Pizza is pizza. Some have a crust like the cardboard box it comes in. Others may have a yummy crust but ain't putting on the toppings. I'd say blackjack pizza is a better product than that. I am not saying it's the best, and no matter who you call it'll take forever in a Friday night. But what you pay is what you get. A good pizza that can bring you back to when all pizza was such. With today's pizza having this special cust seasoning or that fancy topping that doesn't make sense, spinach really, spinach on pizza, you can't see it but I'm shaking my head. This local pizza place was ok. They were fairly tardy with the delivery (about 30 min). But, it was a nasty snowy night. The main reason for the three star rating is the food was just ok. The boneless barbecue wings were good. The ranch dipping sauce was excellent. The square pizza is much better than the round pizza. We had a round cheese pizza. It was not very good. The cheesy bread was fair. (More garlic flavor would have been better.) Good point is we fed 5 people with plenty left over for under $60. read more

My review is not of the pizza... which is phenomenal. It's the inability to utilize a code online. Each time we want to order online and attempt to use a code from the flyer that isn't even close to expired, we receive an error code that says "oops this coupon code does not exist". When we called to place the order over the phone, mentioned our difficulties, and asked if they honored the coupon, we were told they don't use coupon codes. Highly sus! I've placed an order over the phone at this location before and the girl on the other end of the phone asked me if I was looking at the flyer and mentioned the exact code for the meal we planned to order. So, if Black Jack does not use coupon codes, then how did she know and the guy I talked to today did not??? So, my suggestion to the franchise owner is to make it feasible for coupon codes from the flier to be used if a patron is experiencing difficulty online. We like your pizza much better than any other chain and will continue to order from you ---this experience was just a little disappointing. read more

For another recommendation and Blackjack Pizza came up. Looked at the online menu and ordered online. 15 minutes later I had my pie in hand and was in my way home. When I got home I opened the box and everything was exactly how I wanted it so I dug in. Let me tell you for a hole in the wall place the food was really really good! For vegetarians this is one of the better options for delivered pizzas. I like getting a two topping large and salad special. Usually I'll get jalapeño and pineapple. If your wanting a heavier crust the pan pizza satisfies and works well with this combination. Other times I'll order a large veggie combo which I like either on a "hand tossed" or sometimes a "cracker" crust. The pizzas here are good, not great, but are among the top of my second tier choices and much better than the other big name chains which also deliver. Tip when ordering let them know if you want plates, napkins, plasticware, pepper packs or parmesian. They tend not to bring it of you don't request it. Please remember to tip the driver generously. The "delivery fee" does not go to the drivers. This is true of all delivery services. read more

Visiting from out of town and decided to try one of the deep dish square pizzas. We tried one with Chicken, Green Pepper and Mozzarella Cheese. It was wonderful. The crust was golden brown, light and chewy. The chicken was all white meat with no grizzle (just the way we like it.) If we are back in town, we would likely return for more. read more

They're pretty small, not very saucy & has a more chewy/fatty consistency rather than a nice crunch you'd expect from delicious wings. The pizza is okay, but I've had better. I ordered pizza from your Cheyenne location and talked to the owner Justin the owner of this store. I asked why no one called to verify that I got my pizza on no contact. He accused me of lying and the driver of telling the truth than he proceeded to tell me I was eatting it and I was scamming them and he wasn't taking it seriously. I'm basing my score simply on the pan pizza. The last time we had a hand tossed and it was simply average. I've had several types and they have all been good, which is sad because I will never order a pizza from them again. Tonight when we ordered two pan pizzas they apparently were out of the pan and tried to give me a call, which I missed but no message was left (so it want important.) after an hour I tried calling non stop but no one would pick up. Only around the 1.5 hr mark dos I finally get someone on the phone, I was told that they had held my pizza with a different crust and that the guy would be out here shortly. And I told him that if its not what I ordered I want my ordered canceled. His reply was that he had called me an hour earlier. So when I told him I wasn't interested in the other crust and that I wanted to cancel it, he said "fine" and hung up. I would rather have a deep dish from a chain that is know for their cheap ready pizzas than the hand tossed. 4 stars goes to the quality of the pizza. I had never had problems with their delivery service, so this is not typical and should not affect the overall score of my experiences. I simply will never do business with them again. read more
