Today was the last day for a free breakfast sandwich. I placed my order during the window and waited in the drive through line 20 minutes. When I got to the speaker it was after breakfast ended and they told me they were out of breakfast. I explained I'd been in line for a while and expected them to honor the order or if they were out of breakfast they needed to make a substitution. Got to the window and they gave me what I ordered. If there is a cutoff for ordering breakfast then the app needs to stop accepting orders. Not my fault or theirs the line is so long, but they need to honor orders placed. read more

This Chick-fil-A was within walking distance from our hotel, which made it very convenient for our group. We came in with a party of 20, and they did an amazing job handling such a large order--everyone received their food, and everything tasted great. I stopped by Chick-fil-a for a quick bite. I did the drive thru and even though there was line since it was around lunch time it moved pretty quickly. I decided to try out their new Jalapeño Ranch Club Chicken Sandwich. Once I got home and was able to eat I didn't notice anything that made this sandwich different from any of their other club sandwiches, other than the fact that they give you a jalepeño ranch packet on the side. Which I at first thought that, that was what made the sandwich "different" from the others. I mean the jalapeño ranch sauce was good either way! But as soon as I kept eating away I noticed that there weren't any pickles in my sandwich. So i took the bottom bun off to inspect and what did I see instead of pickles? JALAPEÑOS! I stopped by with my Mother for breakfast. The place wasn't that busy but were a few people sitting down and ordering. The restaurant was clean and neat. Nothing sticky on the floors, tables or chairs. We arrived at about 10:30am and my mother ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. Then I proceeded to order the same thing but they were already out of breakfast items. The cashier went back and checked if they had any bacon or spicy chicken breakfast biscuits but she informed me that they had no more breakfast available besides a plain chicken biscuit. It wasn't until after this that I realized we arrived when their breakfast time had ended and I was probably confused because the breakfast menu was still up. I was impressed with how professional she was about it and proceeded to ask me if I was interested in lunch in which I did order. I went with the smokehouse barbecue spicy chicken sandwich, which is a limited time menu item and it did not disappoint. And had a good combination of smoky and sweet barbecue sauce, perfectly cooked bacon on top of the spicy chicken patty. As always, it was delicious and it was cooked fresh and served hot. Slow service. I literally walked inside because the drive thru was very long and not moving. When I entered there was only one customer ahead of me. He was already at the counter ordering. The cashier then signaled another worker over and he began to place his order. Causing a hold up in the line. Now there were about 4-5 people in line behind me. I over heard someone ask a staff member from the back to come run a register. They refused she said if you don't want to come up here please take over drive thru so someone else can do the front. Another young lady then opened a register and I over heard another manager say I can't wait all day on foo you all need to speed it up. I stopped by here around 1:25pm my son and his brother to meet up and get some lunch. The drive thru was pretty busy. I placed order around 1:32pm for dine in. I ordered via the app. I got my son a kids nuggets meal with fries and a lemonade. I got myself a 8 count nuggets and fries. The sanitization rating is 100%, which is pretty awesome. At 1:38pm, I got a notification that my food was ready. Less than a minute later, my food was brought to the table. My food was hot, fresh, and delicious! The only thing I didn't like was that people who placed their orders after me were getting their food first. However, since my food was fresh, no major complaints. The kids toy was talking cards, which really isn't a toy at all, lol. This could've been better. The staff was friendly. The play area was closed and won't open up until April. THIS CAULIFLOWER SANDWICH!!!! Ahhh! I have been faithfully ordering this meal since the moment I tried it. First and foremost, I was really excited when they put this option on the menu because when I go to Chick-fil-A I get meals without the chicken. (I knooow, I know, what's the point right? Lol.) I go because I am obsessed with their waffle fries with the Polynesian sauce, and I do love their market base salad. But since I don't eat meat, that's how I usually order when I go to Chick-fil-A. I saw someone review the sandwich with the Chick-fil-A sauce and decided to give it a try, and I highly recommend! I really hope they keep this on the menu for the vegetarians. It does not taste like chicken for the non-veggies out there wondering. It definitely taste like fried cauliflower but...they use the same seasoning and batter that they put on the chicken so it gives it a similar taste. It is crunchy, especially if you eat it as soon as you get it. Dip it in the Chick-fil-A sauce and it is divine. It's best to get the deluxe option, which adds cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes because it really brings the sandwich to life. Add a sunjoy with light ice and you're good to go. I noticed that they said it is not vegan, but if you consider yourself vegetarian, this is a great meatless option to try. Hopefully they bring the price down, I would think that cauliflower is way cheaper than chicken but that's just me. A full meal is around $12. If you are ordering from the app, the sandwich only comes with pickles and there is an additional charge per item you add to make it deluxe ($0.30 for the cheese, $0.20 each for the tomatoes and lettuce ). Every time you pull into this business, there 122 cars in the drive-thru and every time you only have to wait 10 mins or less. The line was wrapped around twice and out into the street when I pulled up. I don't know how they work this magic, but if I saw this line at any other business, I would drive off. Not only do they usher you through quickly, but your order is going to be 101% accurate. Two cars in front of me ordered the entire menu (I think) and they were in and out. It's truly amazing. Best Chick-fil-A in Greensboro! This location is tucked away near all the hotels in Landmark Station off Wendover Ave. During this pandemic period, the drive thru line is usually wrapped around the building (twice) however, the line moves pretty quickly and it's very organized. You can also place your order online and park for curbside pickup so that's another option. My kids favorites are the kids meals with chicken nuggets, waffle fries and shakes. Never any complaints and the portion sizes are perfect. I absolutely love the spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries (with Polynesian sauce) and a side salad with ranch dressing; yes it's a pretty big meal but I can smash it all if I'm hungry enough! Staff is always friendly, polite and accommodating; ordering at the drive thru is always a breeze and thankfully we've never had a problem with missing/wrong items within our order. This CFA has yet to migrate to dual lanes and implement staff taking orders in the line; they still use the traditional two-window service method. We ordered 2 Spicy Chicken Sandwiches: A boneless breast of chicken seasoned with a spicy blend of peppers, hand-breaded, pressure cooked in 100% refined peanut oil and served on a toasted, buttered bun with dill pickle chips, Green Leaf lettuce, tomato and Pepper Jack Cheese. Gluten-free bun Chick-fil-A Nuggets: Bite-sized pieces of tender all breast meat chicken. And 7 difficult sauces are very good! You have to have them. And Good to drink Lemonade! This was my first visit at this location for my Fattify Cheat Day LOL I used their app and although they left out the Polynesian sauce for the chicken nuggets that I ordered I am still very pleased. The wait was approximately five minutes from the time I entered my order with the app to the time they called my name. Friday morning at Chick-fil-A was pretty busy. I ordered a breakfast platter and breakfast burrito. The order was ready in minutes. I picked up Mayo and ketchup too. The platter had a fresh prepared scrambled egg, chicken breast and butter milk biscuits and pepper gravy with sausage. Every item on the plate was delicious. The burrito contained eggs and chicken and was accompanied by spicy jalapeño salsa. The burrito was pretty good too. The restaurant was very busy with a stream of customers walking in, and the orders being delivered never slowed down one bit. Plus, there were more people going through the drive thru. I didn't see any 30 second time slot when cars weren't rolling in. Everything and everyone worked seamlessly. Good job guys! read more

The food is great and everyone there is great but just don't go there and be in a hurry. It's always packed and for good reason but there in no hurry to get you out of there in a timely manor. I went there today after a long wait in the Social Security Office. To my pleasant surprise the food was delicious,hot and fresh. But most importantly the young lady running the drive thru window was very nice and she went above and beyond to make sure that my order was correct. This might not be a big deal to anyone else but it really left a lasting impression on me. I have 10 grandkids and I deal with tons of young kids/adults ages 4-17yrs old. A great Chick-Fil-A location with polite, efficient workers that go the extra mile. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and they let me get 2 sauces! Standard (bomb af) food, though the service is what really shines here. It was hella busy, but my order came out in less than 5 minutes. They announce your name with the order. It had lettuce as well as strawberries, blueberries and apple slices which made it a harmonious balance between sweet and salty. My son had the chicken sandwich which he liked as well.
