Sandwiches are always made just right. Even with a line you're out of there in 5 minutes! Everything is simple, there's not a lot to "add-on" which makes the process painless and smooth. Staff is always pleasant and Super efficient! Parking can be a pain as it's a small strip mall with several entrances and exits and side lots and such. read more

Thought it was worth a follow up simply to say we have it delivered sometimes and other times we go in and grab it. It is always good and fast. We almost always get #9 spicy. But I will venture off and get tuna on occasion. They have a solid good tuna sandwich. I get it spicy too. I always get a pickle. This locations is Awesome the staff friendly on point and the service here really is FREAK FAST. I eat at the jimmy johns by my work and there OK fast these guys get you in and out with a great sandwich. I have eaten just about everything on the menu. I used to love this place, but it has gone down hill in the last year. Expect almost no sandwich filling and zero chance at wheat bread (unless you just want a regular sandwich). Delivery still fast, but certainly not a customer service-based restaurant. Watch for discrepancies in the website as well. Egotistical owner and manager!!!! Racially profiled an 11 year old kid and said he "stole" by getting a half cup of power aid when he had a water cup (after his family spent $25 on sandwiches) Literally grabbed the cup out of his hand and threw it in the trash! Never said a word to the parent, didn't give them a chance to pay for a drink. Just snatched it out of his hand and threw it away. Hello, I just called my local shop to order what I ALWAYS order for my twin girls, ham and cheese cut in half with lettuce and tomato on half. They refused to make it for me, citing a new company policy. I find this infuriating and the poorest customer service ever. They also don't offer a Childrens sandwich, so I guess parents in a hurry can't rely on jimmy johns any more! What a huge disappointment. I'll make sure all my friends that have young children know Jimmy johns doesn't cater to small children anymore. read more

Amazing food and service!! I have a severe tomato allergy and when I go there they always take special precautions to make sure that no tomatoes come anywhere near my food. Some other restaurants get upset when you tell them you have an allergy, not here. They were thoughtfully and caring. I recommend this location to all of my friends!! read more

Great food, great service but I will NEVER go here again. My usual order is not a standard item on the menu... so the very nice young man behind the counter turned to ask his boss a question about it. The manager berated him in front of his customers (without cause in my opinion), the poor kid was crushed. I will not support a business that believes its okay to talk down to their staff and yell at them, especially without taking them into the office. Came with my family of five and spent $45.00 on 5 sandwichs, 2 drinks and 3 chips. When my husband asked for water they refused to give him a cup and told him they had to buy a bottle of water. If I could rate this place negative stars, I would. I have been a loyal Jimmy Johns customer for years, but will never eat at this establishment again. During the ten minutes I was there, I saw (who I assume to be the owner) completely go off on multiple employees. The way that he was yelling at them, especially in front of a packed store, is so unprofessional. I could not believe my eyes. I'm sure these employees are getting paid minimum wage and seem to be berated for very simple mistakes. I absolutely refuse to support franchises that are owned by high strung assholes like this one. JImmy Johns. Home of the 'Freaky Fast' sub sandwich. This fast paced franchise is a very popular around lunchtime. Their experienced team is very capable of dishing out hundreds of sandwiches per hour. Their restaurant features funny signs such as "fresh bread..yesterday" and it is a friendly environment where families can sit down and enjoy a nice lunch. If you are looking for a quick lunch for a relatively cheap price, this is the place to go. There is plenty of variety from simple subs such as ham and cheese all the way up to the complex JJ's Gargantuan. However if you are looking for quality, I recommend you avoid this place. Being that the employees' are given only ten seconds to assemble your sandwich, all the ingredients are thrown together. Having eaten there several times there have been many instances where the protein wasn't spread evenly throughout the baguette and the vegetables were all to one side. Unless you manually repair your sandwich, you will have bites that consist of all vegetables or all protein. Although there is a wide variety of sandwiches there are little to no options; there is only one kind of cheese, there aren't any special sauces you can add to make your creation extra tasty, and there isn't an option to toast your sandwich. Maybe my problem is I came into Jimmy Johns expecting it to be a fast paced Subway. If you have the same mindset, this place ins't for you. This is usually my favorite place to order delivery. But let me tell you about today's order. I ordered my son a sandwich and wanted to add cucumbers to it. No big deal right!! Cucumbers are a free add on but no not today some stupid policy in why they couldn't put them on the side or on the sandwich. Oh but I can pretty much order it the way I wanted it for a dollar more.
