I visited this place hoping to order an Italian sandwich, and the experience was extremely unpleasant. The man working there was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping, he told me to place my order through the machine. The problem was that the sandwich I wanted wasn't even listed, and when I asked for assistance, his attitude was hostile and unwilling, as if helping a customer was an inconvenience. The service was nasty and uncomfortable, with zero courtesy. Someone with that attitude should not be working in customer service. Now I understand why the place is almost always empty--poor service drives people away. I do not recommend this place at all, especially while that person continues to work there. There are plenty of other places where customers are treated with basic respect. read more

This is the one sandwich shop I keep going back to for the quality of the ingredients and the speed of delivery. I particularly like the vegetarian with all the extras get it home and microwave it for one minute. Or you can buy it toasted. JJ is a bit expensive but every time I get something it is fresh. I order from here all Of the time and they use third party deliver drivers who never read the address. When I call the store I am told to call Uber when I didn't order through Uber. Then the store takes their phone off the hook and close early so I never get my food. Hands down the worst Jimmy John's I've ever dealt with. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered Jimmy Johns on DoorDash tonight and they supply their own drivers, but my order never arrived. I called the store after about an hour, since my order still hadn't arrived and it also wasn't marked as delivered. I was told that the driver was back and had delivered it to the door. It wasn't there and I live in an apartment, so I decided to go check around just out of curiosity if it was delivered to a neighbor. I was surprised to find me food in the middle of a parking spot RAN OVER. I then called the store back to inform them of how I found my food outside and the lady on the phone told me "usually I would believe this, but he is a good driver and said he didn't do it and delivered it to the door" First time ordering from this location and will NEVER be doing it again. Wow they're quick! I'm heading to the beach so we decided to stop quickly to get a bite and head out, and so glad we stopped here. We got our wraps in less than 5 minutes! Parking was easy and available. Once I entered, it shows that the establishment is taken cared off, super clean and welcoming. I went to use the rest room and it was very clean! The food was super delicious! It was my first time eating Jimmy Johns but I did know that you can replace the bread for a lettuce so it will be served as a wrap (for the healthy conscious). The food was fresh! You can taste the quality and freshness of the tuna, lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes! Definitely hope to stop by here again! read more

Worse, when I mentioned it at next visit the manager said there was nothing she could do as I did not report the day of. Food was wrong, Turkey tasted like it was bad and we asked for no Mayo and still got the sandwiches covered in them. The three teenagers working, who looked like they have just walked out of hot topic with a ton of makeup and piercings on both the guys and the girls, acted like us ordering was a major inconvenience even through the store was empty. I order often from this location because I work at a nearby company. Every time I have come inside lately, every employee is standing around talking. I don't care when it doesn't effect me but today I got my sandwich after one whole hour. The sandwich was incorrect and missing the bare basic components of the sandwich type I ordered. I understand if it's the customized part but it was the basics of the sandwich. It was also missing a pickle on the side as well as being slathered in Mayo when I put "light" on the order. The person who picked up the phone when I called could not understand any issue other than "it's missing a pickle?" This place doesn't have the best service first time I ordered I waited an hour and a half and called back and got told there short staffed and would delivered it when they could when I asked for a refund she said it would take 7 days. Second time I chose to pay cash for the for in an hour. I only live 15 minutes away, I get short staffing but I thought Jimmy John's whole point was to be fast. read more

Just placed an order online through this location since we live outside their delivery zone. Picked up the food, got home, opened the sealed bag and was missing a sandwich. I call and they tell me they cannot deliver the missing sandwich, the cannot refund me, but instead can give me a credit to use the next time I call and order through that location again. I thought we may have been the only ones with delivery problems, but after reading other reviews, I see that it is a pattern. Advice: do not order delivery from this Jimmy John's. We had a working lunch on a Saturday. It was suppose to be in between conducting interviews, but we ended up scarfing down our sandwiches with less than ten minutes to go, because the driver got lost. Some of us even had to take our sandwiches in while we interviewed. It was not professional, but we were starved. Apparently, the driver could not find where we were located on his GPS. People really need to start learning how to read good old fashioned maps again. That being said, I still love their Vegetarian Sandwich. It is filled with mayonnaise, so I would not recommend it if you do not like that condiment. The sandwich was good, but I feel like Jimmy John's has the science of making this sandwich down pat. This place is good. I stay at the hotel next door and its convenient to walk here to grab something to eat. I saw some yelpers complain about the service here but I always seem to have pretty good service. The orders are taken pretty quickly as I usually stay with the basic way they make meaning I don't say light mayo, extra pepper, etc. The last time I ordered the tuna (can't remember what its called) sandwich. Quickly swiped my credit card and then headed over to the fountain drink machine. By the time I got my drink, my sandwich was ready. Pretty quick and convenient. The sandwich was good too. I don't know, its a sandwich so each chain has its own type and taste and I think Jimmy John's is good. Prices are pretty good too. My sandwich was $7. With a drink it just over $9. I think that's pretty. And I would say its consistent so it always comes just as I expect it. read more

This is our local JJ's and despite what an absolute tool the owner is, we love this chain. I have ordered delivery here many times and we've picked up a handful and it is always consistent. Every time I go in someone is waiting to take my order and as soon as I speak the guy next to her starts making it. THEY ARE FOR SERIOUS. Freaky fast. I don't get what all the hype is about. The subs are run of the mill, very overpriced, nothing special. Actually, Publix has a much better sub for a fraction of the price. A full sized roast beef sub is around 13 dollars? (this is a regular footlong people) I ordered the 1/2 sub (called regular, or medium, or something like that). Meat was rather tasteless, lettuce tasted like that prepackaged cloroxed stuff, tomatoes were mushy and, of course, flavorless. I went because of all the hype. Will not return. Mediocre food is taking over the country through huge corporate franchises. Stick with the local places - much better. Normally this would be a good thing, but no one asked me what I wanted on it. The cashier was unfriendly and abrupt. The sandwich was more bread than anything. Very little meat, lettuce or tomato. Deliveries take no less than 30 minutes. When you call and ask for a status, "it should be any minute" is all you get, regardless of how long it's actually going to take. After a visit inside the location last week I understand why. I stood in the store with one single person ahead of me in line. Not another customer in the building. I counted 6 employees behind the counter, talking and laughing. After taking the mans order ahead of me, she cashier started talking with the other employees without even acknowledging me. The man waited at the end of the sandwich bar and no one started to make his sandwich. After over a minute of waiting she finally took my order. I joined the gentleman at the end of the sandwich bar. Again, none of the employees could be pulled away from their engaging conversation to start our sandwiches. Finally after a few minutes two started the sandwich making process. The food is always fine, the wait time alone is what gives this one star. And that it apparently has nothing to do with work load. read more

Over an hour for delivery. Received a phone call from a girl claiming the delivery driver had a flat tire. She also stated my apartment number wasn't on there even though I've ordered multiple times and just use the default address online. Apparently the delivery driver didn't have his cell phone so he couldn't call. What delivery driver doesn't have a cell phone? He must have walked back to jj seeing as he didn't have a cell phone. Jimmy John's delivers with it's fast, free delivery of an order of just one sandwich. Ordering through their app is intuitive and allows for all kinds of customization of your sandwich. Their Italian Night Club is awesome but will probably stop your heart just by looking at it. Healthier fare can be found with their lettuce wrap or 7-grain wheat bread.
