I went in to use the bathroom and the guy at the front counter has to give me a dip shit face when I politely asked whether I can use the bathroom. It is a federal law that all public place cannot refuse people for using their bathroom if they provide services to the public. I could just not ask you and go in and used it. I was visiting my son in Colorado for the month of August. I placed a lunch delivery from the Wilcox St. location in Castle Rock consisting of 2 sandwiches, 1 chip, 2 drinks for myself and my daughter-in-law. When checking the order we found my sandwich was cheese only, 2 drinks wrong and chips missing. I called and spoke with the Manager who stated I apparently made a mistake when ordering my sandwich and only asked for cheese. He stated they have had stranger request. I explained that 2 of the 3 drinks were also wrong and chips were missing. He only stated that he would credit me $5.00. Regardless of "stranger request" best customer service option would be to make the 3min. phone call to confirm if the sandwich was correct. My daughter-in-law called back and spoke to him again and explained I had never order from them on line and would they please deliver my correct sandwich and drink and the chips that were missing. He said the driver would be back in 30mins and he would send him out with it. He also asked if he could keep the $5.00 credit, she said no! Corrected order was delivered over an hour later although they are located only 1 mile away, and the chips that were ordered were still wrong. And I never received my $5.00 credit. Next time we ordered from Jersey Mike's they were quick and the order was perfect. Will not take a chance with Jimmy John's even though I am back home. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! They were actually staffed today and it was still a disaster! I used to order online but my food was never ready anyway so I went in today. Spent my entire lunch break plus a little extra waiting on a sandwich...the line was long the idiot running the register decided to help on production....REALLY BAD IDEA!! I had my wife sitting in the parking lot waiting for the sandwich when I got a call from the store informing me the bread was just coming out of the oven and it would be 20 minutes til my sandwich was ready. The girl offered to cancel my order if my wife didn't want to wait. I told her if they won't deliver it for free because they didn't have bread available AT DINNER TIME, then cancel the order. She apologized and hung up. This is not my first problem with this store. I have had sandwiches delivered to my office missing items that I had ordered, as well as a time during this past summer where I went to the store mid afternoon to order sandwiches for a party and the store did not have bread that time either. Recently, I called the store to order 6 sandwiches for a family party to be delivered to my home address (3.34 miles from the store) and was told this store does not deliver to my address, stating their maximum range is 5 miles. I told the girl that my house is less than 3 1/2 miles from the store and she told me according to "her map" my house was over 5 miles and they cannot deliver to my house. My address is listed below. Plug it in to google maps - 3.4 miles, NOT more than 5 miles. What is wrong with the operation of this store??? I do understand everyone else's complaints about service. The three young men in the shop when we arrived spent more time on their phones and talking between themselves than actually working. Don't get me wrong, our sandwiches were made quickly and tasted fine. But when there are dirty tables and bathrooms that need attention those should be your priority when you are on the clock. A woman came in and her greeting amounted to, "what do you want?" The young man taking orders and running the register seemed like he was ill. Coughing deeply and probably shouldn't have been near anyone's food. Thankfully he didn't touch any that I saw, but even so... luckily we didn't get sick after our visit. read more

This is the worst Jimmy John's ever. Do not waste your time going to this location. Drive a couple extra miles and go to the one off of founders Parkway. Upon placing my order online, and waiting inside the store for over five minutes before somebody to ask me why was there (Obviously, I'm there to pick up a sandwich not do arts and crafts), I was told that they have no bread. I was asked if I would like my sandwich wrapped in lettuce, but because this is for my child, she will not eat a sandwich wrapped in lettuce. I find it very hard to believe that a business who only sells sandwiches, and makes their own bread furthermore, can be out of bread. When I asked for a refund, it seemed like it was a giant hassle, and asking for a voided receipt resulted in an eye roll from the employee/manager.This is not the first time dealing with this location. Not only is that business the only location in that strip mall that does not deliver to my house, now they don't even have bread when you go in for a sandwich, or the common courtesy to call you after you place an order to let you know not to drive down there. read more

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. This Jimmy John's location just opened and has already established itself as a terrible quick serve restaurant. My husband got a couple sandwiches for takeout when they first opened, and they made mistakes on both our sandwiches. They were sloppily made, the bread didn't taste very fresh, and we were missing ingredients we had requested. We didn't call to complain; we gave them the benefit of the doubt of opening jitters, but I recently called for delivery, and the extremely rude employee said they did not deliver to my house and that they only deliver within two miles of their location. My house is exactly 1.7 miles from the store. I then called corporate to ask why they did not deliver to our house when we're indeed within the two mile radius, and some uneducated girl who had no idea and/or training how on to field customer calls told me a team from corporate goes out to drive routes 3-5 minutes away from the store to establish a radius prior to the store opening. She said they make routes several times a day, and any location within 3-5 minutes from the store is included in the store's delivery radius. My house is 4 minutes away from the store without traffic, 5 minutes away with traffic. This girl had no training on how to answer customer service calls, which I understand is not this specific location's fault but rather a corporate issue, and she had nothing to tell me. As you can imagine, I am extremely frustrated by the disrespect and lack of knowledge from these employees. I've never been a huge Jimmy John's fan and rather have only eaten their sandwiches out of convenience, but I am now completely and totally turned off by such an unorganized, unprofessional and unaccommodating company. Our house falls within two miles and within 3-5 minutes of drive time from their store yet they refuse to deliver to us, which is not only confusing but also extremely inconvenient. (And the only reason I was trying to order for delivery is because I had a baby napping -- otherwise I would have been more than glad to have made the 4 minute drive.) If you are looking to get a good deli sandwich in Castle Rock, you are much better off going to Blimpie's Subs (located in the strip mall of Safeway) or Quiznos (located in the gas station across the street). There is also a Subway around the corner of Jimmy John's, which has incredible service. Or since you're already driving, you might as well go to the Meadows of Castle Rock and get a sub from Firehouse Subs -- best subs from a quick serve restaurant in town, hands-down. read more

I just experienced the WORST service ever. What sucks is I too am a small business owner and I feel for the owner/owners of this establishment. The kids behind the counter never once smiled, I was greeted with a hello and a frown at the same time!!!! The kid at the register made me feel as if I was interrupting his phone time, never smiled and was almost confrontational, all this for $13.00 of my hard earned cash. The irony is my sandwich was great, however, instead of enjoying it, I spent the whole time eating and thinking about how hard it is to find good help. I live up the street and have ordered from here before and I am the easiest guy to please and I'm an excellent tipper, but I will never be back because it isn't all about the meal, it's principal and each time I've been here, No One Ever smiles or even pretends to care. I agree completely with Sarah A. We figured that because they were opening a new Jimmy John's on my side of town, they would be able to deliver to us. Instead we are told that they do not deliver to my home which is 1.6 miles away. Apparently exactly 5 minutes from the store is just too long for the employees to drive. I enjoy Jimmy John's. However with a six month old daughter can't always go pick it up. If rather not have "freaky fast" delivery, if it meant waiting 6 minutes tops for my sandwich. I feel like Jimmy John's is cheap, and doesn't pay their employees accordingly when it comes to delivery, and that's why they only drive out 3-5 minutes. I don't understand the negative reviews, as the sandwiches and service are great here. However, they added in 2017 a new $3.00 delivery charge (even for one block from the shop), which effectively doubles the price of your sandwich. I have ordered from here 1-2 times a week for the last year or more, all without issue. The times I have ordered in the store, it was clean and the kids are friendly and fast. The delivery is freaky fast. The sandwiches are fresh, ingredients are good, and the delivery time averages about 5 minutes from the time of my order. What else can you expect for under $10? Free delivery again would be nice, or at least not a fee which doubles the sandwich costs, as I already tip the driver well. If they discontinued the new delivery charge, I would put them back at 5 stars. read more

Delivery took over 15 minutes even though they're less than a mile from my house. The drink was completely watered down and they didn't include the extras I ordered and paid for. When I called to tell them how they screwed up, it took another 15 minutes to deliver again. I will never order from them again. read more

But seriously, when I want a sub for lunch, even though to be honest Jimmy Johns is not my favorite, I'll stop by this location because I know I'll be in and out faster than you can go thru the drive thru at other fast food places.
