They accepted the order right away and it was completed in a timely manner. Upon walking in , they were quite busy but the bag was ready for me and the worker was welcoming. They didn't have sourdough, so I just went with the wheat bread but it did not specify that it was honey wheat and thus it was a bit sweet which I'm not a fan of. I also wish they used fresh avocado instead of avocado spread as the spread flavoring is a little overpowering. However, the inner components of the sandwich were well rationed. The lettuce and tomatoes were extremely fresh, mayo tasted good and turkey as well. It was overall a decent sandwich, just need to order different bread and no spread next time around. read more

The most inconsistent sandwich shop! My wife likes JJs for their bread but how much goes inside is anyone's guess. She gets the original turkey and the quantity of meat varies even when paying for "extra" meat and not getting it. I order the "favorite" cuz it used to say twice (or double) the meat. Today i got the turkey n roast beef and it literally had ONE piece of sliced deli turkey on it. That is not twice the meat (and it is not two types) compared to what i got in the past. Way overpriced for two sandwiches delivered too ($47) and the quality continues to go downhill. And the location doesn't care, I called in the past to ask and they couldn't answer my question around quantity of ingredients, and the corp office said call the store manager, not us. I'm sure it gets annoying but I always order the Beach Club Unwich with special modifications to be roughly 350~ calories (thank you Jimmy John's app) and like they advertise these kids are so FAST!! We appreciate your service here in Clovis! It's hard to find healthyish fast food so I'm happy there's one 3 minutes from my gym. Jimmy John's deserves all the hype and more! This was my first time going. I ask the guy if they had a turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich and he said "yeah we can do that for you". He was friendly but didn't tell me the bacon was going to be an extra $2.50 charge. I realized when I got home and looked at the receipt. Then I start eating my sandwich and there's NO bacon!! I recently placed a delivery order for Jimmy John's and it was delicious! I've only tried their sandwiches a handful of times but I'm always satisfied. It was the perfect food to have hanging by the pool on a hot summer day. Plus, it was so convenient to have it delivered and not have to go anywhere. What happened JJ? :( :( Man taking our order today was awesome. The woman who gave us the sandwich acted like I was inconveniencing her. I was ordering another sandwich when she called my name so I went over as fast as I could. She seemed very perturbed I took too long. Tomatoes and pickles were missing (we did order it) and I asked for sides and I wasn't even sure she heard me because she said nothing. Then said nothing when handed to me. My old work used to always order plates and the sandwiches are so satisfying and great portions. I especially love the tuna for some reason I don't know what they do different. I ended up ordering a small box for my daughters birthday and the online ordering system was extremely easy and simple to use. The price is fairly competitive; not too much more than other places so I figure for the quality it's worth it. I went to pick up at the time designated time and it was already ready. When I got home I individually wrapped each sandwich into a plastic bag and noticed most were already soggy. Nevertheless they were tasty and almost all flew out of the box. The left overs still tasted great the next day. I assume they made the box well in advance because of the sogginess, it was a Saturday after all. Other than that next time I need a bunch of sandwiches I will definitely be coming back. Whenever we've visited this Jimmy John's we've always been greeted promptly and experienced service with a smile. The employees appear to take pride in what they do, and you can feel it in the ambiance of the place. Even though Jimmy Johns' claim to fame is fast service, the environment in this restaurant is very relaxed and doesn't feel anxious or rushed - just streamlined and efficient. The dining area is very clean and the employees are on top of everything - from getting out orders, to restocking the chips on the shelves, to taking out the trash. Jimmy John's even does delivery, which is very impressive considering the careful detail they dedicate to providing a quality dine-in experience. As we walked in, the employees had the food containers on the counter cleaning and covering them to store them. I asked what time they closed and a female worker said 9 in a drawn out voice. None of the employees greeted us or looked up at us. I told them goodnight and left feeling my business was not wanted. As we walked out, my wife told them how rude they were and needed to work on their customer service. None of the employees apologized or attempted to stop us and reassure us to stay and order. Supremely disappointed today at my last visit! Keep in mind during this COVID break out I have been coming here a lot more then I usually do. I, like other essential workers, have to find new ways to eat lunch on the road or during work hours. I have to eat lunch now either in my car or the park. Loved the intensity of the entire working team... it was busy lunch time and they were all having fun and working very hard... that's good to see... sandwich was made before I was done paying... come on now where else can you get that... I was very disappointed when I got a sandwich here today. It's been several years since I've been to this location because honestly we have quite a few great sandwich shops here in Fresno/Clovis area I do remember this establishment as being good the last time I went, however today was an extreme disappointment. We paid 21 dollars for a regular turkey sandwich and a chicken Caesar wrap , 1 bag of chips and one drink. I think I was overcharged because the teenager taking my order was confused and didn't ring us up for a combo meal but I was tired of trying to explain economics to her but we lost on that one my fault . I get to the table and half way through the sandwich I am thinkin I'm not tasting much meat here so I looked and there was literally one piece of turkey ya'all!! One piece of turkey that was folded. I wish I would have thought to take a picture so I tore off one of the bread and ate the rest open faced so I could taste the meat. I thought of letting the establishment know my disappointment but in this case it didn't look like anyone there would really care or was in charge. The only reason for my two stars is that the ingredients so taste fresh and the bread is fresh. Something else I thought very strange for a sandwich establishment was the girl said I had to put my own mustard on my sandwich so I was provided packets of mustard?? Jimmy johns in Clovis used to be my favorite sandwich shop. I used to come here so much when I was getting divorced my sandwich was made before I got to the register. Now Jimmy Johns has so many rules around how they will make your sandwich I can't even get the sandwich the way I like that I have purchased hundreds of times before. Hands down . . . I love the Gargantuan with hot peppers. And it's true - they're freakishly fast. But the other part is that they're also freakishly rude and unwelcoming.
