Terrible lack of portions! I remember eating at Jimmy's 5 years ago and it's half the portions now! I basically ordered a turkey sandwich with barely any turkey, mayo or toppings! I had a very dry sandwich which was also followed up with a tuna that lacked portion size too. It needed ALOT more mayo to the tuna mix. I was sadly disappointed. I hadn't eaten Jimmy John's in years because of all the other choices out there. I remember loving it in college I miss the sprouts that used to go on the tuna sandwiches They've changed and I believe it's probably due to the economy . I have also found subway to be very lacking as well .. however this is about Jimmy John's! I feel like there's no more good places to eat anymore .. Lastly, I ordered for delivery and they took an incredibly long time to get to my house even though they're supposed to be freaky fast ? I haven't heard that advertisement for in a long time so they might not go by that any longer and it definitely shows !!!! I live probably five minutes from Jimmy John's and out of laziness I ordered it to be delivered, and it took almost an hour???? I realize now why I haven't eaten there in five years .. I find it terribly concerning when you place an order ... see the receipt from your order ... confident that it is made as listed on the receipt... Only to later find out ... Each of the THREE sandwiches were ALL WRONG. In addition to being wrong ... The presentation was less than desirable. Do yourself a favor and miss this location. Spare yourself the disappointment. I also noticed ... They DO NOT USE Jimmy signatures like Jimmy Peppers (lol) as if I wouldn't notice the cheap UNFLAVORED ones that were on my sandwich. Even the pickles were horrible (says no one!) .. Not to mention, they must not have an onion in the place, as they weren't on a sandwich THAT ACTUALLY LISTS ONIONS as an ingredient... Oh and the extra $$ paid for bacon on one of my sandwiches ... Didn't have bacon at all ... But like I mentioned before ... My receipt was perfect ... They have great service and they get your order right, they are never rude, and the food is always fresh.

The crew at this location has changed for the worse. When you go in the store you usually have to wait for them to stop their conversation to place your order. Then they barely pay attention and you usually have to repeat your order. Then while you're waiting for your order you have to listen to their profanity laced stories. Tonight we ordered delivery. Got the text that our order left the store. Guy didn't show up for almost 40 minutes and we can basically hit the store with a rock from our house. Annnddd of course they didn't follow directions even though it's written down right in front of them. I'm done with this location and we'll just go to Jersey Mike's or Penn Station from now on. read more

So we attempted to order online and it said not available. So then I decided to try the door dash route and the order was accepted. Our card was charged and the confirmation screen came up saying our food was being prepared. Well...the ETA kept getting pushed back so I just figured they were busy. After an he went by I called the store. The guy answered and I explained that we placed an order through door dash and have been waiting for almost an hour. The guy said he didn't see the order and that they didn't have a driver today so they were only accepting pick ups and walk ins. The guy that was on the phone didn't apologize or try to help me at all. This store sucks. I'll be ordering penn station or some other sandwich place from now on. read more

I wanted a quick and light bite to eat after an evening of volleyball; this fit the bill. I'd never been to Jimmy John's before and this location is relatively new on the west side of town. It's not so dramatically different than your Subway, Quizno's, or Jersey Mike's, but it was solid and for me in this instance, solid was good. The bread is baked daily and was satisfyingly crispy on the edges. They are prone to using more lettuce (a filler if you ask me) than I'd like, but it isn't anything to knock someone down on. Lettuce can be removed, after all. Also, the size of the sandwich is 8 inches which I just discovered is a perfect compromise between the standard 6 or 12 inch offered at other sub shops (pretty obvious, I realize, but I've never known this option before;)). They make their own chips and cookies (er, their name is on it vs Frito Lay) but I didn't partake on this visit in the combo deal. Another day, perhaps. The place was empty for dine-in, but with their delivery service and the ease of take out, my guess is that is how people are accustomed to using Jimmy John's. Overall it was nothing earth shattering, but it was a solid sub shop should I (more like when I) have a hankering for a sandwich again. The store is full of quirky signs and a lot of references to "mom". As in, "Mom would approved". I'm not sure I get that, but maybe it's just a marker among the franchises. Went in tonight about 40 minutes before the store was closed. The girl working saw that I walked in and went in the back. After waiting awhile, I was not acknowledged. She was yelling about something which was not even relevant to her job. I walked out on the basis of the poor customer service. I hope this issue gets addressed thoroughly. read more

Used to love coming here but this location has really gone downhill. My last visit the cashier had her back to the counter texting while I stood there for several minutes waiting to order. Once she finally turned around she didn't even bother apologizing. From sending customers home with wrong sandwiches to the poor customer service, this is one of the worst Jimmy John's locations. read more

Eh....it's a sandwich. If you want something great go to a local eatery. I think the marketing raised my expectations too high. Maybe they should just go with 'We're better than Subway'. They were....but still nothing to brag about. I do feel like you get a better value at Subway but somehow the ingredients at Jimmy John's tasted a tad fresher... but still nothing to brag about. The decor is better than your average Subways....but still nothing to brag about. In fact, it was the decor I felt like I was paying for more than the ingredients for sandwiches - which are smaller than Jerrod's hang out. I had the Billy Club. The tomatoes were nice. The sauce was good - full of fat! I couldn't really taste the roast beef because there was so little of it. I'll be back. When I need a quick bite that won't make me hate myself after eating it. I have ordered delivery several times and they've only messed up a few times - it's cool, i've been in the delivery business before so i usually brush it off. I received my order today and they forgot my chips (again) so i finally called to get them delivered. They came back with only one bag of chips when i ordered 2. i called the store back to tell them they forgot the chips again and the woman who answered the phone basically said "sorry about that ma'am" and hung up the phone before i could even respond. I will continue to give them my business because of convenience but a warning to those who get delivery, check your bags before the driver leaves. ANNOYED. read more

Have ordered from this location many times. More often than not, they are not "freaky fast". Sometimes taking an hour plus to deliver food. Most of the time, something is wrong with the order. For example, ordered a beach club today with no tomatoes. Arrived with no tomatoes, but also didn't have lettuce or cucumbers. I always ask for napkins when ordering and get them about 25% of the time. On the rare occasion, everything on the order will be correct. Have given feedback online, but this location just seems to be subpar and will continue to be that way. read more

Well i am disappointed for sure. Online ordering wasnt working which is not the stores fault so I called in my order. It arrived quicker than usual and within about 15 mins but unfortunately it was unsatisfactory. The drink was probably 3/4 filled and I sprung the extra for the large. The bread was a little burnt on my sub as well. I have ordered from here before and have typically had good/mixed experiences but this one was just bad. read more

I live 7 minutes and 1.2 miles away from Jimmy Johns, I was informed that they don't deliver that far. Even after I told them it was literally not even a mile and a half away, they still refused and said they could not deliver there. I would not recommend getting delivery from Jimmy Johns. Ridiculous. read more
