    Burned Papa John's Pizza

    We ordered PapaJohns twice in one month. The first time it was great. The second time they delivered a half burned pizza. I was so excited to about my order & I was very disappointed when I opened the box to find a pizza that was so burned it was charred black. I followed their process for reporting the issue. After an initial email urging me to contact them & indicating that quality is of the utmost importance, I never heard from them again despite multiple contact attempts on my part. If you are going to spend over $20 on a single pizza, spend it elsewhere. The quality control is as nonexistent as customer service.

    XL works with green peppers on half!

    So Papa Johns on Del Range... This is the 3 maybe 4th time that we have ordered the XL Works with green peppers on half. Every time there are peppers on the whole thing. I am done! This time it looks like you doubled the peppers and forgot half the cheese. P.S. I am also sending this message to the main headquarters.

    5 star ALL THE WAY---- what excellent pizza. Sooooo cheesy and lots of toppings!! The crust was perfect. From taking the order on the phone to delivery. Perfect!!

    I've always had great pizza from this Papa John's. The main reason we started getting pizza from here is because their open late. Even at 11:30 or midnight, the pizza is of great quality, hot wings and cheese bread are amazing as well. You only have a 15 minute wait for pickup, and their delivery isn't too far behind that. Their prices are average for a chain pizza place, and the service is good.

    The pizza here is trash. I dont even know why I let my family try this place again. Any other pizza in cheyenne is better than this.

And, oh the food was soooooo good! The staff greets you and helps get you focused on the order. You order and pay and they bring the food to your table. We recommend the "surf and turf" combo we pulled together: - California burger, with avocado and more on top - Tuna burger, atop lettuce and tomatoes with special aioli sauce - and a strawberry shake with whipped cream and real berries Wow what a dinner! Regardless of how I feel about the company, I have always received great hospitality from the employees, and that's something I still respect. I came in around 11 a.m., before the lunch rush, with just a small family and one person ahead of me. Even so, it took almost 10 minutes for anyone to take our orders, which felt unusually slow for a place known for its efficiency. The main reason this is a 3-star review (and honestly should've been lower if it wasn't for other positive factors) is how the manager, Wyatt, handled a valid concern from the cashier about the lemonade, specifically which one was diet. She was clearly trying to prevent a mix-up, but instead of taking her seriously, he brushed it off by saying he had "tasted it" and would deal with it later. That kind of response is a red flag, especially considering how dangerous a mistake like that could be for diabetic customers. To make matters worse, he corrected her loudly in front of everyone, which came off as dismissive and unprofessional. I don't want anyone losing their job, but this situation really does need to be addressed, not just for food safety reasons, but to ensure professionalism is upheld, no matter how stressful things get. That said, not all the service was negative. One standout moment was a staff member walking the dining room, checking in with guests, and even bringing a refill directly to a customer so they didn't have to get up. That level of attentiveness is something I haven't seen at other Chick-fil-A locations and absolutely deserves recognition. My order was brought out to me and it was hot and fresh. The dining room was spotless and welcoming, which makes it easier to find a comfortable place to dine in at. There are clear signs of the strong hospitality the brand is known for, but leadership at this location needs to step up to match that standard by prioritizing food safety, respecting their team, and taking accountability for how concerns are handled.
