain about the excessive price of the food or anything related. My ONLY complaint is that I've been coming here for years and REALLY! I've never seen a clean table or anyone cleaning a table. I once saw them refuse service to a lady for not having her mask covering her nose. Good food, and its made relatively timely. Poor customer service. I have been here way more then a handful of times and maybe only felt "5 star" customer service one of those times. Most of the time theres a cashier right in front of me for several minutes before even taking my order. I understand maybe they are completing a task or finishing the last transaction, but its not too hard to look up and smile and say I will be right with you, or something along those lines. So my girlfriend is vegan, but also allergic to dairy. We found a restaurant selling the Impossible burger, we ask them if their buns contain milk ingredients and none of the staff has any clue. I looked it up online, the buns are milk free. I let them know that in the future if customers have questions they can look up the allergy sheet online.
