As Papa John's locations go, this one on the edge of downtown Cheyenne is pretty good. The place is clean and the staff is courteous and efficient. Ordering through the app is the way to go as our orders have always been ready on time for pickup. My only knock is that our home is outside their delivery area, so we have to drive there for takeout. But, good pizza is worth the extra effort! read more

I try to reserve 1 star reviews for truly horrible experiences so I was teetering on 1 or 2 stars but I feel like 1 star is a true reflection of my experience. When calling to order pizza, you are transferred to an Indian call center which I found odd. Not a big deal but strange. I ordered meat lovers, pepperoni, and sausage pizzas for pick up. After reading a bunch of reviews mentioning that they never make the pizza on time, I arrived nearly 20 minutes after the time I was given and still waited another 20 minutes at the store. After checking the pizzas because I also read that they mess up orders, I saw that I only received pepperoni and sausage pizzas. The meat lovers pizzas are much more expensive so I was going to say something but I was going to be late for a meeting so decided to not bring it up. When I was paying and the tip selection screen came up, 2 employees came up and just stared at me and the computer. Awkward. I decided to not tip due to the things I mentioned above. When I selected 0%, one of the employees muttered something under her breath which I couldn't hear. I probably don't want to know. I also found that the pizzas weren't even fully cut. Although it isn't a fault of the store's, the garlic dipping sauce had little flavor and was very watery. It used to be much thicker and flavorful. Edit: Just when I thought it couldn't get worse, I woke up with the worst stomach pain I've had in years and this pizza was the only thing I ate for dinner. read more

We have had a long day of travel and generally enjoy Papa Johns. It's usually par most places. More than par here! We ordered from our hotel, 2 pizzas, and a cheesy bread. It was fast, delicious, and the driver brought plates. He probably assumed we wouldn't have any, since we ordered for delivery at our hotel. We ordered PapaJohns twice in one month. The first time it was great. The second time they delivered a half burned pizza. I was so excited to about my order & I was very disappointed when I opened the box to find a pizza that was so burned it was charred black. I followed their process for reporting the issue. After an initial email urging me to contact them & indicating that quality is of the utmost importance, I never heard from them again despite multiple contact attempts on my part. If you are going to spend over $20 on a single pizza, spend it elsewhere. The quality control is as nonexistent as customer service. read more

I am so excited to share a 5 star rating! Not only was the pizza AMAZING, but the staff was incredible too! I am traveling, so I wanted to have something NOT GREASY and familiar. After "dragging the gut" to look for restaurants, I pulled over, used the app and ordered Papa John's! I did carry out so I was able to go in to the store and meet the pizza geniuses! They were so friendly, helpful, and I truly felt like I was back home in Kansas City. They invited me to try their new sauce... it's a sauce that is used on their thick pan pizza. I ordered breadsticks, so I was totally game for that! Yes, it is very good, and I can't wait to see the thick crust pan pizza available in my market. They were a test store for it! :) The store was CLEAN! ORGANIZED! and there was a crew leader who was ON TOP of deliveries and pizzas coming out of the oven. You can truly tell these people enjoy working with one another! The food was so fresh, excellent quality, they did not skimp on toppings, and even gave me plates, napkins and cheese for the road. I've always had great pizza from this Papa John's. The main reason we started getting pizza from here is because their open late. Even at 11:30 or midnight, the pizza is of great quality, hot wings and cheese bread are amazing as well. You only have a 15 minute wait for pickup, and their delivery isn't too far behind that. When you call in to talk to him about it he doesn't offer anything other then "call customer service". He completely FAILS in adequate customer service let alone good service. My husband ordered a pizza. After waiting an hour for it to be delivered he called. Our pizza was sitting waiting for us to come pick it up. The clerk attempted to tack on a delivery charge and my husband had to ask for that to be waived. The least they could have done was make a new pizza for us. never had a pizza made correctly, they always forget toppings and when I call to complain it gets thrown in my face that I already got a discount on the pizza(using one of thier specials or coupons). Besides, you only get 2 or 3 toppings worth on your pizza, if you want more than that, they reduce the volume of toppings. read more
