Last time I came here, I ordered the gluten free sub but the crumbs from regular bread everywhere ruined it. This time around, they have a separate gluten free station! I waltzed into the Jersey Mike's in blue ash and solicited a club supreme with chips from this two eyed gentleman. To my astonishment this good fellow masterfully designed a #9 Club Supreme, and without hesitation asked me if I wanted it ''Mikes way?!?' I didn't have the heart to tell him , 'no' since he made the meal perfectly with haste. This two eyed gentleman could have a sold a picture of this sandwich for top coin; it was that good. Not only should Mike be paying this two eyed gentleman a New Jersey salary in Ohio, but he should mold him and clone him. I'd do everything possible to never let this good sir go. What a great lunch spot! The service here is a contagious. They are happy to serve the customers and are eager to get your order, and want to make sure it's right. The food is sliced right in front of you and all of the toppings look fresh. The size of the sandwich is a healthy portion and the amount of meat is a lot for a standard deli restaurant. I don't think it's hard to make a fast food quality sandwich. I didn't come here looking for any special I honestly was looking for a Subway because I just needed something to eat during lunch. I decided to stop and try Jersey Mike's for the first time and it will be my last time. Not just at this location but every location. I've had better sandwiches in the Marine corps. Opening the sandwich up I thought they had mistakenly give me an aborted baby fetus, it was a mess! (Pictures will be included. The bread was this soft, cold sand paper material that just was trying to prepare me for what was next, the chicken The chicken was dry and tasted what I would assume a chew toy would taste like. And it's almost like they poured sauce on, I had to use paper towels to handle it. I took 1 bite and immediately came to the above conclusion. I took another bite because I was hungry and maybe just got a bad piece, no this was the worst sandwich I've ever had in recent memory. In a time where money is tight and proper nutrition is key, this ruined my Wednesday. I will share this with everyone to try and save them from wasting $9 on a sandwich that should of been used as a door stop. ALSO, the bathroom had no paper towels! Did not have a good experience today at the Blue Ash, Ohio location (9525 Kenwood Rd. Downtown Blue Ash Cincinnati, OH 45242-6176). I was waiting in line for my sandwich to be made and an elderly man, who had already received his order, returned his sandwich to the register. He wasn't happy with his sandwich and he simply wanted to return it (he did not want a refund) and leave. He stated this to the woman behind the counter. He was calm, to the point and polite. He turned to leave the counter and the manager of the store verbally attacked him. It was utterly shocking! The elderly man immediately became submissive - he clearly did not want any trouble. The manager continued to yell at him and followed him to where he had been sitting. The elderly man was accompanying another elderly man, who was frail and not able to quickly stand up to leave. The manager continued to yell at him. The elderly man remained calm and polite and even apologized. Still, the manager kept yelling at him. She was yelling at him so much he couldn't leave! It was awful to witness this treatment of a person. I won't be back to Blue Ash location again. read more

I love Jersey's Mike's. It's my favorite cold sub place for sure. The only thing that I'd have to ding them for is when I swipe my credit card it asks me if I want to tip. No I don't want to tip! I had difficulty believing that a chain store wasn't showing up in Yelp. It turns out that the map placement is completely wrong for this store. Of course, in my unrelenting quest to review everywhere I go, I found it. So the unique thing about Jersey Mike's is that they slice the meat right in front of you, which is pretty cool. Other than that, it's a lot like Subway, in that you then pick your toppings and chips and drink, and you're done. The sandwiches are good, but I don't have a reason to search out Jersey Mike's. Subway is cheaper, Penn Station is way better, and both of those are just as close. Sorry Jersey Mike's, you aren't in my lunch options rotation. read more

This place has undergone a much needed remodel since the last time I was here. It has been a long time, but even back then, I thought there needed to be an update. The flooring was a mess, the furniture looked worn-out, and there was just something about it that seemed awkward. But I'm glad to report that things are looking much better! Now about the food. Jersey Mike's subs have always been a favorite of mine, as far as sub sandwiches go. There's a freshness to them that I just don't get with Subway or other places. And the service is great too. I was in line behind a woman with two young boys with her and the guys behind the counter were very patient with them, where as I've seen other people in similar situations not be so kind to the kiddies. With a plethora of sub shops it's kinda hard where to choose. I present you Jersey Mike's. The staff has always been pleasant and love talking to you while they slice the meat fresh for your sandwich, or cook it fresh on their grill when you order a cheese steak. They are all up about making you, the customer, happy. My favorite thing about this place is if I order the club, because i want both turkey and roast beef, but don't want the bacon, they don't charge me for it. yay! And they have a vast assortment of chips to choose from. It can fill up at lunch just an fyi. But get a giant and have 3 meals for later I swear! Worth the money the larger a sandwich you get. Just tried Jersey Mike's for the first time a few months ago because this one is close to my work. The meat and cheese is sliced fresh in front of you, which is ideal to me. You can taste the freshness of it in the sandwich. I love that the put oil and red wine vinegar on the sandwiches standardly. I love the #9. The sandwiches alone are a little overpriced, but the freshness keeps me coming back. read more

This review is all about service. I knew I was going to be in a rush so I placed an order online early in the morning, for a pick up around 11:45. I ordered 3 subs, all cheese steaks, nothing too complicated. When I arrive and ask for my order, this is the entire exchange of words. I say I'm here for a pick up, Two of the employees look at each other and whisper "do we even have a pick up order?", then they walk to the back, find the receipt for my order, say 'oh shit' and start scrambling to make it. The other employees just stood there looking around. You'd think someone would apologize and assure me that my food will be ready as quickly as they can make it. But no, not another word. When my food was finally done, someone that I am assuming is a manager came over and gave me my order with two free sub coupons, one of which was all old and wrinkled and looked like they just pulled it out of someones wallet. I have always had good experiences with Jersey Mikes, but one of the worst customer experiences I've had. I doubt I'll come back to this location. read more
