I had to go inside to eat here. It's been over five years since I've been here. I went to college where the second Jimmy John's in Carbondale Illinois is located so I feel like I have an idea of what Jimmy John's is suppose to be. This place does a pretty good job of making that happen. I eat the gargantuan with lite lettuce extra tomato and mayo with a lot of peppers. I get chips and a soda with it. I've been eating this at Jimmy John's since 2000. This one is good and the service is better than the other one in Cheyenne. read more

I had the worst experience ever!! It's my first time in JJ and I order a BLT. I go back to my table to realize that the bacon is cold, I prefer mine hot and crispy. I took it back to the counter where I was greeted with the manager who had a terrible attitude about the whole situation. She then proceeded to tell me all the sandwiches are "cold" with a smart tone. I proceed to ask for a different sandwich and then she wanted to charge me. Finally after going back and forth with attitude she asks me to throw away the original sandwich so she could make another. I guess I wasn't moving fast enough and she snatched the BLT sandwich off the counter and throws it away and storms off like a child. I won't ever be going back to this spot. read more

Literally a two hour wait for delivery and still haven't gotten my order. "Freaky fast" yeah, whatever. I called and they gave me the short staffed story, regardless of being short staffed there not a single reason for over two hours at a sandwich shop. Chain sandwich store. They advertise really fast preparation and they're true to their word. I would recommend Jimmy John's to anyone working downtown who's on the clock. Their food isn't so great I'd make a special trip or so bad that I'd avoid the place. read more

After a less-than-pleasant visit at a different sub sandwich store just a few minutes prior (review also posted), we decided to take our business to a chain with which we were already familiar. I am currently unable to consume dairy, so I inquired upon entering the store whether their bread contains dairy. He didn't know, so I asked for an allergen chart. He said he had a nutrition chart, and could let me check that. I looked, and was disappointed to see it didn't list any allergens. I'd already looked online & hadn't found the info I thought I had seen previously - perhaps I need to look on the full site rather than the mobile version. In any case, this was my only complaint - that the allergen information is not readily available. Other than that, the service was kind & quick, and the food was very tasty. JJ FTW! ;) read more

Disappoint This is the first jimmy johns where you can order your food, pay, and go to the restroom and still wait for your sandwich to be made The staff appeared to all be new as they stumbled over each other to prepared three subs for me The subs were delicious as always but the service was not freaky fast The dinning room tables were all dirty and I had to clean of the table and bench before we ate. It's not a bad place to eat, and the food comes out pretty quickly. The location is alright as well. Also they have free smells.

These guys helped me feed a bunch of colleagues on Thursday - large group worked out great to get their box of 1/2 sandwiches. A good selection of meat/bread and all marked well with what they were. Well received. Really appreciated the manager helping me with how to open-present the sandwiches in the box and gather a good selection of chips too! This Jimmy Johns location is 4 minutes from our hotel, yet we waited 45 minutes for them to just bring half our order. (Simple order: 2 sandwiches and 1 drink). The driver's car was full of cigarette butts and old McDonalds wrappers...with our food sitting atop. Not only is that filthy and unappetizing, but during a pandemic this is not safe to eat and makes me question the cleanliness and management of this location. This is disgusting on every level and I would avoid supporting this establishment! read more

I ordered a sandwich, it arrived wrong in ten minutes. (the price of this sandwich was $2 more than the last time I ordered it) I called the store back and spoke with the manager, who happily replaced my sandwich. Over 30 minutes later it arrived wrong again. This store obviously does not care about customer service or making sure orders are correct. I dont care for Jimmy John's to begin with and only ordered from them out of convenience today. I will not be ordering anything from them ever again no matter how hungry I may be. read more

This Jimmy Johns has unsweetened fresh brewed tea but no sugar. The manager has stated he never intends to any more sugar. Don't expect to be told this until after you have bought and filled your tea. Otherwise this JJ's is just like all the others. read more

Great!!! every sandwich I have tried has been very good. The #10 Hunter's Club, #12 Beach Club, #14 Bootlegger Club, and last but not least The J.J. Garantuan are smack yo lips mama! Don;t forget the large Kosher pickles and the chiles. The one sandwich that is good but Subway Sandwich has beat is the J.J.B.L.T and that only because Subway toasts the sandwich so it is a hot BLT. I always order online for pickup on my way home from work. What gives JJ an edge over Subway is JJ slices the meats right there in the restaurant, At Subway it comes pre-packaged. Personally I can make a better such sandwich but not for the price JJ charges. read more

I want to start this review by saying I LOVE Jimmy Johns. The food is great. But the customer service at the store on Lincolnway in awkward enough to make me not want to eat there anymore. First of all, there's the delivery driver that calls me "hun" and actually asked me if I was home alone once when he brought me my sandwich. Then there is the in-store employee that calls everyone "madame" and "muh-lady" over and over again. Every time I go there it feels like they are actually trying to make their customers uncomfortable. The food is good, but I would be thrilled if they would tone it down and just stick to a simple "miss" or "ma'am" and NOT ask me if I'm all alone in my home. (And to be fair, I didn't get a serial killer vibe from the delivery driver, just that he was awkwardly trying to make conversation) read more

I have been picking up a sandwich every other week at JJs as I head to my hotel room for the last year or so. Last week I asked them to put some of their sandwich dressing (oil/vinegar) on the side. I usually eat half when I get to the room and the balance a few hours later. I was tired of the second half getting soggy. I was told that it was against policy to provide dressing on the side. It is not against the policy of the 5 other JJ's that I frequent in WY and CO. When I pressed the order guy to just put a squirt in a drink cup he got very antimated. A couple of days later I stopped at the SW around the corner. They had no problem giving me dressing on the side. You have lost a customer. read more

They wont deliver on base because it is too far? Are you kidding me? It takes 10 minutes tops to get here and when I call and have almost ten people wanting to make an order they tell me it is outside the delivery zone. To me, that is lazy!!!
