Just order a sandwich from this Jimmy John's ask for peppers. There's nobody else in the restaurant right now. There was one lady sitting at the table only one guy working, but no one else was there and I asked for peppers and he wouldn't reach for a jar that was up on the shelf and put peppers. This is the cleanest, most well run of any fast food restaurant I have been to! I got the unwich.... beautiful, ice cold lettuce wrapped around more meat than I could buy at grocery for the price. As much as I wanted to like my sandwich, I was unimpressed and disappointed. I've eaten at other Jimmy John's before, but this was my first time dining from this location. I used the app to order 2 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips for my husband and myself. I got the Big John with onions and extra mayo. He got the J.J.BLT. It was very odd; our bread was unusually cold...like it had just been taken out of the fridge. We both got French bread, expecting it to be somewhat crunchy and chewy, but this bread was very tough and difficult to eat because it was so cold. In addition to being almost too hard to eat, we both noticed it had a strange aftertaste, too. My husband's sandwich came with several pieces of precooked bacon that was also served cold. I dunno, we were at least expecting the bacon to have been nuked before being put on the sandwich so that it was crispy, but alas, we were wrong. I got the salt and vinegar chips, which had a great flavor and nice crunch. My husband ordered regular chips, but they gave him BBQ by mistake, which he did not eat. I thought maybe the sandwiches were poorly made because we ordered right before closing, however according to their website, their hours at this location are 11AM - 10PM; we placed our order at 7:30PM. Every Jimmy John's is different, from the team members, to the cleanliness of the store, to the freshness of the food, and that's why I'm reviewing my local store. My work is about seven minutes away and we order delivery from this store constantly. They're always fast, and when I say fast I mean we order, they make the sandwich and they're there in ten minutes. Freaky fast, I can agree with that slogan. I typically drive there to get out of the office and I'm always greeted as soon as I walk in. The staff is great here, they're always friendly and they often even make conversation with me. They are just as fast in-store as they are with delivery. By the time I've finished ordering and paying my sandwich is already made and ready for me. The store is always really clean; the tables are wiped down, the bathrooms are always stocked with paper products, and the drink station is always full of lids, napkins and straws. The tea is always fresh as well. I usually order a #2 (Big John) on wheat bread and it consists of medium rare roast beef that is thinly sliced, mayo, tomato and lettuce. A simple but tasty and filling sandwich. I always order a big pickle cut into quarters for a dollar. So good! I've been to lots of Jimmy John's but this is definitely my favorite. I nice reprieve on my lunch break where I can expect quality and consistency. read more

When ever I am in a tight pinch for food at work I will get delivery from Jimmy John's. Their bread is very hard some will say but it does help from getting soggy from all the mayo. The pickle is delicious even though I think it's bogus that you have to pay for pickle spears these days. But on the particular day that I ordered my food the delivery guy forgot to bring me my drink even tho they charged me for it. He told me it was in the stapled bag, so I went ahead and have him his tip. When I got to the break room there was no drink. I was bummed and Jimmy John's went back to the bottom of the lunch list. read more

That being said, when I asked a lady for a side of Dijon mustard the "leader" stopped her and told us both they "don't have anything to put it in, so no".
