I've had non-fresh bread that was crumbling, they never let you use your rewards or offers on the app. This jimmys John's isn't it.

Ordered a # 2 no mayo no cheese. I use my own horseradish at home. Opened my sandwich to dress it . It had cheese and to my dismay 2 slices of roast beef . I had to weigh it 2 ounces . Popped in for a quick bite because it was fast and located close to the hospital. Almost walking distance. Freaky Fast, as is usual. My "Unwich" with roast beef, minus mayo, add dijon and add cucumbers. Ready in a jiffy. The restaurant is clean and while the music was a little loud, I was the only person in here so there wasn't a concern about needing to hold a conversation with anyone. This one star is specific to this location. I order the same thing every time I go to JJs (where I live) and am always happy with the product. This sub was a huge letdown. The amount of meat on the sandwich was about a third of what is usually on there, including the addition of extra meat. The sub is not listed as having tomatoes, but there they were, soggy gross and tainting the bread. They forgot to put on the cheese. It's like they can't do anything right at this location. I'm a fan of jimmy johns, but this specific one on delprado needs some sort of Reevaluation. The employees need to all be trained and is in desperate need of hearing aids. I waited in line for over 20 min for 2 sandwiches. I asked for a meal and they somehow forgot that it was a meal never put it on the computer and when I asked they were confused, not! The first time here. They also forgot my child's bacon, not the first time here. If employees don't want to work nor do their jobs? Don't go to work! Find another job. This was a meal too. The cookie that was handed to my daughter was so hard you could drive over it and it will still be together. We asked for a new one and one person put another on top of the heating cabinet to "soften" it up, ok sure why not. Nope that didn't work. Anyway, we requested that sandwich to be cut in thirds and of course it did not so I cut it. No biggie. Then when I bit into it there was NO TURKEY. Why am I not able to give this place 0 stars? I ordered delivery from this place to have it delivered. The driver arrived while my wife greeted him at the door, he says hello and then proceeds to put our food on the floor next to 2 chairs and a table. Yes, you read correctly, he put the food on the floor in front of my wife instead of handing it to her. I couldn't believe my eyes when reviewing the footage from my security camera. The convenience of drive thru minus greasy fried food is what brought me to Jimmy John's for lunch today. I'm disappointed to report that the quality of Jimmy John's has certainly declined over the years. I am already picky with meat quality so opt for the veggie club sandwich on wheat bread when visiting Jimmy John's. The bread was charred on the edges and the tomatoes weren't quite ripe. My experience today was disappointing to say the least. I can't imagine that I'll be back. read more

Well this place has been open for less then 60 days. I went here at 1230 pm on a Wednesday. So I know there would be growing pain. ....Drive thru busy, inside busy & delivery seemed busy. I ordered the Italian sub, (see pic) it was about 8 inches long width about 2.5 or so.. I ask for and had to pay extra 25 cents for hot peppers. NONE given..... :-(. The sandwich was $5.49. It is a step above Subway The menu board is wayyyy tooo busy.. Sandwich was ok. but if you want more for your money, you need to drive maybe 3 minutes away and go to Englund II Deli. A local place. They have big subs.. Jimmys has a sub that called a Gargantua not sure of its size but it is $7.49 plus extras. (Englund II has a sub that's 18 inches with the works. $10.49 enough for 4 people or one person to eat over 3 days. I know.) Just so you know I have no association with Englund Deli. I do love some jimmy John's but this is the one and only time I well visit this store! First of I walked in and most everyone was sitting at a table eating which wasn't a big deal until the looks I got for interrupting their gathering. When Tommy was finally able to get his mask on to take my order he was more than unpleasant, I tried to lighten the mood by making small talk but was given a massive attitude... and was all down hill from there. The cherry on top of my already day from hell! They have "freaky fast" deliver so I thought it would make it to me in time before my ride showed up. 40 minutes later they still did not deliver (keep in mind jimmy Johns was only 0.9 miles away). Having moved here from the suburbs of St. Louis, I was delighted to see that we had a JJ's coming to the Cape as I have been forced to travel to Ft. Myers for my fix until now... The Vito is epic, The Turkey Tom is great, and you really, really can't go wrong with any of the other sandwiches either! This is by far and away the best chain sandwich shop in the U.S. --- Subway? Went through the drive thru, when I got home to eat my sandwich, they gave me the complete wrong sandwich. Called to see what they could do about it, as I paid $13 for my #5 meal. The receipt in the bag was for a $6 veggie sub. I still got my chips and drink, where as this receipt was just the sandwich, not sure how you mess that up. The girl on the phone asked me if I can come back. Um, no, you made the mistake, not me. I'm already home, I live way up in NW cape and am not wasting my gas and time to drive all the way back. Since they deliver asked if someone could bring me the correct sandwich, they were unable to do that as I live out of the delivery zone. So she took my name and number, and said well the next time you come in you can get a free sandwich, I'll add you to the book. I guess this happens a lot that they have to have a "book" to add people for wrong orders l. I don't want a free sandwich, I want what I paid for, or my money back. That wasn't an option either. After seeing/hearing catchy commercials, then seeing a nice looking building with funny advertising "free smells", I then decided to eat Jimmy John's. I expected a really good experience because I thought they were very witty and with a modern look the food had to be good. (I thought) Well after eating at this place, I was 100% disappointed and never went back. My expectations were not high, but all I got was a plain sandwich and much plainer than anything I ever got at Subway. I don't like Subway so much, but this place makes Subway look like 5 starts. I discovered JJs by crazy random happenstance. I loved their subs and got hooked. And then I discovered that they actually delivered which made me more intrigued. Nfortunately did not deliver to my apartment so I had to walk 5 minutes away to coralwood Mall to get deliveries. It's so totally worth it. I really like the subs. They make them super quick, even in the drive thru. The only complaint I have is that they don't deliver to my house which is less than 2 miles away. I was so excited when they opened because we are huge sub eaters in our family. Since they don't deliver and we don't go that way too often we usually just go with subway or publix subs. Last time I went there was almost no meat on the bread, it was REALLY salty roast beef, and the bread didn't taste like anything. I looked at the random signs on the wall all over the restaurant and apparently you can get your sandwich with multigrain bread or as a lettuce wrap. Alas, there wasn't a zero star category--that's what I would give Jimmy John's--a vast disappointment. Swung by on a week night with a friend around 7 pm, and, as expected, the place was deserted. No problem. The girl at the window was gracious in giving us all the time we needed to peruse the menu. (There was no one behind us.) We ordered BLT's, asked about different bread options and were told their sandwiches only came on a white roll. And no, they couldn't toast the roll. No problem--this is a 'splurge' for me (bacon!), but a BLT to me is served toasted. Got back to my friend's home, and unwrapped our sandwiches, only to find that 1: they were straight out of the refrigerator, (stone cold), 2: the bacon didn't even look cooked (pale, no carmelization, and downright LIMP), and 3: two small, transparent tomato slices barely made an appearance! In other words, A COMPLETE DISASTER! NEVER would I go back! SUBWAY, here I come! As this is a 'neighborhood' restaurant for me, I pass by several times a week, and have seen a marked 'drop off' in their activity from their opening weeks. Not only is the take out window awkward (3 cars in line block not only the street access, but also the cars exiting!) So I ordered my sub through the drive through. I stated I wanted JUST ham turkey and cheese on my sub. I get home and the thing has more mayo on it than porn shoot. No biggie It happens right? I call them up spoke to a young man told him the problem and this is when I ask myself why did I ever go back to this place? He tells me he won't deliver me a new sub because they have a small delivery area. He stated they won't deliver past mid point MY HOUSE LOOKS AT MIDPOINT LITERALLY! Im 2.3 miles away WTF? Then the guy tells me and I quote "next time tell us you want it plain!" WOW the arrogance and ignorance of these people. I remind him I DID order it plain and he says I can come pick up a new sub anytime. So here I go back to JJ and heres the kick in the nuts. I get to the window and the young woman I saw earlier who took my order proceeds to tell me and again I quote, "Next time just tell me no veggies and no mayo"! Tried the Del Prado Jimmy John's, after having a Jimmy John's from Fort Myers last week, and not quite as good a sandwich. Filling was good, but bread was tasteless and stale. Disappointing after having such a good sandwich at another Jimmy John's. Not sure we want to try this one again unless we check it before leaving restuarant to make sure it is fresh. read more

I don't recommend Jimmy John's to anyone. We ordered there a few days ago for the first and last time. Almost $24 for three subs plus I gave the driver a $3 tip. Hardly any meat for the price, typical pasty white bread that felt a day or two old, the meat tasted generic, and they charged like a 10% delivery fee for my order. Not to mention there were no garnishes at all on the subs and they didn't even ask if we wanted any. My son, who is a huge foodie, threw his sub in the trash after 3 bites and said that it tasted like it was sitting in a gas station deli cooler for a week. I agree with him 100% read more
